Negative experience: When I wallk through the front door into any medical practice i would usually expect a welcoming bright reception. I don't know what kind of stick the receptionist here has or precisely where it's currently located but they would do well to remove it and improve their customer's experience. Attitude makes the difference.

Dr Molland has shown his professionalism and his patience by giving us very clear details towards the infection. Not only that, Dr Molland has shown the professionalism above beyond work by showing his sincere and caring attention to the patient. He always follows up my collegue's condition of the infection. Fantastic experience: I had occasion to visit this Dental Clinic for emergency treatment. Emma answered the phone and was so professional and efficient both on the phone and when I arrived. Luckily I was able to be seen immediately. The dentist Bridget looked after me and after examination talked to me about my options. I found the whole experience fantastic. Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment. 2 days prior my appointment I received a reminder message with the date and informing that late cancelations (It does not specify) and FTAs will incur a fee (it does not specify how much). The next day (almost 23 hours before my appointment) I received a call from the receptionist. I told her I was not going to be able to attend and she charged me $100 for late cancelation. I tried to move the appointment for another day and I was told it was consider as cancelation. I did not try to cancel 2 or 10 hours before the appointment to be charge for late cancelation. If you are so strict with your cancelation policy at least you should inform your clients in the message the time frame to cancel an appointment and the amount you charge.

Fantastic experience: Got an appointment at very short notice before the long weekend as I had a bad tooth ache (abcess needing extraction) and my normal dentist couldn't find an appointment for me for a week. Only got this apt due to dentist rearranging and squeezing me in. Dr Brigid was excellent and gentle and all staff were friendly and helpful and I am now going to go to cas sq dentist all the time in the future. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend this clinic - I am not a regular patient at the clinic but I had a dental emergency and the wonderful staff here squeezed me in for an appointment the same day. It turned out to be nothing major (thankfully) but the dentist was brilliant and listened to my concerns without making me fee silly for coming in to have it double checked! All of the staff from the person who took my call to the people on reception when I walked in and the dentist and dental nurse were kind and friendly- thank you for helping me out. You guys are brilliant. ☺️

Negative experience: I called to enquire about re-fixing a small retaining wire that had come slightly lose on one of my teeth. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, taking all my information. I received a call back saying that they could help me, but that they would be charging $400. To put this in perspective, I had exactly the same problem previously and another dentist in Victoria fixed it in 5 minutes while doing a routine dental clean and did not charge anything. I am unsure if this is due to high demand, or it they were taking advantage of a desperate situation. Either way, this was an outrageous charge.

Fantastic experience: Casuarina Square Dental Care is the best clinic to visit for any dental situations. I saw Dr Bridget McGowan and she was hands down the the best dentist I have ever seen in a verrry long time. She listened to the problem I had and was soooo professional. She fixed my problem in under 10mins and I have never felt so confident in my teeth. Her assistant was also so lovely and professional. I understand that this clinic may be more expensive than other clinics, however the job is actually done right and you won’t have to return a second time and pay more money.......something that is very common with the cheaper dental clinics in Darwin.

Fantastic experience: Had my 3 kids have oral prophalaxys and it was great according to them, booked hubby a check up but his gums are swollen so they squeezed him on the day i ring. It was very professional and they gave hubby instructions on the procedures of his tooth. Great service!
