All the staff members were friendly, professional, and made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic for families and everyone looking for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: I underwent a minor procedure administered by Dr Theresa WANG and her technician Mel. Both were very professional and have a wonderful manner with patients. A special acknowledgement to Dr WANG for being thorough and taking the time to explain my options.

Fantastic experience: Great dental surgery conveniently located in quiet corner easy parking.. Treatment by Dr Syeda, University of Adelaide graduate was Excellent and exceptional service by friendly staff. Bonus no gap for my medibank insurance. Highly recommended for whole family.

Fantastic experience: Never thought I’d love going to a dentist but dentist @ Clyde are a great group of healthcare professionals who really seem to care. I have seen a few of their dentists now and they’re always great! The team there are friendly, transparent with pricing and very flexible with times. I honestly went in so scared having not seen a dentist in over 20 years and the team there were very reassuring and the idea of going every few months for a clean and a checkup is actually something I look forward to now. Definitely check them out! If you have been putting it off like I did, maybe because you’re worried about cost or pain or discomfort, the team here will get you on the path to good dental health. Going and getting your teeth just simply looked at can help alleviate all the concern and you can decide what to do from there. Best thing I’ve done all year!

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I don't do too well at the dentist, I'll be honest but the care that was taken this evening is the reason I'm making this my regular dentist. I rang from work with a broken tooth and was fit in by the lovely Caroline whom I might say is a breath of fresh air on the phone and in person. Such a kind mannered and very welcoming person and 1st impressions means more than anything to me especially these days! So thank you so much for making something so scary a good experience for me (never too old to be scared to go to the dentist lol) x

Dr Noor and her assistants care deeply for their patients and ensure that they’re always comfortable even when some treatments can be a bit uncomfortable. Unlike most dental places, they’re not solely focused on making profit, they actually take the time to build a good relationship with their patients and ensure they always fit them into their busy schedule for emergency checkups which goes to show how much they value their patients :))) Would recommend this place to everyone!!!!

Fantastic experience: Update October 2023 Forgot about this review being so good and seeing as over 1300 people have read it thought I'd update. I went to this dentist for a manual clean, I have very sensitive teeth & receding gums so machinery is too painful. First visit was good but I was told I had to come back for the clean as not enough time in appointment for what I wanted to be done So I went back for second visit and after more x-rays still no clean. Never went back. Was very disappointed as I really thought they were going to be good. Original review.......... First visit today to this Dentist. Found Kah & his staff to be very nice (I'm a very nervous patient). Made me feel comfortable from moment I walked in and Kah explained my issues so I could understand them. He is also willing to descale and clean manually, hard to find that here. Thankyou Kah & team

Negative experience: Trust me, I would have given 0 stars to this dentist Kah Chong..We had an appointment with Dentist Kah Chong for my Daughter's Teeth cleanup ( 19/04/2023 @ 3 pm)... the Worst experience ever! He was so pushy & Nosey that he was asking us why are we using 2 dentists and putting me on spot( we are getting our daughter braces in another Dental Clinic and we were here for just the clean-up). He was so rough with the cleanup and looked like he wanted to get it done as quickly as possible, and there was no comfort given to my daughter ( she is just 12 yo) . He cared more about marketing his services than comforting ... Avoid this Dentist Kah Chong like plague guys...Div A ( Mum)

Fantastic experience: If you don't like going to the dentist like me who hates it due to a sensitive gag reflex then this is the dentist you want to go too. The staff are so friendly, understanding, patient & willing to work with you. And they are reasonably priced, so a win win everywhere.

Our dentist Dr K Chong was fantastic, he explained everything thoroughly step by step, & was extremely patient and caring for a nervous little boy. Fantastic experience: Going to a dentist is never easy but I have to say , I had the best experience with Dr Noor. She was very kind and gentle. I got two crowns replaced with her. The colour match was perfect no one could tell which one was my original tooth. Highly recommend her. Fantastic experience: I went to Dentist at clyde few weeks ago as soon as i walked in i was spellbound to see the cleanliness of the clinic and staff was very polite and helpful. Dr Navpreet kaur explained me whole process of the treatment which i will be going through and everything was done very smoothly and in no rush like we see at other dentists. I was provided with very affordable options and the dentist made it very easy to understand the work that needed to be done. Negative experience: Very expensive, overcharge for unnecessary services . He had to make up a story to repeat the x- ray twice to over-charge me. He repeated the same with my Mrs leaving her with temporary filling and horrible dental experience. Absolutely do not recommend ....worth thinking before going ahead and see him

Fantastic experience: Dentist at Clyde is an amazing practice. Entire staff from doctors, dental assistants and receptionist are friendly, professionals and guide you in the right direction. After experiencing months of severe tooth ache, i recently had my wisdom tooth extracted. Whole process was extremely smooth and well explained including before and after care and not at all painful. As a breastfeeding mum It was really helpful because I shouldn’t be taking any antibiotics and got cured within couple of days. Both Dr Navpreet Kaur and her DA Mel took care of me really well. Definitely going back for all future check ups. A huge thank you to the entire team.

Negative experience: Attended the clinic 6 weeks ago , emailed scans to get wisdom tooth out to get a quote. Called them after 3 days , never got back to me. Called them again on wednesday , reception could see the notes on my file and advised she will pass it to the doctor and i will be contacted. Its friday today tried calling them but no answer. Thoughts are if they are serious about providing care or not.

Negative experience: Very worse dentist, don't know how to treat properly and scaming with patients charging unnecessary fee. Worse Chinese doctors I have ever seen. I have been with my wife. See your records. I have all your records. What you promised me about cost and when she is in treatment you was trying us to put on hole with additional cost for xray and others. Also you did not done treatment of my wife properly. I will complain to Australia health check authorities against your clinic and treatment my wife have had.. your clinic is rubbish. We are going to complain to dental boards Australia. We paid you just for nothing but rubbish talking.

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure what the previous guy is going on about. To date Dentist@Clyde has been the best dentist I have been to in my entire life. I used to be horrified going to see the dentist. I've always received amazing care, the staff go out of the way to make sure everything is explained. It's so good I travel from Ballarat to Clyde for my dental work.
