My dentist is kind and caring as are the assistants. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking at requiring dental work.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at Hunter Valley Dentistry recently. I saw Katie, one of the hygienist’s there, who took the time to explain about future teeth, gum and jaw health, which I didn’t know about. Thanks to her I’ve booked in again, sober than I would have normally, to ensure I’m doing the best I can to preserve the health of my teeth, jaw bone and gums. Both Katie and the girl who was assisting her, (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) made the whole experience so much easier to deal with, than I expected.

Over my last 2 visits ive seen 2 different dentist, (male and female, sorry can't remember names) But both of them made for a pleasant visit. The dental assistants were a real treat too. Then, to too it off, receptionist was an absolute delight

Fantastic experience: As someone with an acute needle phobia I had put off going to the dentist for much longer than I should because I knew there would be needles involved. I honestly thought I would have to go under a general anaesthetic to have my tooth extracted at significant cost. Initially, Dr Patience helped me to arrange the GA surgery, however I was also advised about another option - Nitrous and a topical numbing gel which could possibly help me get past the needles required for the local anaesthetic. IT WORKED! Dr Cho (who was the dentist who ended up performing my extraction) and the staff were understanding of my needle phobia and made me feel as comfortable as possible, considering the cicrcumstances. I was giddy with excitement afterwards because voluntarily having needles is a major achievement for me - not to mention I saved so much money compared to GA surgery! I am now comfortable that I can go and have my remaining dental work done without my phobia getting in the way. I can't recommend Greenhills Dental enough.

Negative experience: $314 to get a chipped tooth fixed? Had fillings, extractions before here but at a lesser cost? Did notice all new Dentist so if this is the new fees, I won't be back you thiefs!
