Negative experience: The bill was shady with strange additions to the receipt. I got my cavity filled last year and they’re already broken even though i take good care of my teeth. Strongly do not recommend this place.

Positive experience: It was ok but all their equipments was actually quite old and their method should be updated. The other newer dentist surgery have painfree methods but this one don't.

Negative experience: 这里的全科医生（王志忠）是我在澳洲遇见的最差劲的医生，没有之一。从来没有在澳洲遇到过态度这么恶劣的医生，预约的时候说看这个医生绝对不能迟到，因为他不会等，准点就会离开诊所，结果到了以后却让病人等了很久，询问病情也很不耐烦，运动拉伤，疼了2周多，结果医生都没让病人展示一下哪个position会疼痛，甚至连受伤处看都没看一眼，上来就让你拍 x片打发结束，跟国内那些不负责任的医生毫无区别，病人表示没有骨折，只是韧带拉伤，可不可以先不拍X片，医生很武断得认为既然不想拍片就表示根本不严重，没啥大不了，整个就医过程，医生语气和眼神都充满不屑，医德太差！

Negative experience: Worst service ever had . I went to do medical for taxi driver and he was soo rude that he let me fill same form twice with no reason just because he was in bad mood or something. I will never ever recommend anyone to go there . Worst Worst Worst Worst service and experience ever had .

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. The dentist there DR. HENRY CHEN is very rude, displaying poor conduct, shouting at patients and pointing his finger when he heard we were going to report him. He is unprofessional, not wearing dentist coats which is against the law, and is fraudulent, overcharging a government holder to scam state funds. PLEASE REPORT THIS CLINIC. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. NEVER SEE DR. HENRY CHEN.

Negative experience: My son visited this dental practice recently to get his regular check and clean. Was told he needed a deep clean and was quoted $1,200. Yes he may need a deep clean but $1,200 seriously!

Negative experience: 在這家醫院做了補牙，過程中醫師一直對助理很不友善，補一顆牙齒的一小時內，醫生要求了助理拿10幾個物品給醫生，而且口氣非常不好，常常發出不耐煩的語氣，也影響了看診的病人的心情，本來就很害怕看診，又遇上這種事會很擔心會不會醫師把她的情緒影響到看診結果。 我在這裡補的牙不久後就到其他診所做了根管治療，原因是因為補的太深入了，已經傷到神經， 不會再回來這裡

Negative experience: The GP I saw was trying to hurry things along and not very friendly. Manners was poor. He just brushed off my concerns and tried to get rid of me quickly.

Negative experience: Really bad experience of dental cleaning from Dr. Christine Lee. She did very bad job on one side and the calculus still persists as well as before the treatment. Maybe that's the reason she did the job within 10 mins. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic experience: One word, excellent!..... On the medical side I've never had any problem with Dr.Ong who tells it the way it is. If you don't want to hear any bad news go to your local church The dentists try, and they don't fleece. Certainly a lot better than the clowns at Smile Bright Dentists at Sunnybank Hills....cup of coffee, free tooth brush and here's the bill.

Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone visit this clinic if they are genuinely ill. I made an appointment for 10.15am (which they recommended as an available time convenient for THEM to see me) and it's now over an hour and am still waiting for the doc. I understand there can sometimes be delays. Happy to wait for delays up to 20 mins, even 30 mins. But over an hour? This is not an ER, it's a clinic. The whole point of it is to take appointments. I can't see anyone here who is crying, bleeding or seriously injured who had to be seen urgently and bumped up the line so why the delay? In fact, I can see people who came in AFTER me be seen before me. Even worse, there are 3 to 4 receptionists and not ONE of them had the courtesy to advise me that there would be a delay. In the past hour I could have gone to another clinic as my infection has been quite serious for over a week. Unprofessional and just out to make money by overbooking and keeping people waiting. If they can't communicate a delay of OVER an hour to patients, then why are they in business? I just asked them and they said "Another 20 mins." I saw other patients ask the same because they are being delayed too and one elderly couple waiting for a while simply got up and left. The doc didn't even check my blood pressure which is SOP for any doc visit. Sorry, Dr Ong - you need better business management skills.

Negative experience: Do not go to see Dr Ong in this surgery he is a very unprofessional man with the worst manner in treating the elderly he had my poor mother shaking and very upset from yelling at her for no reason she had been going to him for some time but we will not allow her to go back he has been a horrible doctor and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to see him. Go find any other doctor do not go to this Pratice they not care just want your money.
