Fantastic experience: They were so lovely in there. Anna at the front desk was very kind to me and so engaging I felt as if I could talk to her all day. Derek was so nice and really quick. I was nervous going in but smiling going out. Normally you don’t want to go back to dentists but I can’t wait for my next appointment. I recommend going there to see Derek.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist. I got a root canal done so quickly and perfectly. Price is amazing. He really knows what his doing, I went to a dentist before him and she didnt even know which tooth was the one that was infected. He really is a pro.

He maintained a calm and clean environment throughout the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. During the follow-up appointment, he took the time to thoroughly explain the recovery process and ensure everything was healing well. His calm and attentive approach made the whole experience much more comfortable.

Negative experience: Please don't waste your time or money. I did a feeling on my tooth. After few weeks half of my tooth broke out of no were. Now this tooth is costing me $2000 for a crown. I went back to him and wanted to charge me. Just becareful he comes up with excuses. Not professional at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr Derek is great and it's good to have a good, local dentist

Negative experience: Beware he started a root canal without telling me. I asked to remove tooth he said he would do a deep filling which I paid $290 for. It lasted 8 weeks and filling gave way. When I rang was told would be a month to see him. I said the filling had failed the best they could do was a week and a half away. After pain of a week I went to another dentist who told me a root canal had been started. I was never told this or asked to return for further root canal. Due to this I had to have tooth pulled at a cost of $560.

Derek, Joanne and their staff are warm, friendly, respectful and caring. They’ve also been terrific with kids! I highly recommend this clinic.

He is caring and compassionate and is extremely skilled at his craft - he has the ability to put people at ease and allay their fears. Very accommodating, they managed to fit me into their schedule on short notice after my appointment elsewhere was cancelled, extract a wisdom tooth on inspection, quickly & kindly. It’s been 4 hours since the extraction, I am still feeling good & so impressed with the care I got from Dr Leung and his friendly team. On top of all that, their price was very competitive.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Derek ever since I was a little kid. As a kid, I was never scared of going to the dentist and always enjoyed my experience there because Derek was so warm, kind and friendly. Over 10 years later and I still absolutely love going to the dentist to see Derek. He looks after all his patients so well, and he really goes above and beyond for each service. I honestly can't recommend Derek enough and I'd be giving him way more than 5 stars if it was possible!!! :)
