Dr. Chen explains everything in detail when you have questions and makes it easy to understand, and you can tell he knows exactly what he's doing. Fantastic experience: I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed, 2 of which were impacted with Dr Chen right in his office. Although this initially seemed daunting, Dr Chen's expertise made the whole experience seamless and easy, ensuring there was little to no pain in the whole process at all! Fantastic experience: Dr George is a great dentist! My check-up and clean was thorough and professional. Dr George answered all of my questions thoughtfully and I felt cared for throughout the whole process. I reckon he'd be great at communicating with all age ranges. The whole healthcare team is friendly and helpful. Receptionist/s could be more efficient at making bookings over the phone, but it's not a big issue. I think they also speak Mandarin(?), so if you're more comfortable communicating in Mandarin, this would be a good place for you. The pot plants at reception are all well-cared for (and you can always judge a healthcare professional by their pot plants). According to their to-do calendar, the plants and fish tank are all tended to regularly, indicating a high level of maintenance and hygiene. The goldfish seem very satisfied. The green (exactly the colour of Shrek) dentist chair is so comfortable. It's plush and padded and I could easily fall asleep in it if I wanted to. The early 2010s music playlist is a refreshing throwback.
