There is a vibe of calm, warmth, efficiency and general caring by all staff, from smiling receptionist to highly-qualified, professional dental practitioners and every skilled specialist in between, at every single appointment. My Dental is about people, not just teeth!

Negative experience: Went some time ago, While the staff were friendly and helpful. The owner and dentist dianne was extremely rude and condescending. Will never go back and highly recommend anyone who wants to be treated with respect and common courtesy when going to an established to think twice. She should be ashamed of herself.

Fantastic experience: Went back to My Dental yesterday - almost a year on from my previous visit for some new work. The friendly and emphatic attitude from both reception and the dentists was (again) wonderful. The broken tooth has been fixed and looks much much better. Thankyou - and again - 99 out of 10 !!! The service at MyDental Prospect (Dianne was the dentist) was wonderful. Not that I like going to the dentist but, hey, great service (and empathy) is great service. It wasn't an easy extraction but it all worked, no pain. Dianne's communication throughout the process was great. Not only that but her followup the next day (a Saturday) was unexpected and I'm grateful. My teeth need more work and I'll certainly be going back to MyDental. I highly recommend MyDental and score them (and Dianne) 99 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever been to! I booked an urgent appointment with Dianne for a sore tooth and was slotted in that very afternoon. After 10 years of not visiting the dentist, I found out I had a gum disease and an infection in my jaw bone. I had to have the infected tooth and a wisdom tooth pulled as well as some restoration work on my gums. Dianne was so understanding, nurturing, informative and comforting. The price was so much more affordable than I thought and I now enjoy spending time with Beth having my quarterly check ups and cleans while listening to her travel stories. I’d highly recommend people visit here, especially if you have a fear of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Sarah and Cathy made me feel so comfortable within the 90minutes of in-chair whitening - I hadn’t realised the time that had gone past until it was over. My results?! 6+ Shades whiter!! My biggest concern were my gums, but Sarah did a fantastic job keeping my gums safe, so no burns or sores. Thrilled.

Negative experience: Absolutely appalled at the service, I was told I would only be charged $129. when I went to pay I was shocked at a $360 bill!!! The dentist said things like "I'm just gonna add some fluoride on your teeth" to which I would nod whilst her tools were still in my mouth. As a customer I am not to know that stuff like this is extra cost and isn't simply part of the procedure and I made sure to tell them it was my first time at this dental clinic. the whole time, the dentist was just up-selling me things whilst making it look like it was part of the procedure. She did not mention the extra charges once! Absolutely appalled, I feel like I was just used and up-sold and I will never come back.no communication or customer care, just money hungry.

Fantastic experience: I have had a very good experience at" My Dental". The work done was of a very high standard. Very professional !! I really appreciated the patience and kindness to my irrational fear of having needles in the mouth. I would recommend anyone whom is anxious to go there .A very positive experience .
