Fantastic experience: What a great experience, I had a 2 holes fixed a removal and a clean done. Almost painless all the way, I can't believe how good you guys were compared to every one of my previous dentist. Negative experience: Appointment at 0930. We arrived 15mins early. They advised it would be a 10minute wait. It’s been an 1hr30mins. We weren’t advised it would be longer until after an hour. People who came in after us have been seen. We have 3 kids… receptionist was trying to cheer us up but this is terrible service. I’m so disappointed

From the very start the people, from receptionists to dentists were very friendly, caring and professional. Faces may have changed in the years but the service has not, it's still great.

Fantastic experience: This is my new family dentist. Mike has help me, I had two of my back teeth removed, no other dentist would do it and they just wanted to send me to a specialist that I was quoted , it was going to cost me between $3500 to $4500. Mike and his team did it for me for under $900 the same day, without a problem, and I can't tell you how quickly and easy and no pain it was great. Now my whole family will comes here. Highly recommended Mike and his team. Thanks again Mike.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Dr Carson who has handled my dental care. I was very apprehensive with the procedure but Dr Carson was able to alleviate any discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly staff, always happy to have a chat before they get to work. Good at communicating what needs to be done, and suggestions for what could be done. I’ve been very happy with all the work Dr Michaelina has performed. She suggested a veneer which wasn’t too expensive and has completely changed my smile. I wish I’d got it done 10 years ago.

He is an OUTSTANDING dentist: gentle, respectful, a good listener, highly skilled and takes pride in his work. I feel confident returning for further treatments. Sean at reception was also a fresh face for me & I found him delightful, fun and efficient. I've been a patient for 12 Years. Every person who works at Alita Dental is a true professional. Fantastic experience: AMAZING Service. I tried so many dentist who were all booked out for over a week and I needed my lose tooth fixed asap. I spoke to a lovely Lady called Amanda she was very caring and made sure I was seen within 2-3 hours, I also felt like I had call the right place, and Amanda said they would do what they could to save my tooth. I also notice Amanda voice didn't change once I said I have a green voucher were as other dentist receptionist their voices change as soon they know you have a voucher, so there's no judgement staff! The dentist was also amazing and has done all he could to fix it. Giving me a bit extra time to think of my next options and run free to save up. Highly recommended this dentist. All the staff very friendly and patien, kind and caring, plus the best dentist in SEQ

We are very happy and satisfied with her dental care, be it filling, mending or cleaning. Highly recommended for long term dental care with them.

Fantastic experience: We have experienced excellent and friendly care at Alinta Dental - it is now our new dentist after trying a few. We went to Alinta for a second opinion after taking our 3-year-old elsewhere and we are SO glad we did! Alinta have saved us a lot of expense and have provided us with more informed and suitable treatment for such a young child. We are especially happy with Dr Jakub. In fact, after taking my son to see him, my son said “I want to go there again! I like Jakub.” A pretty awesome statement after a dentist visit! He made the appointment really engaging and was thorough in his explanations. Very happy with the treatment we have received!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience ever! Dr. Laura Sanderson was so helpful and guided me to a perfect and affordable treatment plan. I never once felt like she was trying to upsell me, she was so sincere and incredibly patient with all my questions. The front office staff was so welcoming. I've literally never entered a business before where i felt so welcomed! The nursing staff had great bedside manner and were very professional. I can not speak more highly of this practice. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!!

Not only are they extremely accomplished at what they do, but they also create a relaxed & fun environment within an environment often associated with fear & dread. My 4 children love going there, & that alone is an accomplishment! In conclusion I have to reserve special mention for Natasha whose passion & enthusiasm towards all who are in her care is to be commended. Highly recommended & done so with pride!

Fantastic experience: After not being to a dentist for some time, I was very uneasy about a dental visit!!! After meeting with Natasha and her staff, I was put completely at ease - I would recommend any one, especially if you are uncomfortable with the thought of going back to a dentist, to have a chat with her team as I am sure that they will put you at ease as they did with me. It was also great to be able to use my Health Fund benefits straight away as well. Thanks and I will see you at my next check up!!!
