Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience from start to finish. The lovely Bree on reception was so aware that I needed something done asap due to a broken front tooth and as busy as they are I was luckily able to get it fixed before work tomorrow. Dr Jan & his nurse were amazing and I can honestly say that he has done the best job on my tooth to date and I won’t be going elsewhere! So happy

Fantastic experience: These guys are great. I feel like they actually care about my health. Dr Bryan Bluhm is meticulously crafted for a “Friends” aged professional (still good eyesight and steady hands). In five visits I have once experienced pain on a long haul sitting but he and Brie were on it straight away. Brie is more awesome than she realises yet and maybe never will:) Make sure you have dinner ready for her Will when she gets home. I’m hard work and they have both never made me feel less than an equal. Really appreciate what the whole team has done for me. Priceless.

Fantastic experience: High quality dental work at a reasonable price

Negative experience: Terrible experience and I do not recommend this dentist. I had a very rushed clean and examination by dentist Jan. They say it's a promotion of $125 instead of $290 but most other dentists charge $180-190 for the same thing. The problem is Jan wanted to gouge me with extra work costing $5,500 that is not required. I went to another dentist who did all the required work for $1,800. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental practice. I was nervous about getting my wisdom tooth pulled due to an infection and the staff all assisted with making me feel comfortable and welcome. I was in an out in no time with no pain. Quick and easy procedure and I felt like all the staff were there to look after me. Would highly recommend to everyone

Negative experience: Lovely professional staff however the most painful dental experience I've had for a clean. Went in with a tooth ache, came out worse.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to, once more, thank Dr. Luiza. I'm not the easiest patient ever but the service provided was excellent. She was very mindful of patient comfort and treated my broken tooth with patience and a lot of communication throughout the process, giving me the needed technical details to make informed decisions and keeping me up to date on what's happening at every stage. I'm not a fan of being in the dentist chair, but just got a favourite dentist. Thank you! PS: Also, the equipment made available is excellent and makes everyone's life easier.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favour and skip this practise. I went there as a first time client. Don't be fool with 89$ comprehensive exam, we were still charged the full price. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Not a full examination from the dentist at all. I have never seen anything like it. He was rude and in a hurry. I went to another dentist after this and the dentist had to do another clean and proper check up. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL AND NOT RECOMMENDING THIS DENTIST.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Everything I hate about the dentist was completely eradicated. No shaming because it had been too long since a check up, no scare tactic ‘up-sells’ about needing major orthodontic work, and most of all was a beautiful and calming space. I was suffering a spike in anxiety which I didn’t even have to explain as it was asked on a questionairre beforehand. Following this it was not even up for discussion, they played mellow music, had picturesque scenes playing on a screen and even hummed along while doing the dental work. Not only did it make me feel at ease but it was so lovely to acknowledge that an appointment like that can be triggering for some people. Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I Followed Jan from his previous practice. Jan is a complete professional and a good bloke who looks after his patients. I recently was out of town and went to a different dentist.. what a horrible experience!!! I still have an infection my jaw from the extraction, and am on antibiotics. I’ve never had a problem with jan in the 8 years I’ve been seeing him and He always is more than reasonable with any cost.

Fantastic experience: Was feeling nervous about having root canal done as I had heard a lot of stories from friends saying it was scary, horrible, uncomfortable etc. I have now finished the last stage and I was comfortable the whole time. The room has a TV on the roof so you can relax and watch Netflix while having the work done :) Dr Jan is very professional, kind and caring! I am very happy with the results. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ve been to other dentists in the past but none as good as Dr Kossyrev. He made me feel very comfortable and was extremely professional and gentle. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The surgery is brand new with state of the art equipment. It’s super easy to get to, as it’s right off the highway (in the Miami One shopping centre) and there’s plenty of free parking!
