Fantastic experience: Took both my kids to see Dr Noori Al Musawi and, wow, he was hands down the best children’s dentist I have ever seen. It was well worth coming all the way from Melbourne to see him because he was really warm, kind and had such a beautiful rapport with children. It was a beautiful thing to see.

Fantastic experience: Thankyou so much to Dr Noori and team for their professionalism and caring approach to providing dental plates to me. Being hearing impaired can sometimes be difficult when communicating with others but my experience in the dental setting here was really good.I felt comfortable even after making mistakes, opening not closing my mouth or vice versa. The Centres setting is welcoming and light not gloomy or frightening.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr Al-Ali since 2019 while working locally. I’ve always been given the best care and advice from fillings to cleaning and orthodontic recommendations. I lived interstate but still come home and made my appointments with Highton Dental Centre. Now that I’ve moved back, I saw Ann again today for my check up and clean and I was given much advice and positive feedback. I always feel like I’m visiting a friends home when I come to my appointments- everyone is so friendly, always with a lovely greeting and service. I’m the type that feels stressed visiting the dentist but I always feel at ease with Ann and the team! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: All of the staff here are extremely kind and professional, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. they made sure i knew what they were working on and are excellent at communicating the process, I couldn’t recommend them enough! Update: 2 years later still going to Highton Dental Clinic, and I am still receiving the best care there. I came back to leave another review but I'm not able to so this will do! I see Dr. Noori Al Musawi, and he is consistently professional and kind. I recently went in for a pretty severe chipped tooth, and they fixed it up without removing any of the tooth and without any pain. They also made the extra effort and sealed off an old filling, cleaned up some plaque all within 40~ minutes. I recently recommended a friend go here, as he has some anxiety around dentists, and I knew they would be very respectful and nonjudgemental. He had a great experience, I really can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I had wisdom tooth extraction today. My 1st time.Was having night mares even before I started. It was completely nothing to all that I imagined. No pain. Had enough analgesics. DR.NOORI such an amazing dentist. He is always gentle and kind with words. Makes me so comfortable and overcome my fear. Tq to Hardi too who was assisting and comforting me. I wil give 10 /10 for this team here.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I attended to see one of the dentists here (Noori) yesterday, and were both so impressed by his skill, professionalism and manner. We have seen Noori for a few years and he is without a doubt the best dentist we have ever had. On checking the reviews I can see 2 which have one star ratings. Based on our experience these reviews are fake. (They also have the usual indicators of false reviews - first review done, just a few critical words. It is sad that some people, whether competitors or simply troublemakers, are prepared to stoop to such low levels.)

Negative experience: Overcharged me, and did absolutely nothing to fix my problem

Fantastic experience: I have recently been to visit Dr Noori for both myself and my children who are 8 and 10 - they had previously had a negative experience with another local dentist and were very nervous about going to the dentist again. Dr Noori and his team we absolutely fantastic with them. So warm and caring. My kids both felt immediately at ease. More importantly, they felt heard and in control of what was happening to them. I have had a filling just today and the whole process was painless and I left very happy. I have been so impressed with the clinic, overall atmosphere, and approach. I highly recommend this dentist and won't be going anywhere else in future!

Fantastic experience: As a mature dentistry student myself i was impressed by the level of talent, wisdom, and intelligence of the principle dentists at Highton Dental Centre. After witnessing their genuineness and care with patients, I recommended my whole family to get treated there with no more doubts about the level of care provided.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I just got back from appointments with Dr Noori and both agree that he is the best dentist we have ever had. (And I am 70, my wife is 60 and we have had a LOT of dental work over the years!) Apart from a wonderfully calming demeanour, Noori is a top rate practitioner. (I had a very extensive filling and the experience was painless, indeed, it was pleasant. And I have never said that about dental treatment before.) The support staff also are very friendly and professional. If we could, we would give this practice 6 stars! (By the way, even the fees are very reasonable.) And, no, we have no connection with Dr Noori, or this practice, whatsoever!

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly anxious about visiting the dentist so much so that my last visit was 10 years prior to my visit to Highton Dental Centre, but due to the very kind and friendly staff was able to leave that anxiety behind, Ann the dentist was so helpful and reassuring almost made me forget that I was getting a tooth pulled and then within 20 minutes was out of the chair and on my. My experience was Pain free, gentle, and fair priced would recommend popping into Highton Dental Centre to all my friends and family! if you are anxious about seeing the dentist I'd strongly recommend seeing Ann and her incredibly friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Ann Al Ali and her wonderful team for the first time recently. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted (first ever). The experience was one of the fastest, least painful experiences I've ever had in a dentist chair. And I had no problems or pain afterwards either. Fantastic experience: I came into the Highton Dental Centre to have my wisdom tooth removed due to an infection. Admittedly I was extremely nervous after hearing other people's horror stories of time in the chair getting their's removed. My fears were quickly put to rest as Ann and her lovely team were very gentle and nurturing. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
