Fantastic experience: Bowral Street Dental Practice is an amazing, professional, friendly, and welcoming dental practice located in the Southern Highlands. The staff are an absolute blessing to their patients. BDSP team (the dentists, hygienist, and reception staff) provides exemplary customer service and excellent dental healthcare and treatment for the patients that present. They go above and beyond for their patients. I'm blessed to be one of Dr Belinda's patients and Laura, an awesome dental hygienist with a great down to earth personality and spirit. Dr Belinda is a amazing and caring. She has a very calming and reassuring spirit that makes one feel at ease. She provided excellent detailed information regarding the next steps of my treatment plan. She is very patient and understanding and she addressed my questions and concerns in a professional and caring manner. The reception staff are The Best!! They are an absolute asset to the practice. The ladies are so kind, friendly, courteous, and polite. Thank you, BSDP for providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere for your patients. I highly recommend BSDP!!! He took the time to understand my concerns and history with dental work, ensuring that mitigating strategies were built into my current treatment. His approach was kind, compassionate, and genuinely personal—he explained every procedure clearly and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable throughout. On one occasion, I had my young child with me, and both Dr. Daryl and his nursing staff engaged with him, which made the visit far less stressful. The quality of his work is the best I’ve ever experienced, after seeing multiple dentists in the past. I’ve already recommended him to family and friends, and I would follow Dr. Daryl to any practice for that level of care.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I have the BIGGEST fear of the dentist. I have just had a tooth extraction with Dr Daryl Concepci and he was so understanding and patient with me the whole process. He was constantly checking in with me and going through the whole process before he did anything. His assistant Kylie was absolutely amazing too. She held my hand the whole time and never let go. They helped alot with my anxiety and i will be back to see them in no time.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had the Dental Hygienist clean my teeth for the second time. She does the best cleaning job that I have ever had. She is thorough, gentle, considerate and informative should you ask any questions. The person using suction was also excellent- thoughtful about each dental situation . What a great team! I am 77 years old so have had a few procedures over time. Highly recommend the entire practice.

Fantastic experience: After a poor experience with a local dentist who had been treating me for many years, one of my front teeth fell out. I contacted my dentist and explained what had happened after he had applied pressure to the tooth a few days earlier, and I heard ominous cracking. He made an appointment for five days hence, but had little comment. I looked up local dentists in my area and found Dr Raj. I liked that many had shared their positive experiences and noted how kind and attentive Dr jay is. I was booked in the next day and a temporary crown was inserted. I couldn't be happier, and feel able to smile again. The whole treatment was exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get a same day appointment, x rays, tooth removed and a future long term plan to address gum disease. I could not fault the service in any way. The facilities were spotlessly clean and they called me the following day to check in and see how I was feeling. I can not recommend Bowral Street Dental Practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Having worked in dentistry for over a decade, I saw Dr Tomar's work before ever meeting him and it was brilliant. I knew when I could no longer travel to my old dentist, that Dr Tomar was the one to see. The assistant was also very patient & efficient.As I have a lot of anxiety & nerves with dentists Dr Raj was sympathetic from the beginning & wasnt just concerned with the procedure but making sure I was comfortable & reassured throughout, explaining the whole process. Even on leaving reception took the time to explain further bookings and how things work. I def felt not like just a number and have found a reliable dentist for my partner and myself. You guys rock.

I was thrilled to watch the tooth being created and how it is all done with computer technology. Everybody was so helpful and explained the process beautifully. What a wonderful progressive dentist! Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the work completed by Dr Raj Tomar. Staff are friendly as well and a big advantage of this practice is that they can make crowns on premise so they can be fitted same day, no having to wait weeks and a return visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Raj for quite a while now. A few months back I needed 2 large teeth removed, in the past with other dentists I have suffered from dry sockets and hard to remove teeth. Raj had 2 out in a relatively short time, he stitched and gave me antibiotics and I had no problems at all. Thank You Bowral Street Dental for wonderful care.

Dr Raj himself had excellent chairside manner and very gentle with his treatments. He very knowledgeable and geared up with latest technology all for a very reasonable price.
