Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ My wife had her wisdom tooth removed at Northrocks Dental about two years ago, and she has been suffering from pain ever since. At the time, we trusted their expertise, but her recovery never felt right. Recently, we sought a second opinion from another dentist, and to our shock, we were told that Northrocks Dental had accidentally cut a nerve during the procedure. This explains the constant pain and discomfort my wife has been living with for the past two years. This level of negligence is unacceptable. A simple extraction has now turned into a long-term health issue, impacting her daily life. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility shown by Northrocks Dental. I would strongly caution others before considering treatment here.

Fantastic experience: This is the mother of Willow who was seen today. I just wanted to say Dr. Kristin was amazing with my 3 yr old today. We've visited other dentists before but none have been as gentle and patient as Dr. Kristin. After complaining of a toothache and refusing to eat, my child was calm and happy during the visit. She received filling and fluoride treatment. From now on, we will only see Dr. Kristin. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I recently needed a check up at the dentist and decided to go to the one at north rocks. I’d like to say that firstly, the customer service from Nurse Jemarie at the front desk was clear and concise in which she was able to clearly guide me to my next steps. Dr Kelvin was also very kind and attentive when discussing the state of my teeth which i find to also be a plus. Highly recommend coming to this dentist

Fantastic experience: Everyone working there, from the receptionists to the dentists, is incredibly friendly and organised. The dentists are clear in their explanations of the procedure and their pros and cons and reassuring during procedures. Overall, very friendly and professional place.

Fantastic experience: I have attended the Dental Practice for several months. I have been terrified of dentist visits and slowly, but surely Doctor Park has eased my fears and has done so with understanding and compassion. I had some dreaded root canal and she has made sure her work is done accurately and timely. The receptionist Lisa is lovely. Bubbly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Painless Root Canal! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This is the most professional team I have ever come across. Objectively, after dealing with over 100 dental surgeries nationally this one is the best. Go - even if you’re only thinking about it. Dr Richard Kwon has the hands of a neurosurgeon .

Fantastic experience: The go-to dentist for me and my younger brothers. Been with Dr. Kwon who's been extremely helpful for us to identify and manage issues with dental health and I feel safe bringing my brother's and myself along for our check-ups and for dental advice. The receptionists are nice and helpful while being quick and effective with their job. Overall this place feels timely, kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: Had two appointments with Dr.Kwon which he was friendly and professional both times. Highly would recommend!

Negative experience: One of the worst experinces. 5 min before my appointment they took another patient. No phone call to let me know that they are late and no apology. A cancelation in less than 24 hours will cost the patient 50$, justified only if they have respect for patient's time, rather than to get some more money.

Fantastic experience: My other half and I went for dental check up , X -rays, clean and flouride package.Dr Kate Jung -The best dentist we ever had ! and the dental assistant also great .Very thorough, professional and did a brilliant job. I put this review a bit late as we moved in rural areas and truly missed the first class service .

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Dentist@NorthRocks the other day and I was so beyond happy with the service I received. I expressed to Dr Richard I have sensitive teeth and to be gentle with the clean and he did just that. He was extremely gentle, quick and efficient. He was also very informative as he answered all of my questions. Like many people, I’ve never been fond of my visits to the dentist but I found myself at ease with Dr Richard. Will DEFINITELY be returning for all my dental needs!

Negative experience: Very very bad experience. Asked us to pay almost double of the price after removing my mum's a molar, just because the dentist put more effort and spent more time on it. And my mum cannot flat lie down for too long due to palpitation, the dentist rudely asked my mum to hold on, very unprofessional !!!

Negative experience: Don't go and see Dr Kate Jung!!! Was told by her to do a root canal or extraction as this was the only way to treat my bad tooth. I decided to seek a second advice because I did not trust her so I went to my usual dentist and was told that a root canal was not necessary and just a replacement filling would be fine. One of my other friends who had a similar issue to me went to see Dr Jung as well and was advised by her to undertake the same treatments to solve her tooth issue. She then went to see another dentist and was told that a root canal was not necessary! Dr Kate Jung is either inexperienced or she simply aims to make $$ by deliberately misleading patients - telling them that they need to undertake unnecessary expensive treatments. Please be careful people!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly doctor and professional facility, very clean and tidy, first time went there gave me a great expression.

Positive experience: Had a filling 3 months ago, one of dentists accidentally got into the nerve of that tooth and now have no choice but do root canal. I did filling at first place is to prevent from doing root canal and its ended up making it worse, cannot bite or eat at all,now have to pay so much to treat it. Anyway, it's good to hear that dentist is not there anymore. All others doctors very good.
