Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a great experience with Lamb Street Medical and Dental! Dr. Melissa really takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable before starting any treatment. I couldn't recommend this clinic enough to family and friends!

Negative experience: Reception was really nice. My doctor on the other hand I think needs to go back to medical school to learn how to deal with a patient. Told him I had knee pain. Didn’t look at it or anything just looked me up and down and called me obese. Couldn’t even see my body cause I was wearing baggy jeans and a jumper.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jong i believe his name was very friendly informative and very straight forward. Im currently looking for a new GP, i do prefer a female Dr as i am 22weeks pregnant but due to not feeling well i booked in to see a Dr and this was a pleasant experience. I wish i could talk properly as i wanted to know more about the dental services for my kids and I but that can wait till i am able to talk again so i can communicate clearly whats happening. So overall experience everything was Quick easy and informative. The only other thing is the car park its kind of like a one way lane or one at a time vehicle in the driveway. Probably about 8-10spots at the back or if you prefer the cranbourne shopping centre carpark is literally across the road.

He had seen both my daughters who are very anxious little girls when seeing doctors, however because of Dr Jong’s calm and gentle approach, both my girls were surprisingly good and well behaved throughout the whole appointment. He is also a great listener and has a warm and caring nature. Thank you for taking care of my family Dr Jong. We we’ll always come back.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr Melissa. She explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. It is a really great place to go. I had lots of questions how to make my teeth more healthy and look good. Dr Melissa was happy to assist here. Here, everyone from the dentist to the staff are very friendly. Dr Melissa , does such a great job! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist in the Cranbourne area. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, especially with what insurance covers and other questions.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those folk that have a perhaps unnatural fear of dentists, I had a couple of dental issues that got out of hand. I visited this clinic and they were very thorough re explaining the options and thoughtful re my pain comfort levels, I would go as far as say the dentist (Dr M Jong) actually cared about my level of comfort during my visit and I would not hesitate to make a return visit if the situation were to arise. Fantastic experience: I have had 2 appointments with Dr Melissa so far and I have noticed the quality of her work is much better than previous dentists I've been to. My friend who is a dental assistant recommended Dr Melissa to me & i'm really glad she did. Firstly, she is gentle and takes her time. Secondly, she takes pictures of your teeth before and shows them to you. Then she explains what work is required & asks before she proceeds. Thirdly, she is upfront with costs which I appreciate. Her services are a bit more pricey, but it's totally worth it for the time she spends on you. I highly recommend her :)

Fantastic experience: I came to the clinic with severe dental issues last December. Melissa and her team did their best to help me and make the process as painless as possible. Everything was disclosed upfront, the costs, why there was a need for a procedure, and I was given a lot of information about how to treat my issues at home. The clinic was also very flexible and accommodating to my schedule and made adjustments as needed. I'm pleased with the results, and it's been a significant quality of life improvement!

Fantastic experience: Today I have had appointment with both GP and the dentist in this very nice and beautiful clinic. All staff were so polite and friendly. Dr Frank is very intelligent and full of knowledge of what he is doing with very soft and decent personality. The Dentist Dr Melissa was oh my God very gentle, mannerly and friendly, gives you plenty of time to have a thorough treatment. All I got there worth beyond my money and expectations. Fantastic experience: I struggled looking for a clinic to get a covid vaccine for my daughter with special needs, as she refuses to wear a mask. But when I rang LS Medical, they were very accommodating, got an appointment straight away and the receptionist as well as Dr Jong were so very nice and polite. I highly recommend this Clinic.
