Fantastic experience: Tony and Chloe were awesome! My first appointment with them for some wisdom tooth issues and they were lovely and reassuring as id never had a tooth pulled before. They made sure I had the best experience I could and the pull was painless! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Waiting until something went wrong instead of preventative measures was my mistake. Returning to my childhood Dentist is the best decision I could have made! Luckily Tony’s experience in planning a course of treatment and with Ying’s amazing skills I feel that my smile and oral health will hopefully return. The reception staff are all super friendly as well!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time with lower plenty dental and I was absolutely blown away by the service. The whole team are very friendly, they seem like they truly care about each patient. Tony was amazing and very knowledgeable, he is a very genuine person. Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter saw Anna for a check up and we had some concerns about her teeth. Anna was fantastic! She made her feel comfortable and at ease. Anna explained everything she was going to do and showed her all the instruments. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency my tooth broke during COVID which previously had a root canal. They were amazing and fitted me and fixed the tooth. I then returned for a crown and saw tony. He was exceptional. It was a great experience they even offer gas which was excellent. New to the area and highly recommend this dentist. I will be going there from now on.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. 3 appointments for gum pain and a filling. 1st appointment was more than 30 minutes late. 2nd appointment was over an hour late (and the filling "couldn't" even be done!). Its a bit cheeky to charge me for a "review" and tell me to book another appointment to get the filling done (which was the intended reason for the booking!) when it was simply that your dentist wanted to go home. Third appointment advised at LEAST 30 minutes late, but possibly longer. The receptionist "thought" about calling me but didn't... Forget it! Considering you can't just walk in and have a filling done on the day you would think that there would be a better estimate of time required. 15 minutes late? sure these things happen. Over an hour without even a phone call ahead of time? I wont be returning if this is the "service" offered.

We sincerely apologise for running late for your appointment, but it appears you were caught up in the dental sector transitioning into different levels of Covid 19 restrictions. As you may agree, these last few months have been quite challenging for us all, and for health care related businesses in particular, as we have to re-set our practices whenever the restrictions change. As a health-related clinic, our overriding responsibility is to produce the best possible outcome to our patients. We have a duty to make the care of patients our first concern and to practise safely and effectively.
This means all clients need to be screened at reception, extra precautions need to be taken in the treatment room, and more time is spent cleaning the treatment room between procedures. All this results in longer appointment times.
We are also one of the few dental clinics in the area remaining open due to the escalation of the Covid-19 crisis, and as a result we are receiving many dental emergency patients. These patients cannot be triaged perfectly by telephone, ie; we don’t exactly know what the treatment plan will be until we have the emergency patient in the chair.
In this situation, estimating appointment times becomes an inexact science. Unfortunately, as we were in our first day of Level 2, we mistimed how long these changes to our standard operating practices would take.
Once again I apologise. I hope, but cannot guarantee, that it won’t happen again.

Negative experience: After over 4 years of good service, I was extremely disappointed that they effectively washed their hands of proper “customer care and support” in relation to an old filling (which didn’t cause me any concern) that they recommended (Grazia) to replace after an X-ray. I trusted them and had it replaced but it was highly sensitive so much so that I couldn’t bite heavily on that side due to too much sensitivity. They removed and replaced it - and we’re going to charge me again until I complained ! - but it made matters worse (more sensitivity). I wrote to them asking for help or if they couldn’t help to send me my dental records. Within an hour I got my dental records - no phone call !! I ended up seeing a dentist in Essendon (Dr Jim Loutas on Mt Alexander road ... brilliant !!) and after diligently cleaning out the old filling (twice as long as normal) he replaced it and it fixed the problem.
