The whole setup is so kid-friendly, with the TV on the ceiling and fun glasses to choose from, but what really stood out was Laura. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and made both kids feel completely at ease. They actually walked out saying they loved the dentist—which says it all. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: 68 years fear of dentists due to the brutal treatment, by dentists (all male) as a child and during my early teenage years. I developed a phobia/fear of injections. I decided, when I was very young, not to go to Dentists unless absolutely necessary. Recently, I needed to go to a Dentist. I am in my early 70's. Dr Elaine Scrivener explained all the procedures and the use of injections. Dr Elaine Scrivener, the Dental Assistants and Receptionists were empathetic, listened and did not negatively judge my injection phobia/fear instead they worked with me as I with them. Amazingly after 68 years I have NO phobia/fear concerning injections.

Fantastic experience: I had invisilign braces put on today. Melvin was great - very patient, kind, quick and competent. I was a bit worried that it would hurt like the old school braces do but no pain free! They also live up to their name and are almost invisible on your teeth I recommend Yass Dental highly very professional and pain free

Fantastic experience: OMG! The dentist, one of my biggest fears in life. I have avoided for years but of course problems came and I headed off to Yass Valley Dental. What a treat these lovely and gentle people are. They put a plan in place and I am just home from my first appointment...a tooth extraction. I have stressed over this for weeks and this morning I was a mess. While it's not something you would choose to do the experience was a million times better than I expected. Thank you Dr's Daniel and Komal, I will be back for my next two appointments. I will probably still be scared but not the basket case of this morning.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr. Scrivener for a clean and to get a splint to help with grinding. The office was tidy and running to time. I've always had apprehensions about the dentist but Dr. Scrivener was clear and calming. It felt like she did a thorough job on the clean and I was pretty happy with the pricing. Best of all - my girlfriend is thrilled that I'm sleeping better and snoring less now that I've got the split!

Positive experience: Reception was great and the way Boo has wecome me, was really friendly. But the lady doctor, I met with ,wasn't friendly enough and she said that she had other patients on waiting and she doesn't have enough time for me. So I got half of my teeth washed and went back on the next day to clean rest of the half. But I was waiting over on my appointment time on the next day then I left....
