Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would . Called this dental centre said the checkup and clean would cost 180 and turned up literally less than 30mins and they said everything is all good we're just going to take it off Medicare (Dental Child Benefit Scheme) and you don't have to pay anything... all happy days right... then I asked how much and they said 200. First don't lie about the cost of the service and second don't tell people you're not paying for anything just to take what you want.

They are truly exceptional healthcare practitioners who work collaboratively with their patients to achieve optimal health. Dr Karen has looked after my child through significant tooth injury and repair, kindly and calmly managing him when he has been distressed. I cannot recommend this practice more highly no matter what age and stage you are at.

Fantastic experience: Our family have been seeing Dr Karen and Dr Parm for a few years now and we just love them. I had put off having dental work my whole life due to severe anxiety about it. These guys just instantly put me at ease, Ive honestly never met anyone like them in a medical situation. Now I've had a couple of teeth removed and have Invisalign for 26 weeks. If you are someone that suffers medical anxiety I can promise you these guys will have you relaxed and laughing in the chair in no time. They are just amazing. Fantastic experience: Been seeing Dr Karen and Dr Parm over the years. Always superb kindness, superb treatment and at very reasonable cost. And always willing to explain things to whatever degree of detail you desire. Receptionists are also excellent. A breath of fresh air in the medical field. Even the decor and colour scheme is cheerful. Couldn't be better.

Fantastic experience: Never thought I would be a dental clinics number 1 fan but here we are!! I first attended The Walk-in Dental Centre due to my long-time (over 20 years (since I was 5!)) dentist Dr Genevieve Johnson moving to the practice. The clinic is a beautiful space and all the staff are beyond lovely. Earlier this year, I had a horrendous toothache and booked a same-day appointment to get it checked out. I was nervous as Dr Genevieve was on leave so would be seeing another dentist but Dr Parm immediately put me at ease. He was so lovely, so gentle and made sure I had all the correct information and referrals as he found I had a large abscess. Since this time, I've been on a dental rollercoaster which included 3 root canals and an interrupted course of orthodontic treatment which was not ideal as I was on a mission to get my teeth corrected before my wedding in November. Parm was beyond amazing throughout this whole time. He always responded to my emails so quickly, called to check-in after I went to ED due to the abscess, and advocated for me when communication between the endodontist and orthodontist failed. After seeing him today for a check-up and clean, I left with a teeth whitening course which I didn't think was an option before my wedding. Parm really makes you feel prioritized, safe and informed and I honestly couldn't be more grateful for this over the past year! I also convinced my partner to attend the practice after over 3 years without a check up and he was beyond impressed with how gentle and thorough Dr Karen was. Really really thankful we found this gem of a clinic! :)

Fantastic experience: I have a small mouth so my mouth/lips are always sore when i get my teeth cleaned I've tried 4-5 dentists and get this all the time so thought it was the usual experience I don't usually write reviews but i've just had the most comfortable scale & clean with Dr Karen today She was so lovely and made me feel at ease, teeth feel nice and clean, and for the first time i have no soreness at all! Bonus - when i arrived i wasn't kept waiting, and I could get a booking in a few days (not a few weeks) I'll be back - thanks Dr Karen!

I have had bad experiences in the past, and felt very anxious when i first came, buuuuuut the dentist was soooooo careful he put me to ease and i now i dont mind coming to the dentist AT ALL. Fantastic experience: I must admit as an older woman I litterly shake at the mention of a dentist, however I no longer feel that way. Everything is explained to you properly and with an idea of cost. They are fantastic,very patient and understanding and so friendly. I have to go back in a few months and I can honestly say I am looking forward to it. The whole place is spotless. Also while you are having work done they have a screen on which you can watch TV including a selection of movies, which was a brilliant distraction for me. If you need to see a dentist don't hesitate to go to them, you can do it by appointment or just walk in like I did the first time for emergency. Can't recommend them high enough.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to The Walk-In Dental Centre was for an emergency visit on a Sunday afternoon after having another dentist treat me unsuccessfully the day before and being in terrible, severe pain. From the first phone call from Karen to confirm my booking and invite me in earlier to be seen, through to my follow up appointment and since, ongoing dental care and treatment, Karen and Palm have been professional, thorough, informative, gentle and genuinely caring Dentists and I cannot recommend them both more to anyone seeking affordable and professional dental care. My only complaint? I wish I had found them years ago! I definitely won't be trusting my dental care or treatment to anyone else ever again. Thank you both so much.
