Fantastic experience: The past few days I have been in great pain with a filling that came out, and whilst my regular dentist is closed for the festive season. Dr Joseph has been an awesome relief in easing the pain I am so lucky to have found him open for emergencies. Thank you Dr Joseph and I also would like to thank his very caring assistant Sarah. Thankyou for providing great service during this time whilst other dentists are closed.

Fantastic experience: My new favourite dental, they saved me when I was in the most pain I have felt in my life, they completely fixed a very painful error that another practice had made on me. I will forever be grateful to this place and how gentle, efficient, reassuring they are. Highly recommend this dentist because I can assure you that they will take care of you how you should be taken care of!! Fantastic experience: Dr Tom Joseph was awesome. He came out immediately on Sunday morning at 9:30am to help me with a massive pain. I had a vertical crack in my very back top left tooth. Throbbing. I couldn't sleep properly. With care and attention he talked me through the best options with extraction as the best solution as the tooth was irrecoverable. I was out within the hour free of the throbbing pain. Thank you for coming out immediately, for your care and attention and honest charging.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely shocked I was petrified first ever dentist appointment and the 2 amazing people hear truly did the lords work I could not recommend them more especially if your a chicken like me

Negative experience: Worst customer service. I was booked in for a Saturday appointment. I turned up and the office was shut. Waited 20mins then drove home. The Receptionist later contacted me and was very rude, said I had got the appointment date wrong. Did not apologise or try to accommodate for another appointment. Would not recommend. Never told me they were closed Australia day weekend, nor did they say they only book Saturdays every second weekend. They have clearly made a mistake and refuse to accept it and trying to blame the customer. What a disgrace. How about you send appointment reminders.. then maybe you won't make this mistake again moving forward then have to lie about it to try and save face

Fantastic experience: I had not been to a dentist for some years before seeing Dr Tom and was very apprehensive. No need to worry! Two fillings, no pain, exceptional care from both Dr Tom and lovely Assistant.

Fantastic experience: i would definitely recommend this dentist. Honestly they are amazing. i was petrified of the dentist and needles, they were really kind and understanding made me feel so comfortable. I had to get a tooth extracted took 3 second and i was on my way. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: Typical on a weekend my teeth decided during the night to become really infected through out the gum. Dr Joseph was recommended by Robina ER Hospital on their emergency list, so desperately admitted myself too for pain this morning. I phoned in panic due to being teeth oriented and Dr Joseph left his private residence to meet with me solely at his clinic in RunAway Bay. Yes, the tooth needed pulling after X-Rays and his professional opinion and intuition. The tooth had been deteriorating in the gum for 4 yrs undetected until recently, hence why extraordinary pain within a 48 hr window. Thankyou Sir for your experience and knowledge of making the right decision in an emergency but for actually caring more about the customer suffering in pain. I would highly recommend his practice and services moving forward. Cheers Nicole

Fantastic experience: I have been to this dental practice a few times now and always had excellent service. I called up the dentist this morning and spoke to dr Joseph who was not even supposed to be open today but fitted me in for an emergency extraction after a tooth abscess had kept me up all night in pain. So grateful for your wonderful service yet again thank you Tom and Sarah.

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life. My tooth extraction was dangerous and forced. Not to mention this dentist has caused nerve damage to my gums I will be taking this further

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic experience! I had a filling on Monday and a wisdom tooth extracted today! I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was. The price was even better! Fantastic experience: My mum recommended this dental practise after having a wonderful extraction experience. I presented with horrible wisdom tooth pain and Dr Joseph and Sarah were absolutely incredible. I was a nervous wreck but Sarah helped me feel more calm. They explained everything to me, and the best part is it was completely pain free from start to finish and even now after the extraction I'm in hardly any pain. I can't reccomend this place enough. Thank you both so much! and thank you for putting up with my hysterics this morning, I'm kind of embarrassed now but my mum and I laughed the whole way home at how much I worked myself up over absolutely nothing.

Negative experience: Not good. Spent 2000$ on a crown 2 years ago, 4 other dentals has complained, that theres a gap even 2 months after, pocket(?) That it's too big and I've sadly ignore it until it ate my tooth from the inside from them not removing cavities before my tooth was shaped as an inverted pyramid but when making a crown, your tooth should look like like a normal pyramid shape

Fantastic experience: Recently Dr Joseph successfully performed an extraction of a tooth that had been causing me a lot of pain & was complicated by an abscess. Today I had a filling done as well as a clean and I cannot recommend Dr Joseph enough for his honesty, integrity & his professionalism. He is also reasonably priced and my wife and I are grateful to have him as our Dentist. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr Joseph enough on such a great job he did with my wisdom tooth removal. He managed to book me in on the day I called as I was suffering from severe pain from my wisdom teeth. He was super professional and also very caring. Fantastic experience: First time client at the Surgery in December, I was very impressed with the work I had done. Following discussions and recommendations I had a Dental Bridge (2 x crowns & gap filled) made prior to Christmas. Due to Covid there was a delay in it arriving, it needed to be fitted before the holidays, they opened up the surgery on their day off to fit it as I was going away. Professional and friendly team, nothing seemed to be a problem.

Fantastic experience: In the past I have been very anxious going to dentists but after meeting Tom and Sarah I became very relaxed. North Gold Coast Dental isn't your usual big organisation practice but it does have two professionals who are very knowledgeable and caring. Everything is explained as they go. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: Ever in dental despair, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Tom and his Wife Sarah are a dynamic Team, that are incredible at what they do and are so professional. Tom is very gentle and careful at what he does, as I had quiet a bit of work done and feeling very anxious about the pain of it all I was very quickly at easy, just by the soft nature of the procedure and the conversation in general helped a lot :). Fantastic experience: My wisdom tooth was playing up really bad. It was Anzac day and NOTHING was opened as far as dentists go. I was in excruciating pain and after going to the hospital for pain relief, they gave me a sheet with some dentists numbers on them. I contacted several to no avail. One number called me back and it was Dr Joseph. He had opened his surgery just for me , removed my tooth, quickly and pain free and was an absolute god send!! I can't thank him enough!! I am still in awe of the professionalism and absolute selfless service i had received! A day later, i cannot thank him enough and would not hesitate highly recommending him to ANYBODY!! Fantastic job and can't thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for this morning. I rang after a night of severe pain with one of my wisdom teeth, Dr Tom Joseph fitted me in immediately and extracted the tooth for me pain free. His beautiful assistant also held my hand as I was very nervous. I will return in the near future to have the others out. Thank you again for ending my pain so quickly and professionally. Clinic is also beautiful and clean, this will now become our family dentist.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth on a prune seed. Very nervous about dentists. Takes a lot of courage for me to enter a surgery. Forced myself because tooth had jagged edges causing discomfort in my mouth. Dentist Dr. Tom & his lovely calming wife attend me and resulted in my getting my tooth fixed. Fantastic experience: Front teeth veneers fell off and we nervously approached Dr. Joseph for help after we had been told next step might be false teeth but Dr. Joseph was able to replace them and give them a new lease of life. So grateful.

Fantastic experience: Came in after hours on Saturday 4th march to see Dr Joseph. Couldnt be anymore grateful for the tooth extraction. Not only having a gum infection, exposed nerve, and abscess on the tooth, I am so happy he was able to pull the tooth even though it was a very difficult extraction. Fantastic experience: Absolutely great dentist no doubt about it. The Doc and his lovely offsider were amazing. Very honest and caring people. The only thing sugar coated was my teeth but they both worked me through each step of the way including the cost so there was no bill shock and the end of the visit. I have definitely found my new dentistry.

Negative experience: Paid $600 for 2 fillings which came out 6 hours after, no refund given, constant pain. No support . Will never go there again, worst experience ever!
