Fantastic experience: I have been with WYP Dental for the last 2 years, and I am so happy to have found them. Dr Wendy Hu is friendly, professional, and thorough. She takes the time to talk through all her recommendations and listen to my preferences and concerns. I never feel rushed or pressured, and I feel that she genuinely wants the best results for her patients. I am always anxious when I visit any dentist, but Dr Wendy is gentle and understanding and helps me feel calm and relaxed. I am halfway through a smile makeover at the moment (aligners, bleaching, veneers), and I am already SO impressed by the results. Dr Wendy has a great eye for aesthetics!! I highly recommend this clinic

Fantastic experience: Dr You Ping Wang is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and patient. My families have been here for about 20 years since my daughter was very little. She was hurt by other dentist and scared of dental treatment. Dr Wang was so gentle and helped her to relax. Dr Wang is a very experienced dentist especially for kids. I sometimes almost fell into sleep during her treatment. This clinic’s nurse and receptions are very kind and friendly too. Definitely recommend.

Recently, after my teeth moved back again, I completed an Invisalign treatment with Dr Wendy who was so friendly and thorough. Negative experience: 【特别告诫不要去王幼平牙科】 非常糟糕、非常痛苦的一次就诊经历。我太太在这家叫做王幼平的牙科诊所做了一次所谓的牙齿深度清洁，消毒粗暴不严格，造成严重感染，右脸大幅度脓肿，甚至压迫到眼睛，三天三夜无法合眼睡觉……后去Boxhill急诊紧急住院，输液，仍然不能消除；接着紧急转院到Dandenong医院急诊，在等候两天后，开刀从脸颊内部手术引流，又住院几天，且至今面部仍然麻木……非常痛苦，非常愤怒！

I am so thankful as he was travelling from overseas and WYP Dental still accommodated even though he wasn't a regular patient. My uncle was terrified of pain during dental procdured but Dr Michael reasssured him and did root canal procedure completely painlessly.
