Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this dental centre. Ladies at the reception are very welcoming and the dental centre it self has a good vibe. I saw Dr. Bev and had an amazing experience with my dental issues. For anyone looking for an amazing dentist this is the centre to go.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. The receptionists Chanel and Isla were so welcoming on my visit. Personally I feel nervous going to the dentist but when I sat in the chair Bev, the practise owner, made me feel so calm, she reassured me so much during my appointment. She gave me so much detail regarding my appointment and reassured any worries I had. I felt extra reassured when I lay down and seen a large tv screen above me to watch tv whilst my appointment occurred to distract me. I had the pleasure to meet Summer who cleaned all my teeth. Summer went through step by step what she was going to do to my teeth and why which I found very helpful, Meg the dental nurse was very gentle and kind throughout my appointment. Overall I had the best experience at this dentist, I have gone on to proceed with teeth whitening, and more teeth cleaning. Could not recommend this dentist more, amazing staff!!!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can make you feel very vulnerable but Bev and the entire team, (including the lovely receptionists)at Wanneroo Dental Centre are kind, professional and collaborative in their care. Every step is explained along the way and any treatment plans put in place are done with the consideration of what the patient can tolerate and afford.

Fantastic experience: I have always been a dentist freaker. ( Dodgy old dentist in the UK put me off for years! ) Never been comfortable, but here is a different story. Dr Bev is lovely! She's funny, friendly but extremely professional! I will not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have been a long time patient here going back about 20years (I lived next door to then owner ) . Recently the practice has extended however it is the same friendly practice that I remembered. I recently had a scare with a need to go into urgent open heart surgery and so on way home from seeing my surgeon with his request for a dentist certificate in hand I popped in Tuesday ( surgery Wednesday following week) . Turns out I needed a number of x- rays to check for infections . Isla was amazing and organised for the x- rays that afternoon. I had an infection and so needed root canal work before I could have my heart surgery. The practice moved heaven and earth to treat me which they did (Dr Madi) yesterday morning ! Consulted with my heart surgeon and now I am able to go ahead with surgery . Thank you all, you were amazing Paul

Fantastic experience: Today I visited Wanneroo dental for the first time. Was the most pleasant experience I have ever had . Having two little toddlers with no family around to help it normaly can be quite difficult at times to go to appointments. Bit from the moment it walked in the ladies at the front desk where absolutely amazing they make it feel very relaxing they interacted with my two toddlers gave them drawings and spoke to them they got stickers and even a balloon. I even needed to go to the bathroom and they kept an eye on the kids while I had to go to the bathroom . I went in for my examination and the two ladies in the examination room when also above and beyond to make it comfortable for my kids and I . I highly recommend for parent who have children and don’t have anyone else to rely on this is definitely the best place to come great service and also very knowledgeable staff. Thanks again

Fantastic experience: Thankyou to the Wonderful team at Wanneroo Dental centre First time for both my kids today who are 10 and 7 The reception staff & dental team were AMAZING! Great friendly service and knowledge ! Not in a hurry and so gentle and explained everything to the kids as they went. All Necessary scans done on site and procedures carried out with the latest non-invasive technology Plus no gap mouth guards also with the latest technology to get moulds- no gagging ! A great kids hub whilst you wait and little take away pack for them to encourage the kids to take care of their teeth THANKYOU for making this trip to the dentist a really positive experience

Negative experience: I was in a lot of pain and I couldn’t take it anymore so I rang this dentist and she got me in promptly and told me it wouldn’t cost anymore than $300 I’m like that’s not to bad so I went in got my wisdom tooth pulled out and then went to pay and I nearly fell to the floor with what I was charged $750 for 1 tooth been pulled out this has now made me struggle financially I will never set foot back into this dentist I’m absolutely disgusted with what I was charged

Fantastic experience: The most outstanding dental experience I've had. The practice is immaculate, all of the staff are so kind and welcoming. My clean with Summer was the best I've had. It was gentle but effective. She was able to highlight the areas I need to improve my brushing on with the special dye. At my following appointment I had two fillings with Bev. I was so nervous beforehand but she was so comforting and put me at ease. The procedure was painless and the filling she did sorted out an issue I'd had for years. I am seriously impressed by my entire experience at Wanneroo Dental Centre and am so glad to have come across a practice that implements such a high standard across every aspect.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend to bring my nervous pregnant wife to see Liz as she was very gentle with my friends child. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so welcoming and they have a cool kids corner that our 3 year old daughter loved. Liz explained everything to my wife and made her feel very comfortable with the treatment. She hadn’t had a clean in over 10 years as she was too nervous to go. My wife didn’t have any pain and said getting her teeth cleaned with Liz was like a spa bath for her teeth. I will also be booking myself and our 3 year old daughter in.

Fantastic experience: Recently saw Liz for my families routine clean, she did such an amazing job with all of us but especially our 2yo. He had so much fun! Dr Rebecca also took care of some holes in my front teeth, I can now smile with ease.

Fantastic experience: For the past 20+ years I've been visiting a dentist every 3 months to keep on top of my oral hygiene. Out of nowhere came crippling anxiety which put me off going to the dentist for 2 years. Today I had an appointment with Dr Bev. I left feeling as though I'd had a catch-up with a kind person and not as though I'd spent time in the dentist chair. Bev put me at ease and talked me through every part of the process. I 100% recommend Wanneroo Dental Centre if you are looking to visit a dentist for the first time in a long time. There is no judgement. I didn't feel a thing. I've booked my next appointment. Negative experience: Been going here since 2012 and was very happy Unfortunately under the new owners and management the services and administration has declined, Seems to me that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing sometimes, Very Very DISAPPOINTING !!! I think it’s a case of profit making rather than the great service and family values of the previous owner David, Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going there again

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend this place enough! All the staff within the practice are very passionate with what they do . As I am a new patient, The receptionist Ellie made me feel super welcome and calmed any nerves I had, she had a warm smile which was amazing to see, also the music whilst you are waiting is top tear! I have a fear of the dentist due to previous practices but Camelia made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was super gentle and explained every step she was doing so that I was at ease. The tv on the roof makes you feel relaxed. I will definitely be coming back to Wanneroo Dental Centre!!

Fantastic experience: I recently broke a crown 2 days before my sons 30th birthday party. I contacted Waneroo Dental Centre and spoke with Ellie who was very friendly and sympathetic. Ellie managed to slot me in to an emergency appointment with Dr Bev Hurst. The surgery was spotlessly clean and had a warm and comfortable feeling. The procedure was painless and I found Dr Bev to be very professional and reassuring, explaining everything as it was happening. I won’t hesitate to go back whenever I need a good dentist. Well done Waneroo Dental Centre professional service with that personal touch.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my 2 kids have been seeing Dr Bev for over 8 years now. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist because of her as she has seen them since they were very young and built a great relationship with them. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and gives the best service every time. The airflow clean is the best! Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience at Wanneroo Dental! From the second I walked in to the practice as a new patient, I was greeted by Ellie with a very warm and welcoming smile, and she made me feel as though we had met many times before. Dr Bev & Chanel are a great team and are both very personable, caring and down to earth. My experience in the dental chair was so relaxing, I completely switched off and was miles away in the Maldives which was playing on the tv screen above me. I would highly recommend to anyone.

As a new client, and not having kept up with my dental care throughout Covid, I was a little nervous but was quickly put at ease from the moment I entered the practice. The arrival process was welcoming and simple, and the staff were all very friendly, explaining the technology in use and the process throughout the appointment. I’ll be returning.
