Negative experience: Worst experience at any GP. No details given about the treatment had to suffer from nausea, fever and headaches after the infusion. No help received from the clinic. When we ring for the help and told symptoms they told us to go emergency or private hospital. Terrible experience At all.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to the practice this week. I needed to see a doctor and subsequently needed a blood test and ECG the consultation and the tests were conducted (on site) in a very professional, competent yet friendly manner as an added bonus the reception team were just as welcoming altogether a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Helen, me and my sister both had our invisalign treatment done by her and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I also had a root canal done and she ensured I was calm and fully numb before starting the procedure. I don’t dread the dental checkups anymore.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give some honest feedback regarding my appointment with Dr Sweety regarding ongoing treatment (17/09/25). I am a regular patient of Dr Sweety and on each occasion she is warm, professional and each time listens clearly to my concerns. I never feel rushed and I feel as though I can trust Dr Sweety. The clinic and reception staff are so very friendly, efficient and go the extra mile to make sure your visit is a fantastic experience. It is so refreshing to enter a positive environment where you feel safe and want to come back.

Fantastic experience: My husband Michael has been attending this clinic over the past year and has received incredible care from all the staff involved in his ongoing and complex treatment. Beginning with the doctors including Dr J Lee, Dr S Syed and Dr L Rea, they have provided the most professional, courteous and competent care to Michael. This level of service has been replicated by the practice manager Jackie , administration manager Sheree and nursing professional Anna, who provide incredible service and supporting care to Michael. We would not hesitate to recommend this clinic and the wonderful staff who serve our community with such passion and care.

Fantastic experience: So happy with the caring service provided at Runaway Bay Medical and Dental Centre, from the friendly phlebotomist taking my blood; the efficient and caring nurse, who took the time to answer my questions and explain issues to me, (which doesn't happen in many medical centres in Australia, but which we are used to at medical facilities in countries overseas where we have lived), to my appointment with the delightful lady doctor. I can highly recommend this medical centre.

Negative experience: Had a very negative experience with the receptionist (Jackie?) today. For context, I am a fellow person who works in healthcare, and I was trying to assist a mutual patient by contacting the clinic on the patient's behalf. The receptionist could not assist me in any way, and would not even wait until I finished speaking, before promptly hanging up on me - all because the Doctor was not in today. I understand there are procedures, but to just hang up on me without any attempt to help is not something I've encountered in my years of work. Just a suggestion: a simple commitment to ensure that my message reached the doctor when they were in again on Monday would have been sufficient. Following this call, I updated the patient with the situation and she regretted to inform me that she has had similarly disappointing experiences with this clinic. I am truely sad that this the standard of care that is considered acceptable at this clinic.

Negative experience: My friend was trying to book an appointment and one lady on the phone was very rude and racist. Apparently they are not very nice with foreigners. I tried to help my friend and speak with her on the phone to book an consultation and she turn it off when i was talking. Ridiculous customer service, they dont know how to treat someone!

Negative experience: There is not bulk billing for OVHC. The GP consultation is 89 dollars, take this into consideration if you're an international student or visitor, your plan just cover 41. Nib is lying about this provider.

The Monday + Friday night reception girls are so lovely, they always say hello with a smile and are always so kind to every patient that walks in. Dr Nora is such a beautiful, kind and supportive GP, she’s always happy to listen and provide answers and advice to any concerns I have, and always takes the time to organise further investigates when required. .

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Mitchell yestersay to have plasma treatment for a painful knee, had the best sleep in months last night, managed 5000 steps today. Very, very grateful to be able to access this treatment at such reasonable cost.

Negative experience: BEWARE! Anyone dealing with this business. Dr. Nidhi Chhabra, owner of this business, hired us to clean their medical and dental practice and with no fault of the service provided she did not pay our bills and left us with more than $4000 of unpaid bills. Dr. Nidhi hired us to complete a deep clean just before their dental accreditation in August 2021 and we performed a deep cleaning service which included all floors strip and seal. We worked hard to get the place looking best for their accreditation. We have been chasing unpaid payment since 2021. Everyone is struggling these days and its a shame they do this to local businesses. If you can't pay your bills don't hire a cleaner - do the cleaning yourself.

Fantastic experience: As an Occupational Therapist who is exposed to a great deal of medical professionals I was blown away by the empathy, care and service provided by Dr Mitchell and the Team. I will be recommending all my patients and family to Dr Mitchell.

Negative experience: My experience in having a tooth filling on 28/5/2021 with Dr Chandradevi was a negative one : 1- My gum remained num for almost 10 hours, it remained painful for 10 days. While administrating the anesthetic some of the liquid went into my mouth.To be fair the dentists apologise for this! 2- I had to go back on 7/6 as a part of the filling was sharp. 3- On my initial visit I only requested a filling ,I was charged $60 for " limited oral examination " this maybe standard practice among dentists but i consider it unethical for professional to charge for services not required by clients without telling them in advance.In any case that oral examination was superficial . The overall experience was negative apart from the friendly reception staff. Update: 1- following my review,the manager contacted me and offered to organise a check up with another dentist in order to resolve my concern. 2- The prompt response of the manager reflect a high level of customer service,which is a refreshing sign of caring about the centre's clients and taking time to resolve differences. 3- while my initial impression was negative,the way the staff followed up was impressive and removed any hesitancy I had to go back .

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say... my experience with Chandra at the Runaway Bay dentist was a “relief” I reluctantly needed to go as I had 2 broken molars and needed 2 more fillings Needles to say, I had not been to the dentist for 10yrs Chandra did an amazing job of rebuilding my molar and fillings and a great clean too. They are a caring, gentle, happy group of people that make you feel completely at ease. I am actually looking forward to my regular 6mths check and clean now.

She is very knowledgeable and caring. Nikki at reception is professional, kind, accommodating and is phenomenal with people of all ages, but is especially great with kids. Fantastic experience: The dentistry i had done at Runaway Bay Dental was half the quote that i had received in Melbourne for two implants and a crown -3 new teeth- .I received the very best professional work by top dental surgeon Dr Meer Mohammed from Griffith University and Nedli is very professional and kind who owns and runs a very competent clinic. Negative experience: Dreadful dental experience. Just went for a clean, it was very painful and unprofessional. Was very cheap (not why I chose it, I was shopping around for a new local dentist since moving from interstate), reminded me you definitely get what you pay for, and it’s worth paying more! Will never go back.
