Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Dr Yifei! She did two wisdom teeth extractions and 8 fillings. The process was very fast and completely pain free! All of the staff at Dental Centre Maroochydore and very friendly and great at what they do. They’re absolutely my dentist for life.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist is not my favourite place to go but the team here from the moment you step in the door are amazing. The ladies at the front desk help in anyway they can. While my mother-in-law visited from overseas and we just walked in, they found her a spot that day. I also have a new Dental implant that Dr Owen Jenkins and his team did. They were professional amazing and understood how to take you through every step. It furthers my love for this team as Dr Jenkins takes these opportunities to help teach others with his work. Truly overflowing to the greater community knowledge and love for what they do. I would not go anywhere else and could not recommend them higher.

Fantastic experience: Dr Owen Jenkens has recently completed my dental implants and I’m one happy chappy. Right from the start Owen explained the process with a time line and estimate of cost. He is an absolute perfectionist and fully understands any concerns a patient may have. I would highly recommend Owen; he is the best.

Fantastic experience: I'd sooner to anything other than go to the dentist but was in a lot of pain this day and had no choice as had to go but from the minute I walked through the front door I felt at ease. Reception ladies were very welcoming as were the dental nurses and Dr Owen Jenkins was fantastic. We are about to start travelling but I'm going to see if I can sort out plans to be back for follow up visit or at least start regular visits to the dentist as I was that happy with everything. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly professional, friendly and caring. I had a full mouth restoration skillfully completed by Dr Owen Jenkins using state-of-the-art technology. The team created a relaxed atmosphere and I am really pleased with the result and value for money.

Negative experience: Staff and service was lovely by the counter. Went in for emergency pain in a tooth that a filling fell out of. Was qouted ~2000+ dollars for double extraction of my wisdom and affected tooth. I felt very rushed out, and pushed into a certain direction. (A specialist.) I didn't have the money, so just spent weeks in pain. Got a second opinion shortly after and problem tooth was removed for 300$ with a free follow-up booking at a different dentist. Was told the dentist here read my xrays wrong... The ones I paid 120$ for.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth pulled today and Dr Clare Reynolds was absolutely amazing! I am so terrified of dentists and needles, I seriously didn’t even know she had given me the needle and she was so gentle pulling the tooth! Clare and her assistant Lia were both so kind and chatted to me the whole time which was calming in itself. Highly recommend this practice especially Dr Clare. Also Sue on reception could not do enough to get me in as a emergency appointment whilst we were on holidays, so thank you to Sue also. Thank you

He took my very poorly veneered teeth, with their mismatched colour and unrealistic appearance and made me feel finally confident to smile. I can’t stop smiling! His work honestly exceeded my expectations! I love my teeth now. I should also mention that he does all this with such a friendly, patient centred approach. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Dr Owen Jenkins for an emergency appointment by two different dentists. Not only did the practice fit me within the week, Dr Jenkins is best dentist I have ever had. Efficient, describes everything really accurately and really friendly (and thank you to Morgana as well!). Everyone at the the practice is really friendly and helpful including the receptionists.

Fantastic experience: I had 3 crowns bridge installed in 1993 and late October 2019 it fell out. I had several consultations with Dr. Anthony Gadd who is a specialist with crowns. There was some decay in a root which he extracted with minimum of fuss or pain. He replaced the bridge with 4 crowns which have fitted into my mouth beautifully. The team work between Anthony and his nurse Maddie, is amazing. I now have a great dentist with whom I can thoroughly recommend. Thank you Anthony and Maddie for putting up with me. Geoffrey Baker

Positive experience: Woke up Saturday morning after suffering toothache all night ,rang the practic af 7am ,was sitting in the chair at 11am ,out by 12 noon after root canal treatment , completely pain free, extremely professional staff, thank you Dr I Watson . Alasdair Cooper

Negative experience: I went to this dentist surgery for a check up and after xrays, the cost of which I was not told up front was told I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. I raised my concern that I am a student and cannot afford a $2000 surgery but the dentist was very intent that I would not be able to get this done through the public system and would have to wait up to six years only to have it done poorly. I later called the public health services and had an appointment done that day, new xrays for free and booked to get my wisdom teeth removed at no cost in two weeks time. I am disappointed that I could not trust the advice of a medical professional that should have the patients interests at heart.

Negative experience: Went here about 2 years ago to get some teeth pulled for dental work and later found out by my orthodontist that the dentist had pulled the wrong teeth out! When trying to find out where the communication error occured and who was at fault, both companies pushed the blame to the other person. Was extremely unimpressed. Even after this horrible experience I decided to give this dental practice another go when I had an infected wisdom tooth. I was in with the dentist for less than 5 minutes, and when I came out to reception, I found out I had to pay over $120! Turns out the dentist decided to give me a glorified salt wash that cost over $70 without even telling me that there would be an additional cost. This is not okay. Many people cannpt afford to fork out money like it's nothing. I do not think this is neccessarily a bad dental practice (I had had many checkups here prior to these experiences without any problems), and I encourage you to give it a go if you are thinking about going here, but this is simply my experience and I believe that some things need to change within their company.
