Fantastic experience: I had to get a filling done and im a vertigo sufferer due too a head injury after an accident so laying back for me is very difficult without feeling terrible all staff were very accommodating and understanding to my situation and worked with me to get the filling done I felt so bad I made thier job so much harder but am so appreciative to them for been so kind and supportive checking with me throughout the whole procedure so thankyou so much

Fantastic experience: I had to do a cleaning and to re-do a tooth filling. I was visited by Dr Tasneem Abu Obeida. Being a new patient, she had to do a first check-up. She was very meticulous and detailed, and very light with her hand. Every went smooth. I recommend this doctor 100%.

Fantastic experience: This dental surgery is amazing! I have not been to a dentist in so long, a decade +. I was anxiety ridden abiut having a tooth removed that had become painful and I had put off. This surgery is run by angels. Thanks ladies for making this experience amazing. I am happy to book another appointment here. If you need a dentist don't look past this surgery!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth filling done yesterday, and even though it was late in the day, Dr. Sruthy and Nurse Dorothy did an amazing job. They were both so professional, and I never felt any pain throughout the procedure. I really appreciate how thorough and gentle they were, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Excellent care and service – highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very Happy with DR Srikanth! after developing a massive fear of the dentist i read about this place! Such a relief to find a good dentist where i do not fear walking in the door. Had the gas to sedate me and it was the best dental trip ever, Dr was very careful and gentle and even gave me more to numb me as he could feel i was getting a little sore. I cant praise them enough here for making me feel at ease and actually making sense to me, not just looking at the final $$$$, happy to work with me in stages as it can be costly, but what isnt these days! Well worth 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I am impressed with your kindness and patience when I learned the bad news about my teeth. It was hard for me to hear that my tooth needed a root canal! Thank you for going over the X-rays in detail and explaining the problem. I also appreciate how quickly you were able to book me in for an urgent check on my tooth. The receptionist is very kind and friendly and always making sure that everything is clear and understood. Everything was very perfect. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: I've been a long time client of Gosnells dental Centre but after the prices suddenly doubled from my last visit til today when I had a fillin done I'll go elsewhere in the future. i.e. $165 last visit for filling today $317 this visit for filling. $49 for a consultation that NEVER happened, I pointed to the tooth that needed fixing, he x-rayed the tooth then fixed the filling. X-ray, injection, wait 5-7mins to num up, drilling, filling packed & then the filling set, all done in 30mins there was no consultation because there was no need for a consultation or time. I showed him which tooth needed fixing he x-rayed it & then he fixed it. No consultation to find out where the pain was or what tooth to fix, I showed him what tooth needed fixing, but I still got changed $49. You say your trying to keep things affordable well that behaviour doesn't look your trying to keep things affordable to me. it looks like your deliberately pushing the price UP for made up services. Anyway I'll let the people who read this review be the judge of that.

Fantastic experience: After weeks of horror tooth pain, being hand-balled from dentist to dentist and being told I’d have to be put to sleep to get my wisdom tooth out because my gum had swallowed my whole tooth the magician dentist here pulled my tooth out in like 5 minutes! I didn’t feel a thing and he didn’t have to put me to sleep, he numbed it and pulled it out. Just like that I was amazed! 1000% recommend coming here, I’ll never see another dentist again! Fantastic experience: I’ve had heaps of work done through Gosnells dental center over the last 10 years and every time I’ve been ecstatic with the results. They are very professional and caring. They go above and beyond and have always treated me with respect and have always kept me informed on how to properly care for my teeth and gums. A lot better than dentists I went to previously who weren’t informative and the fillings kept falling out. Now I only have to get check ups and scale and cleans, it’s great!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been attending Gosnells Dental Centre for several years now and have highly recommended this dental centre to our family and friends. The care and attention given by the dentists and nurses has always been impeccable.  Procedures have always been thoroughly explained, questions answered, costs defined thus leaving no doubts as to their professionalism and patient care. It’s great when arriving at this dental centre and you are greeted with friendliness and a welcoming staff, helping you to feel comfortable and relaxed before your dental procedure. Without hesitation we would recommend Gosnells Dental Centre to anyone who is looking for professionalism and peace of mind when choosing a dental centre.

Negative experience: I always found the actual dentists great, but other staff extremely rude. Tried to claim they have a 48 hour cancellation policy (despite this being stated nowhere online or in the reception area that could be seen). Sent a bill in the post for a cancellation even though more than 24 hours notice was given. Would never return. They're also more expensive than my new dentist and are not a preferred provider for most health insurance.

Fantastic experience: Michael and the lovely lovely ladies were fantastic! I cannot thank them enough for helping me through my fear - I am no longer worried to visit the dentist! I had a wisdom tooth removed and a filling and I didn't feel a thing! Michael was brilliant! The ladies were so helpful and supportive. They made sure I knew everything I needed to know, they were so very helpful. I cannot recommend this Dentist enough. And they were cheapest by far too.
