Fantastic experience: What a clinic! Absolutely outstanding service and how wonderful all staff members are with young children. My 4 year old daughter got a filling done with them and it was minimally invasive and the dentist respected my wishes in regards to how we wanted it done. Will definitely be returning with the rest of the family.

Rachel and her team are incredible at what they do, they will explain to you in detail of what they will do and even make your smile so clean and White I couldn't recommend a better dentist than this amazing place, I'm a first time customer and I will be coming back again to whiten my teeth and get a deep clean

Fantastic experience: I wish I could leave more than five stars. Dr Priya, Rachel and the team are absolutely amazing. They gave me the best dental experience I've ever had. I'm very anxious when it comes to the dentist and I also have a complicated medical condition just to make it more fun. Dr Priya and Rachel's expertise is evident, but I was pleasantly surprised at the understanding of my condition they have and how they helped me through my procedure and aftercare. The clinic is so lovely and the vibe promotes calmness and relaxation, even with a TV screen on the ceiling for you to watch while you're having your procedure. The costs are more than reasonable for the care and experience you receive and if you have private health it's processed on the spot and you only pay your gap fee. I can't recommend The Doreen Dentist highly enough.

Dr. Priya did my root canal treatment and I was impressed with everything from providing all information to taking care of the whole process looking after me along with regular follow-up calls too. Also, sincere thanks to Rachel who takes so much care to get everything right from the reception to dental procedure. Very pleased about the most advanced dental care they offer in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Like most I put off going to the dentist! That is untill I had the pleasure of being looked after by the team at The Doreen Dentist. Dr. Neethu Narayanan was absolutely brilliant! She was so gentle and kind, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! The team in general were all amazing. I had to attend with my two little ones, they entertained them, assisted to move them out of the room for my X-rays. Fantastic experience: Best dentistry experience I have ever had. Amazing receptionist / dental nurse Rachel very much puts you as ease before you even enter the dentist. I booked online in the morning for 3pm that day and Rachel called me and said come straight in so I wasn’t in any pain. I was anxious getting an X-ray and told them I also had financial issues. The dentist Dr Ravneet gave me an option of coming to see another dentist on Friday who could extract my tooth for me within my financial situation. I then came in later that week (Friday) to get my extraction. With Dr Ranaut (I hope I’m spelling that right). She immediately put me at ease and before I knew it my tooth was out and I didn’t feel a thing. I thought I was bleeding so I called up and they said come in right away for my peace of mind. I am a very anxious person and all three ladies put me at ease and encouraged me through each session. I have found my new dentist! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I attended the Doreen Dentist recently as I was suffering tooth pain, they were able to see me in a timely manner, identified the issue and treated it accordingly. I attended the surgery two times and on each occasion the staff were professional and friendly, at no times did I feel pressured to undergo procedures, as I have at other dentists in the past, consultation was detailed and patient. I will definitely be returning at some time in the future for a check-up.

Fantastic experience: Being new to the area I had been searching for a highly recommended top dental practice in the Doreen/Mernda area. Interestingly, it was some time before I came across someone who immediately suggested I approach The Doreen Dentist dental clinic. In turn I do not hesitate in highly recommending this practice! I have been there twice now and am happy to be booked in for a follow-up come January 2023! From initial contact with receptionist Rachel, one has a sense of being in good hands at this clinic, that one will be well looked after. This is reinforced on first attendance at the very peaceful, excellently designed layout-wise, clinic in Yellow Brick Road, Doreen. Warm welcome, offer of refreshing cool water if having to wait a little while for one’s dentist. Relaxing is easy in the (well-thought-out) magnificent pleasantly decorated reception/waiting area, with its engrossing relaxing TV episode on the wall and the catchy, well-chosen frames of simple iconic quotes to gaze at, think about and absorb their pointed truths. Regarding actual treatment, personally I cannot speak highly enough about the friendly young dentist lady who treated me regarding some troubling dental matters, especially one particularly awkward-to-work-on tooth and its surroundings! I found Dr Hiyanthi Piyadigama so delightful, so thorough, so pleasant, so assuring, so careful… when it came to some awkward treatment moments, again and again she would gently and thoughtfully ask how I was. My treatment took a little longer that Dr Hiyanthi had expected but, even though she had an urgent, personal appointment elsewhere to go to, she patiently continued with unexpected additional treatment aspects of my teeth and – in short – did a most excellent job! I commend Dr Hiyanthi on her surgical skills, patient attention and reassurances! As mentioned above, I highly recommend this par excellence dental surgery! Something else… most important if one is a senior. I found this clinic’s fees very reasonable considering treatments needing to be done. When I attended, there was a special introductory which was very inexpensive!
