Negative experience: Was told by the dentist that I only needed one filling so I booked in for one filling. Then the day of the appointment I got told I had to come in early because the appointment that was booked wasn’t long enough. Then after I get there I got told that I need 2 fillings and the appointment booked wasn’t long enough for both so they would do one then I would have to go back again to do the second filling. Then after the procedure started I was told that they weren’t even doing a filling on the teeth they were supposed to they were doing a filling on a completely different tooth. Then not even 3 hours after the procedure I was rinsing my mouth out and large chunks of the filling fell out. So I had to pay leave work just to get told that I can’t get the procedure I wanted then got a filling on a tooth I didn’t want and had to pay $220 for a filling that fell out 3 hours later. Completely ridiculous and an alarming lack of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional professionals as well as very kind and respectful patient care. My experience was excellent. From the receptionist to the specialist that helped my toothache disappear and fixed my cavity making me feel any pain at all (either in the moment or after). I will definitely recommend this center and trust in it for further dental care or emergencies with no doubts.

Fantastic experience: As a retiree traveling full time on the road it’s been difficult to get appointments with medical professionals because of their reluctance to take on new patients, I rang four dental offices in Geraldton and only Bluff Point Dental got back to me with an appointment, the same day as well. The reception staff are so great and the waiting room is brilliant with plush reclining chairs. As for my cracked ten year old crowned tooth it was so thin at the rear it had to go according to Dr Li Yang Lim, I was afraid of this but Dr Li gave me a quote that wasn’t hard to swallow and best of all it could be done in 2 appointments on the next day. Great news, we could get back to our travels in no time. Bluff point Dental can build new crowns on site from a very detailed 3d laser scanner, the removal of the old tooth and scanning of the remaining stump was done in my am appointment and the fitting and finishing in the afternoon, very convenient. The end result was great and Dr Lim’s expertise and chair side manner was excellent, even his gentle humming to the in house music tracks was relaxing and reassuring and I didn’t even feel the needle or numbing fluid going in. Thanks team for all your efforts and care.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a huge thank you to doctor Lim. He is a fantastic dentist very patient understanding and extremely caring whilst treating me. I had all my teeth removed and a full set of dentures made perfectly for me . All this happened the same day he removed my teeth so no time did I have No teeth. I have had a couple of days that were not to good but you have to expect some healing days. Well I have had a soft liner completed today and yes I'm totally in love with my smile now. I definitely recommend Dr Lim at bluff point dental to anyone who has any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Passing through Geraldton on my way back home to the Pilbara, a family member recommended this practice for my severely painful toothache. Dr Darshi identified my issue and that afternoon, Dr Neel treated me. They did an incredible job, fixing a dodgy filling that had only been done the week before in Perth. Can’t recommend them enough! I’ll be driving down to get all my dental work done here!

Negative experience: messed up a filling causing me pain, then said they cant get me in for a month to fix it. they just get as many people in as possible and don't care about you. I'd recommend doing to an actual dentist that cares. they just want your money. the response I get when I tell them I'm in pain they caused, "I can't give you an appointment if I don't have one" how about next month, yet when a friend called to make an appointment they can get her in that week. disgusting
