Dimitri and Anita were absolutely amazing and helped me out throughout the whole process of pitting it back in. Dimitri also helped me out after with things to help clean which was very appreciated. Negative experience: Been almost 6 months and still waiting to be contacted. Have gone in to enquire about what's going to happen and yet still nothing. Totally unprofessional.

Negative experience: **I do NOT recommend Maryborough Dental*** Just prior to Christmas I required two large fillings. I was surprised to get an appointment so quickly, now I know why. Dr Somaey completed the fillings for me and explained they would need further work in the future (crowns). Followed by an email a day later with a quote for 4k to complete work. That wasn't the issue - although I did want to get some milage from the $800 I had just spent. The day after the fillings, at every bite, it became apparent there was a ''food trap'' in the filling where food was impacting painfully (I have had this happen many years ago with another filling and knew it could be repaired). After waiting a few days for the area to heal from the previous work (and having broken a crown) I made another appointment and saw Dr Aaron (not sure I have spelt that correctly?). After tending to the crown, I showed Dr Aaron the filling and asked if he could repair it. He said ''he could see where the problem was and that the posts were exposed, however for him to fix it would cost me another $350. If I were to come back, Dr Somaey would honour her work and repair it without extra charge. I rang to make an appointment for Dr Somaey to do this and via a 3 way conversation with the receptionist, it became VERY clear the Dr Somaey would NOT even look at the filling. Instead, she offered ''if I wanted it done properly, to pay the extra 4k for the crowns''. She also stated (via receptionist) that she was the senior dentist, Dr Aaron was not. I was starting to get angry and frustrated, I said to the receptionist ''before I say something I regret, please express to Dr Somaey she needs to at least do a visual on her workmanship as Dr Aaron could clearly see where her work was lacking''. I asked for someone to call me back once they had discussed the issue. This was just over 2 weeks ago and nobody has rang, which leads me to believe that Dr Somaey has NO intention of even checking her work, let alone repairing it. I will be following this complaint up with the Queensland Health Ombudsman.

Fantastic experience: We were driving along the highway to the Sunshine Coast on a Saturday when a wire on my 10 year olds orthodontic snapped. After numerous calls to dentists in a 250km radius we were lucky that not only would Maryborough Dental help us but had moved clients around to fit us in. With my son in terrible distress the staff at Maryborough Dental went above and beyond to helps us and saved the day. We can’t thank Patrick and the team at Maryborough Dental enough and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The service and the way they take away your anxiety and make you feel relaxed is really the best I have ever encountered , I am so scared of the dentist and Shuba has changed my opinion and calmed my anxiety, the pricing for the service is outstanding many other dental practice's charge a lot more for the same products and procedures . Positive experience: Very difficult to phone and get an appointment sometimes, as the phone is not always answered. A man in great pain was turned away. He left upset and said he would pull it out himself at home.

Fantastic experience: Maryborough dentist is amazing! I went in on Friday for a wisdom tooth removal and warned them I am terrible with needles and was extremely nervous about getting the tooth taken out. Through the whole procedure. The dentist was so kind and caring. She is a very very lovely person to deal with. When I finished the removal I felt like I was going to faint. Due to nerves and in general not being able to deal with stuff like that. The reception ladies were very concerned and wanted to keep an eye on me. (I'm sorry that happened if you read this) but I'm very thankful that they did that. If you want an amazing dentist with great prices and the most caring people I have ever felt with. Go here! Their professionalism is through the roof! Pricing is really good.

Fantastic experience: Let's face it, no one is really keen on seeing a dentist and when I went in for an extraction, I was a bit stressed. Thankfully the lovely receptionist was great in answering my questions, and the Dentist who performed the extraction took the time to listen to my concerns and address them as I have unique health challenges. While getting teeth pulled is never a fun experience, I felt like I was in good hands with Maryborough Dental. They followed up to check on me and answer more questions and have the patience of a saint.

Negative experience: I've taken time to be fair and accurate with this review. There are some lovely people there however this is a business with problems. Upon first seeing this Dentist I did the usual x-ray which identified that I required several fillings. Ultimately the Dentist's advice was that I needed a mouthguard for sleep, so these fillings needed to be done first. Effectively that was my treatment plan. I was absolutely decisive about following this advice and paying the quoted expense on that very first day. Unfortunately I found that getting appointments to embark on this plan was difficult, at times not possible! Even now I remain confused why they couldn't schedule all necessary work that first day, when rather I was made to wait until after each appointment before booking the following appointment, one-at-a-time. This meant that I had at least 1 month waiting for each simple filling procedure. Once I literally needed to wait 2 months between appointments. During that particular period I made over a dozen calls to the Dentist over weeks just trying to confirm the next appointment before eventually becoming frustrated enough, I physically attended the reception in order to speak with someone and arrange the appointment. After that 2 months wait I also found that I was being charged nearly double for fillings than was originally quoted. It was explained that the fillings were larger than first thought, to this I could only wonder how much worse the cavity became having waited so long for appointments. Also I was charged for "a seperate extra procedure" (later in that call when I questioned the logic of this explanation, the receptionist literally denied saying that to me which was awkward and definitely not clever or honest). This "extra" related to a filling already done by this Dentist on a previous appointment which had been left with a sharp surface, it wasn't really finished correctly, and wouldn't allow floss between 2 teeth at all. She was happy to fix that (or finish it?) but I was less happy to be charged for an "extra procedure" in order for this to be quickly fixed. I have had many positive interactions with the staff there, the customer service is friendly and efficient in most ways, the Dentist herself is remarkably skilled with injecting anaesthetic as I hardly felt the needle, that was a first for me, and she was consistent with this magic power too. However the business is obviously too busy. The office workers often come into the treatment rooms to discuss admin issues as I was mid-procedure. Once there was a long discussion about hiring staff all whilst I held my mouth wide open and waited. It is usual for doctors and dentists to be a little late. Once this Dentist was over an hour late, and after the reception staff explained that she had been running that late all day, I really felt I could have been called as a courtesy prior, or even as I arrived and started to wait. Mostly however the appointment times were within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. I had no issue with the capability and friendliness of the staff (although a staff member saying something then immediately denying saying it, this is close to being told I was stupid. I really did not like that but being pragmatic I resolved that this was just one person and perhaps that young person learned a lesson not to be that way with people), the facilities etc. all seem clean and up-to-date, the assistants all seem well trained etc., however ultimately it was my consistent struggle to follow a treatment plan and confirm appointments in order to follow the Dentist's advice, together with a cynical approach to charging that made me simply give up with this Dentist. Before my final consult (already concerned about charges being higher than quoted) I called in advance to confirm fees I could expect later that day. It was still nearly double that anyway. That really was the final straw for me. This is a great Dentist if you have an emergency and can get an appointment however I do not recommend this Dentist if you need to follow a treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience from the dentist, the assistant and the receptionist. Needed an emergency appt yesterday and they were able to get me in quickly today. (Thank you!). Spoke me through the entire process and lowered my anxiety. Had a great laugh with them and just overall the experience was great! ☺️ Receptionist very helpful and friendly too as I was unsure with Afterpay and she was lovely - helped me with it and very patient. ☺️ Thank you so much.

She is compassionate,caring and patient. She explained everything that was about to happen and made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted today. Something i was putting off for over 3 years, but Dr Sahar Somaey and the team made me feel incredibly comfortable, im still in absolute awe in how quickly she was able to extract the tooth with no stress or fuss on me what so ever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist. Im still in awe in how good they were and words cant describe how happy i am with the experience and the team

Fantastic experience: What a great treatment I had today, painless and didn't cost the earth. I called with a broken tooth and they had me in within 2 hrs, I am not a huge fan of the dentists but Shubha was quick and painless. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Negative experience: I would not recommend them for dentures. The dentures received did not fit and we were charged for something we did not receive. We ended up going to two other clinics for a second opinion and both said they were the wrong shape and would never fit properly and were not finished properly (polished). They maybe great for real teeth, but dentures i couldn't recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Not enough stars on page. I called the surgery with a concern regarding a lump in my neck, I spoke with the beautiful receptionist Natalie at length, her concern for me and my pain went above and beyond. Natalie offered me an appt for the same day but I opted out of that because I didn't not want anyone to run late and I was going to call the next day to let them know how I was going, but the efficient and concerned Natalie called me first thing and woke me up.. Lol. I got an appointment that day and was very warmly welcomed with a huge smile from Dr Shubha, she went above and beyond to treat me and get me the right treatment that is required. I can not praise these two professional ladies enough. Keep up the great work Station Square Dental Clinic.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist a couple of weeks ago with a tooth ache and got 2 teeth taken out swelling has just gone down and I have heaps of tooth left in my gum from where they snapped the tooth in my mouth not happy

Negative experience: The rude lady on reception kept coming in and harrassing the dentist to hurry up as people were waiting which resulted in the dentist breaking my tooth , I was quoted $280 and charged $440 . Also the dentist stabbed me in the face with with something sharp as she wasn't watching what she was doing . Not happy with the service or the cost .

Negative experience: Booked in for sore tooth and a clean. As she was smoothing off the filling; it started falling out in my mouth so she quickly gave me a rinse and told me it would be fine. The rest fell out within 20 mins. The clean was very poor quality and just rushed. She took 3 X-Rays of 1 tooth and charged me for all of them. I paid well over $500 for a clean and a filling which I will have to go somewhere else to get fixed. AVOID

Fantastic experience: i just had 2 teeth extracted today, one of which was my wisdom. The female dentist was AMAZING!!! so gentle and caring, asking me if im alright all the way through the procedure and i couldnt feel a thing not even the needles. I will definitely be back and im impressed at the prices too
