Negative experience: This website used GLIDSHIFT to get potential clients. It advertises $150 for a dental implant, this AD is a scam as the Dental Companies are far higher than the ad

Negative experience: Kept going back to Dr Kipel to see what these reviews are about. Every time I felt judged, she was distracted and rushed through the appointment to get to her next patient. So disappointed and will never return. (and yes, I am writing this review for the right Dr.)

Fantastic experience: I avoided all dentists since I was little because I'm honestly scared and hate the pain. But eventually it led me to having to do a crown on one of my teeth as my old filling was falling to pieces. I did an extensive research online via reviews and that's how I got to book my appointment with Dr Kipel. Honestly, the best experience I've ever had as a dentist's patient. The clinic is very clean and all stuff are so friendly and professional. Dr Cigdem Kipel spent so much time answering all of my question about what's going to happen and she gave me all the time I needed to mentally get ready. During the procedure, I was given plenty of time to rest if I needed. The tools in the clinick are all top notch, very clean and brand new. Its been over 2 years now sinse my crown got installed and I'm happy. I keep coming back to North Sydney Dental Practice for all my dental needs, which is just a check up and general cleaning now. I like that the practice continues to invest in helpful technology and training their team. Lastly...it has consistently been a pain free experience regardless of the procedure. Cigdem is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. My mouth was a mess, now my many new crowns look amazing... colour, shape, overall bite, smile. Fantastic experience: Absolute legend, Dr Kipel did my Invisalign, fixed up things for me and made me cry (I was that happy with the end result). She is divine! The knowledge, professionalism, care I received was on another level – absolutely spectacular. For the first time in my life I had no pain during any of the procedures, there are so many “extras” that you get – extra care, extra attention, extra advice, extra help, support – the list goes on. Very happy and would most certainly recommend Dr Kipel to anyone who needs absolutely any dental work.

Fantastic experience: The reason why you should see Dr Cigdem is because she is THE BEST DENTIST IN SYDNEY! I started seeing her 7 years ago as my previous dentist had retired and thank god I did. As many patients, if they are like myself, really like seeing her and the team, however not the dental process. Dr Cigdem was amazing. Cigdem has quite literally turned that fear around; I no longer break out in a cold sweat in the waiting room and I come out of each appointment almost skipping. Fantastic experience: Dr Cigdem is amazing! I had quite a few procedures to undergo and all seemed very effortless and painless.This included a wisdom tooth removal and about 5 cavity drilling's/fillings. I’m very happy with the work she did. Dr Cigdem tries to understand how you are feeling about the whole process and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. She explains everything expertly and I had 100% confidence in everything she was doing. The whole experience is very calm. I wish I had found her earlier. The rest of the team is amazing as well. Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of North Sydney Dental for 5 years where Dr Cigdem Kipel has been my appointed dentist and would absolutely go nowhere else. Staff are always really personal, professional and really go out of their way to explain where you are at with your treatment, your teeth and recommendations moving forward. Compared to other dentists, i find the level of feedback excellent and If i have any issues with appointments or need additional information they are quick to answer and ALWAYS remember to follow up. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Kipel at the practice in North Sydney for a few years now and can honestly say she is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. Incredibly talented at what she does but also so kind and personable- I recommend everyone I know to visit her.
