Fantastic experience: The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had Andrea as our dentist. I’ve never been to see a dentist that was so thorough and suggest things to help me and the future of my teeth. I’ve made another appointment with her to do these things. I also took my daughter to see her for a routine check up and clean. Andrea was gentle and so encouraging, giving her the best experience. We have now changed dentists to The Gap, and couldn’t be happier! Strongly recommend

Fantastic experience: Our 6-year-old recently had his second visit to the dentist, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! His first visit was at 5.5 years old with his kindy group, where he was seen by Dr. Danielle Mein. She was gentle, friendly, and engaging — he came home full of excitement and couldn’t wait to go back. Thanks to a reminder text from the clinic, we booked his follow-up appointment for Monday, and he was genuinely excited to return. This time, he was seen by Dr. George King, and the experience was just as wonderful. He left a very happy customer — not only did he get to wear Batman glasses during the check-up, but he also received a dentist-friendly loot bag! He already can’t wait for his next visit. Since starting with The Gap Dental Practice, he’s been enthusiastically flossing and using a timer to brush for the full two minutes. They’ve made oral health and dental visits fun and exciting, building trust from the very beginning and laying strong, happy foundations for a lifetime of good dental habits.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth early January, looked and felt pretty bad, I immediately called GDP and had an appointment that afternoon. The ladies were able to ‘save’ my tooth and after further treatment it has been restored with a crown and looks and feels fantastic. A very professional friendly team at GDP. Fantastic experience: Went here on a recommendation from a friend. I booked an appointment easily, went it for an opinion and end up getting a wisdom tooth out in the chair. Dr Lee Lian Wong was awesome. Communicated well, efficient procedure with minimal discomfort. In terms of pleasurable dental visits, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My anxious, needle petrified 6year old daughter needed her tooth extracted leading into the Christmas period and even though we had a surgical date set for next year, Dr Andrea offered to take a look and see if she could gently remove the tooth in the chair. Immediate rapport was built with Andrea and watching my daughter cooperate and dare I say have fun riding the chair and open her mouth as wide as a hippopotamus to ultimately get the job done was a relief and quite miraculous all round. I Highly recommend this practice for its professionalism and nurturing bedside manner, especially with kids.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist for a few years and I'm constantly impressed by the quality of care I receive here. I see Dr PJ and he's fantastic! I can't believe I actually enjoy going to the dentist - he makes you feel relaxed and at ease even if you need a filing. Dr Rose is wonderful with small children, my 4 and 6 year old are happy to go willingly! I would highly recommend this dental practice. A range of great dentists, reasonable prices and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I normally hate going to the dentist but these guys are fab! I saw Stephen when my tooth fell apart and I saw Andrea to get my mouth guard and they are amazing. Really caring and helped put me at ease! Top team and great comparative prices.

Negative experience: Can't believe this practice is still operating.some one needs to look into their ripping of patients and claims to health insurance companies

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently come from the UK, and I have to say that the service at The Gap Dental is superior than any private practice I’ve been to in London. They even use better/ more modern technology and little extras (inc. offering ‘happy gas’) and my dentist PJ had great attention to detail. Also, I had good laughs with my dentist and dental nurse - yes, laughs while at the dentist - and the reception team were friendly and went over and above to give me information about next appointments and my private health cover etc.

Fantastic experience: Good size practice with good opening hours. Recent staff change, but new guy knows what he is doing. Professionally run, clean and modern. Reception area is shared with GP practice and pathology (QML?), but I’ve never had it overcrowded.

Fantastic experience: Gap Village Dental is a great dental practice, Mikaela (my dentist) was terrific and made me super comfortable with the treatment she undertook for me. Unlike some corporate/health fund dental clinics who force their dentists to push their patients into treatment they don’t need, the team at Gap Village Dental always puts their patient’s needs first and offer first class care. It’s truely a local business you can trust and I would highly recommend them. Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: Hands down, Andrea and her team are amazing!! Having worked in the dental industry many years ago, I am particularly fussy about whom my four children see. Two of my children have required extractions of some stubborn baby teeth, and Andrea facilitated this without issues of anxiety or discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Experience!! I had a very painful toothache that left me awake all night. Booked an 30min booking with Dr Tang who along with his assistant mrs mein took extra care to xray my teeth and remove the troublesome tooth. Later got a sick form from reception payed with zip pay and was out the door. All in 30mins. Best dentist experience ive had and i now intend on returning later for more work to help repair years of negligence.

Andrea recommended a terrific orthodontist when she thought Georgia might need braces, he's been great too. She's very gentle, thorough and explains treatments and procedures simply to us. Today, Georgia had impressions done as the first step in the teeth whitening treatment for her upcoming formal. Fantastic experience: Totally recommend Mark! I've never found a dentist in the past that I trusted and felt confident in until I went to see Mark. He has a fantastic bedside manner where he walks you through everything he's doing and why, which has given me so much confidence in his ability. He's genuine and was prepared to tell me some home truths about what I was doing well but even more importantly he was honest enough to tell me what I wasn't doing well with my teeth. I have complete faith that Mark has my best interests at heart and as a result I will always be happy to see him for all my dental needs and recommend him to others.
