Fantastic experience: I have dentures for 37 years. I used Alex from dentex dental 8 years ago and had the best fitting dentures I have ever had. The only reason I needed them again is because they got lost. He was able to fit me in straight away and had them made in a reasonable time. This time the technology has improved again and they are even better than the previous dentures. Positively recommend Alex especially if you are in the Hurlstone Park region or surrounding areas.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with Alex at Hurlstone Park he was very patient and kind to my 90 year old Mum who’s not been able to eat properly for two years due to issues with ill-fitting dentures made elsewhere. Fantastic experience: Alex from Dentex has helped me out a number of times. Not only is his service excellent, he is one of the kindest people you could hope to deal with. My mother has dementia and her denture has broken a number of times. It would be very difficult to have a new denture fitted for her. I had contacted several clinics and sent them a photo of mum's damaged denture. Most said they could not be repaired, and others that said they could repair them but were going to charge a lot more money. Alex fixed them, quickly and at a great price. If you need a denture technician then this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I saw Alex, first at the old Summer Hill clinic and then at the new clinic at Hurlstone Park. Over the years Alex has made me two new top denture plates and also made various repairs. Both new dentures have fitted perfectly and I do not have problems with them loosening when eating I can also bite into an apple without any problem. Fantastic experience: Spoke to Alex to get a tooth filled, from the start he was very helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. From there, due to the easy nature of dealing with him over the phone, I decided to go ahead and come in to get fitted. 1.5 weeks later, I came back to pick up my new denture and it fit really well. Really good to eat and chew again, plus I can smile without feeling conscience. Overall really happy with the service, turnaround time and price. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Would not recommend for any urgent repairs needed. I was told that if it was a simple repair I would get the denture back on the same day, if it wasn’t so simple I would have to wait until Monday. Not wanting to go without a tooth over the weekend I stated that I wouldn’t want to go ahead and would go elsewhere if it couldn’t be done on the same day. A few missed calls later and an hour before closing time I’m informed that I would not be having my denture repaired until Monday. When asked how long he knew this for, his response is “I don’t need to be interrogated by you”. A simple question as your customer who now will be going the weekend without a front tooth and having to take more time off work is not interrogation, Alex. Also since when did dentists ask for cash jobs?

Alex is very methodical as he goes about his craft of making teeth that will suit you and look very natural He will ensure you don't leave until you're happy.
