I have bad experiences with other dentists , but Dr Lakshmi and her staff are wonderful at putting me at my ease before and during procedures. Dr Lakshmi always informs me of what she will be doing prior to and during the procedure, then what, if any. follow up is needed. I got a call back letting me know I'd be called around 8:30 to see where I could be scheduled in. I got a call just after 8:30 saying there was a 9am cancellation. I got in and was seen to straight away. One needle, no pain, thank you.
