Rachael was so caring and truly put all my fears at ease. She patiently explained what she was going to do next and the clinic was equipped with the latest xray and cleaning equipment. I felt so comfortable and will always be their customer.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service they offered. They did not follow through with the complete service and left me to have to go to another dental clinic for a treatment plan to complete the work I required. They did not give answers and when I called them “DR PHIL” said he would not proceed because he simply didn’t want too. He requested I complete half the work and pay the invoice! Would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone seeking any type of dental work as my case was minor and they would not complete.

Fantastic experience: Had 2 fillings with Dr Racheal today! I wasn’t a fan of going to dentist as I was scared to see dentist due to previous filling experience when I was young but Dr Racheal really tried to make me feel better and safe during the whole experience! The subtle music playing at the background also soothed me as it helped me to distract and relax more! Def recommend to drop by even you are worried and hesitating!

Fantastic experience: I never felt the pain at all. Although I made two fillings for both sides and the filling was excellent and for the first time I did not go back to the doctor as usual to adjust the filling.

Fantastic experience: This place blew my mind. As a self proclaimed hater of the dentist, that is now something of the past. Dr Rick, Beth and the team have created something so unique and special. From the incredible service that makes you feel comfortable and supported, to the VIP spa like setting with incredible technology to eliminate discomfort or staleness like you find everywhere else. The equipment they use made it so easy to have my teeth cleaned and my smile design created. Nothing was intrusive, nothing was uncomfortable, nothing tasted bad, and there were no sharp tools that made things painful. Spotify was playing my favourite songs, I had Netflix on the roof, a screen in front of me explaining everything that was happening and showing me photos to help demonstrate what needed to be done. Walking out of Tailored Teeth I felt like they were people I had known for years and strangely a part of me is excited to go back to the dentist. From being anxious days before a dental appointment my whole life to now being excited, that says it all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rick is phenomenal, I initially went to Tailored teeth to discuss veneers or crowns for my damaged front teeth however Dr Rick's holistic approach has led me to remove my upper wisdom teeth before spending money on cosmetic issues. Dr Rick doesn't just do gorgeous veneers and whitening. My experience with in chair wisdom tooth removal was so easy and comfortable. If you are stressed or nervous don't be, this Dentist knows what he is doing. I cannot recommend Tailored Teeth highly enough. Not to forget Beth, who followed up several times after my extraction to see how I was doing. Cannot wait for my next appointment!!

Fantastic experience: Why is there not 6 stars, like why!!!! I don't know where to start. Probably the best experience i have ever had at a dentist and now look forward to my 6 monthly check up just so i can see Dr Rick and Beth. These guys have service down to a tea, and constantly make you feel as comfortable as they can. Down to holding a stress ball (pre Covid) so that they can monitor your stress and comfort levels. As soon as Dr Rick hits my sensitive spot he stops and uses a different method for cleaning that particular area. On top of that the cosmetic services Ive had are constantly monitored, they text to check in on you, never felt so much love in my life. And lastly, the place is beyond clean, I've never seen white surfaces so white. If you have to spend hours somewhere this is the place to do it. Can't wait for my botox!

Fantastic experience: Recently I’ve been dealing with a lot of tension in my jaw which has led to headaches, further stress and aches and pains in my face, neck and shoulders. I got an amazing service by Dr Rick and his team. In this case, Dr Rick provided a splint for me which has helped so much! This was also accompanied by education on masseter tension and he and his team were very proactive with reaching out in the first two weeks to answer any of my questions, to check in and to have a chat which is the kind of service you don’t get at a lot of places! He’s so knowledgeable and incorporates the latest digital technology and dental methods and techniques to assist and tailor your experience. Every time I visit the clinic they make me feel super comfortable and welcome and it makes a visit to the dentist so much more pleasant! I would 100% recommend Dr Rick for any of your healthcare, dental and cosmetic requirements.

I came in, told them what I wanted done and they stopped at nothing to get it done, whilst making sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Both Dr Rick and Beth talked me through every step of my journey and answered any questions I had enthusiastically. I got sick with flared tonsils and Dr Rick called a specialist and fast tracked my appointment. Even called me 1 week after to check to see how I was going. Fantastic experience: Can not thank and recommend Dr Rick & his team enough! From the level of service, care and knowledge that’s given is next level first class. From the beginning with the induction where Dr Rick explained a detailed plan to get my smile to where I wanted, to the end result which is beyond what I could ever expected my smile to look like. I had Invisalign to straighten up my teeth and Porcelain Veneers to fix my front teeth that where chipped, it was the best decision Ive ever made. Every chance to smile I get I do (lucky mirrors can’t talk). I hated smiling in photos because of my teeth and now I’m that guy in the photo that is grin from ear to ear. I really appreciated Dr Rick's long-term view, rather than just focussing on whatever bandaid measures are required now. Went to see them with little hope of salvaging anything from the mess my teeth had become but I walked out with a completely new smile thanks to Rick and it cost less than I’d feared it would . The Tailored Teeth surgery itself is one of the cleanest and most modern I’ve ever been to too.
