Fantastic experience: I initially visited Dr Andy for wisdom tooth pain and he was incredibly accomodating, despite how close it was to the holiday season. He fit me in last minute and performed a quick extraction. He also followed up a couple days later to check in on how my recovery was going, which I really appreciated. Since then, I’ve been back quite a few times and will continue to do so. As others have mentioned below, very warm and professional environment - highly recommend, especially for those who have dental anxiety like me.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Uplus Dental for my bi-annual check ups and cleaning for about 4 years. I chose Uplus Dental because their prices are about $100 cheaper than most places in the city. I've always had good service. My most recent visit with Dr Andy was great. He was very patient and attentive and explained things clearly (thank you, I'm general afraid of dental cleaning but you put me right at ease).

Fantastic experience: This was my first Canal treatment experience in Australia. I was afraid of it (would never go if it’s not an emergency) and had so many concerns. Dr Andy was so very professional and explained every little step clearly to me and furthermore he worked perfectly well. I felt ZERO PAIN. Fantastic experience: It's one of the best dental in sydney, dr. Andy is a very nice person, he is very welcoming for patient & treat them like a friend. Very smart about his job , alway discuss with the patient and give them some advice. Also, he asked patients if he/she has any medicare condition, becouse some dentals doesn't ask this important question. He always ask the patient if they are okay, so that he make sure that the patient is happy and satisfied. last but not least the prices is good as well.

I was hesitant to visit dentist but after getting scaling and clean up with DrAndy no more fears from dentist . Negative experience: Dentist who performed surgery - Dr. Petronilla Grace Cons - face swollen after anaesthesia - excessive bleeding due to incompetence when removing wisdom teeth - poor suturing skills, resulting in cavity whilst gum was healing - incompetent stitch removal(did not completely remove all stitches) - denying poor surgery preformed, claiming it is normal for this procedure Pros -patient/helpful receptionist -clean atmosphere Note: I have nothing against Uplus but rather the staff they hire, please be weary of who preforms your surgery make sure to check their linked in and years of experience before committing. My healing process was gruelling and I did not experience the same pain for my other wisdom tooth extractions else where. Unfortunately I will be leaving 1 star I hope you read this and pass it on to Grace please be more careful with future patients, we are human and have feelings just like you please treat us with care. I’m sure they will reply this review by saying I wasn’t a customer, but keep in mind nobody will come up with an elaborate review just to deface some small business in a building. Fantastic experience: As someone who is anxious about visiting the dentist I can honestly say I have no problem recommending Dr Enu. So caring and patient. After a large filling, I felt no pain. The best dentists I've ever experienced by far. She has also given me excellent advice and is willing to explain things.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience! A week before me and my husband both went for dental treatment. Had an appointment with Dr. Enu . She did a great job for both of us. For me it was a tooth Extraction which she did very carefully and patiently explains everything prior to treatment. My Husband had deep Clean/tooth whitening session. Negative experience: My experience with Dr. Enu was not good. I went for extraction of my wisdom tooth, she appeared confident after the X-ray but the extraction proved too much for her and she tried hard pulling my tooth out, huffing and puffing only to leave the root behind breaking half of the teeth and talking out only the top. Maybe my tooth was too strong and this was a one off case, but it left a bad taste in my mouth both literally and metaphorically. Go only if you think you have a straight thorough case and not a complicated one. At the end, I was left with a referral to a specialist with a half broken tooth. Not a pleasant experience. Learnt a ‘bloody’ lesson

Fantastic experience: Very nice and professional dentist. Took out my wisdom teeth very quick and no pain at all!!! So impressed about that!!! The assistant is really caring, she not just standing by my side while assisting the dentist, she actually hold my hand, tried to calm me down as I was really scared! And because of my bad English, I get a little bit confused on price which dentist already list out clearly for me upfront and my partner actually called to ask. I felt sorry about that but ended up the assistant still explained patiently for him! Appreciate that! Thanks so much for your guys

Negative experience: Probably one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. I had been to Uplus once before (before the current dentist was there) and there were no dramas. With their current main dentist (she's on maternity leave at the moment), I paid $700ish for 3 fillings, and halfway through the procedure she told me the assistant had messed up the paste so she needed to redo one of the fillings. That was fine by me. The procedure was completed and I was sent home. The next day, where the anaesthetic was injected, I got a HUGE boil / cyst in my cheek and needed antibiotics for it. A day later, one of the supposedly problem-free fillings cracked suddenly and my tooth felt super hollow. I was frightened, so I called them and explained that I thought my tooth had been cracked so they told me to return. When I returned, the dentist explained that the filling had dissolved as they put the wrong paste into that one too! So that's 2 out of 3 fillings faulty...she fixed that tooth up and I was sent home again. It's now been under 2 months since the fillings were put in my teeth and I can still feel sharp pains where the fillings are, and I know that the fillings were done incorrectly because I shouldn't be feeling pain in areas where the nerves are covered up with fillings? Because she's on leave, I know already they won't try and rectify it as they told me that they can't give me free work if the dentist I saw isn't there at the moment. Spend your money elsewhere, take it from me.

Negative experience: this is the worst dental clean up i ever had. absolutely waste time and money. all i had in return is pain and discomfort. i went to do my rountie checkup and clean on 3/8/19 and after 2 weeks, i still experience sensitivity and sharp pain around up teeth/nerves/gum. had to stop the dentist four times during cleaning as i just simply can't bear the pain. after four times, she finally realised that the vibration was prob too high and then adjusted. if the dentist can NOT perform a proper basic job, how can you trust her on any complex job?! i am writing this review cos i don't want anyone else to suffer. reception was hopeless too, not much of help at all. will definitely not go back.

Negative experience: one sentence- Do not ever go here!!! you are wasting your MONEY and HEALTH! My whole experience was so bad that I even wonder whether the "good" reviews below are written by genuine poeple! no wonder they have so much negative comments as well. I was told by the rude reception lady a certain cost before treatment and after treatment they added another 200 dollars without proper explanation. they have very poor infection control and hygiene and cut corners just so they can see more customers. There was a reason as to why things seemed cheaper.... avoid at all costs. Response: honestly, your DA dropped something and continued to use it. Dont even try to bring up excuses. No costs were given at all prior to treatment. The worst dentist and tries to come up with every excuse in response to criticism rather than working to fix it. YOUR TEETH WILL BE DAMAGED BY COMING TO THIS CLINIC

Negative experience: Really bad experience!!! I went for a root canal and the dentist spent hours and hours, and at the end she told me that she couldn’t do anything. I paid $400 for nothing. And now I have a broken tooth. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

Negative experience: They smile and rip you off, plus they don't do a good job at all, and when you go back for quick check up they charge you $60 for "talking" to the dentist for 5 min. Never again

Fantastic experience: Today I went to Uplus dental clinic for dental check up and consultataion.i am sharing some feedback about the service I got. The receptionist person in this dental care is very good. The dentist sorry I forgot the name she is too good and she discuss all my dental related things very patiently and carefully . She suggested what is best suitable for me . I visited some other dental clinic but this is one of the good one. I personally recommended everyone to visit this dental clinic.

Negative experience: My teeth filling came off after 8 months and I called them to report the issue and was hoping for a replacement, but I was told that I may be eligible for a discount. The receptionist also tried to sell a promo service to me while I was complaining. Terrible service!

Negative experience: Teeth cleaning result was not good. The dentist kept persuading me to do fillings for 3 teeth, I did one which she mentioned the decay was really bad. She mentioned the other two need to beer done ASAP too but I didn't do it at hers. When I went to the other dental clinic, the dentist mentioned I didn't need filling at all, my teeth were fine. Apparently the dentist at uplus isn't very honest.

Fantastic experience: I had positive experience all the way from booking an appointment until the end of my tooth extraction procedure. The staff and the dentist were very friendly and calm. The doctor gave me options on what I want to do instead of forcing on the more expensive treatment. The cost of my tooth extraction was affordable unlike the other places in the city. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at U Plus Dental from their reception staff and the dentist to the dental nurse. I'm terrified of needles so even the nurse offered to hold my hand. Very sweet and caring of them. The Dr also explained several options for a cosmetic change I'd like to make with my tooth without forcing me to choose the most expensive option as my only/last resort (which was the case from another local dentist I went to beforehand).. Will recommend them :)

Fantastic experience: They were truly amazing! The dentist was lovely and highly trained in her profession. The pricing was great and they understood I didn't have private health, attempting to keep the costs down for me. I was in chronic pain and they whipped my wisdom tooth out right then and there! I highly recommend this dentist if you want a high quality service. They have great personal skills too, are very caring and kind.

Negative experience: I had bought a voucher through groupon. They called me two days before my appointment to change the time to earlier timing which I did not realise how terrible traffic would of been at that time. Knowing I was going to be late due to traffic I called and told them I was going to be late and the guy I spoke with said its ok. When I arrived being later than 10 minutes they declined to take me in and said that my voucher was cancelled. I tried to explain that even their location in the building was confusing but they refused to negotiate or even reschedule my time, very disappointed at the poor quality of customer service I have received from them. I had in mind to recommend this place to another family member and friends which I longer will and certainly will speak poorly of their rudeness.

Fantastic experience: I went for the first time today and i was extremely nervous as i had not been to a dentist in 4 years due to moving here from Ireland. They made me feel really comfortable and the dentist and dental nurse were very friendly and explained everything to me very well. I couldn't recommend this dentist enough. The receptionist also was very helpfull and friendly. Waiting time was not long.

Fantastic experience: Went to this dental clinic to get a general check up and clean. Very clean and modern clinic compared to other places. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Waited for about 5 minutes and the dentist came out to greet. Dentist was very good. I had some ongoing minor pain in the lower jaw area which none of the dentist I went to in the past said or told me why or what was causing the pain. The dentist here at U+plus examined my teeth and indicated straight away if I was having minor pain in the lower jaw area. I didn't even tell him. Dentist here seems to be very experience and knows what he's doing and talking about. Overall experience was very positive. Would recommend this clinic to anyone.
