Fantastic experience: Five Stars! I was recently in a lot of pain from my teeth. I saw MWS Dental and Dr. Michael Wai-Shing highly recommended on community pages and decided to book in. The booking process was super easy thanks to Carolyn, who was friendly and efficient. Dr. Michael was very professional and thorough. After examining my teeth, he referred me to get a scan just across the road—which was bulk billed. From the scan, he identified a stuck wisdom tooth and a large cavity that needed urgent treatment before it became more serious. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained—no pressure or sales tactics, just honest, expert advice. Dr. Michael even showed before-and-after photos to walk me through the work done. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is excellent, with helpful reminders and follow-up. I’m so glad I found this clinic highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend. I was in a bad way last week just before the holiday. I was desperate for help and the best my dentist could offer was to get me in with hygienist in a different office 45 minuets away and there was going to be a minimum $400.00 charge. In hindsight, I don't think the receptionist I spoke with was actually listening to how bad I was. I called MWS and from the moment Denise answered the phone. They started helping me. She reassured me immediately that I had called the right place. Dr Michael would know how to help me. She scheduled me in for that afternoon but said that since I was needing help today, they would have a prescription for me at the office so that I could go in that morning and get the x-rays the Dr would need to help me. I was able to to get in and get the x-rays needed so that when I did get in with Dr Michael he already had an understanding of what he could do to help me. And he did! He was amazing, helping me immediately and also giving me me an understanding of what the issue is. He worked well and explained what he was doing along the way. It was honestly one of the best dental experiences of my life and I will be going to them from now on.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here for her first visit due to tooth pain she is a spectrum kid who doesn't let anyone look in her mouth let alone do any work without being knocked out. Michael and Janet were absolutely amazing with her.

Fantastic experience: Thankyou to the MWS Dental team for seeing my 12yo son for a last minute emergency appointment on Friday whilst we were on holidays and unfamilliar with the area. He had an accident in the playground whilst on holidays and cracked more than half his front adult tooth. I phoned in a panic at 3:30pm and Carolyn was calm and helpful and assured me that he could be seen that afternoon by Dr Michael. On arrival, the practice exuded a calming vibe and we were once again assured that he would be ok. At no point did we feel rushed (even though they stayed back after hours on a Friday to help us). We were offered comprehensive treatment options to achieve the best long term result for our son. Michael was caring, gentle, professional and efficient. Adequate records were taken to send to our local dentist at home. I would thoroughly recommend MWS Dental to any locals or holiday-makers who require fabulous, first class dental care. Fantastic experience: Visited MWS Dental for a routine check up and teeth clean. The team were great, I found them very caring and gentle. Michael is very friendly and explained what he was doing and didn't rush. I have a good understanding of my oral health and was able to see pictures before/after and agree what tooth might need watching next time (old filling showing sign of wear). Carolyn is a great asset too and gave me good tips to improve my flossing and reduce pressure on toothbrush. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: As someone who didn't go to the dentist for YEARS due to lingering anxiety from awful dentist experiences, Michael is without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever had, I cannot recommend him enough. I first came as a rather unwilling patient due to painful tooth and gum aches and as a result, needed several fillings. Michael was extremely comforting and took my anxiety and nervousness about any dental work to heart, and helped to manage the entire process and made sure I had what I needed to get through. I'm now back on the bi-annual check-up list, and it is all thanks to Michael and his great team.

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 year old here for her first dental appointment and it was a great experience! Michael was warm, fun, patient and made my daughter feel very relaxed. They have a screen above the chair with Paw Patrol playing, novelty glasses, a bag of goodies to take home and the nurse even made her a balloon animal at the end! Can’t recommend this place enough especially for kids.

Negative experience: Like all dentist stupid expensive prices just to pull a tooth...disgusting really..I have loose tooth and huge abscess but cannot afford to get one tooth pulled because prices start at around $170 and upwards..dentists are big time rip offs

Fantastic experience: Having an aversion to dental work due to childhood dentist trauma, I found Michael and Caroline to be extremely professional, gentle and attentive. I tried the nitrous oxide on my first visit, but found I didn't need it on subsequent visits. There were no hidden extra costs. I do believe that Michael and Caroline assisted me in healing from past trauma and I have no hesitation in returning. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Is there such a thing as GENTLE DENTAL? Yes there is! I went to Michael and the team at MWS Dental for a tooth extraction. Not the most pleasant experience for anyone but I felt so comfortable and relaxed in Michael’s hands. He explained the procedure step by step before and during the extraction. The administration of the anaesthesia through the needle would have to be one of the most pleasant I have ever had and that is saying something about the skill this team has. I throughly recommend the team at MWS

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend MWS Dental! Michael is such a genuine, calm, friendly and kind person, he is very caring and patient. He has such a wealth of knowledge and takes the time needed to talk you through your visit and if any requirements/follow up after. Absolutely wonderful with kids, to the point mine enjoyed their visit and can't wait to go back!! And no doubt will be wonderful for nervous adults aswell. From accomodating an emergency procedure, whilst maintaining COVID regulations and cleaning, and getting me to an event in extraordinary time. Fantastic experience: Dr Michael and Carolyn are fantastic with my 2 children. Both girls always love to come to the dentist now where before, especially with my eldest had quite bad anxiety attending. Dr Michael and Carolyn always make the girls feel welcome and explain step by step what they are doing so there is no anxiety and they know what to expect with no surprises. Dr Michael and Carolyn always make the appointment fun and lots of laughs along the way. I can’t recommend them enough, especially with adults and children that are anxious. Definitely 100/10 service.

Fantastic experience: Holidaying from Sydney, I needed immediate attention for a very painful tooth. I rang, and Carolyn triaged me over the phone, securing me an appointment within the hour. The dental service was the best I had ever experienced - caring, efficient and highly professional. The tooth was extracted by Michael in a difficult procedure, and then the post-op service took over, where I was even rung the day after to check on my progress. I was given scripts for meds, and other dental products, on top of Michael and Carolyn's outstanding service and advice. I could not recommend this practice highly enough - thank you, Michael and Carolyn.
