Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Chika is very knowledgeable and professional and took extra care around my very sensitive teeth. I usually don’t like going to the dentist as it can be painful but Chika took extra time, care and precautions to make sure that I wasn’t in pain. Will definitely return and highly recommend Chika.

I had two visits within the space of a week and my doctor, Chika, looked after me so well, communicated effectively and talked me through my anxiety. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and doing a filling, and charged me what was quoted. I’ll be sure to return when I’m due for a dental checkup next. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic professional and incredibly friendly staff. I was seen by Baneen and assistant Annie. Like many others, going to the dentist is usually very nerve wracking for me - i was immediately put at ease once in the chair. The work itself is very clean, the numbing injections were almost painless and there was zero pain while working on my teeth. I genuinely look forward to my next appointment :)

Thankyou also to their boss who returned me to the clinic . I could not fault anything yesterday and would highly recommend this practice to anyone . They gave me excellent service . Fantastic experience: I recently attended Coolbellup Dental Surgery for my elderly fathers appointment. The level of care Dr Shiv (1st appointment) and Dr Baneen (follow up appointment) both provided was superb. I really appreciate the extra steps they took in making him feel really comfortable, Dr Baneen even broke down the language barrier by learning 3 words that really helped with the communication during my fathers time in the chair. Thanks Coolbellup Dental Surgery, I highly reccomend!

Fantastic experience: I made same day appointment for old filling that had cracked non urgent just a pain to clean and food getting stuck in it the lady dentist was so nice no judgement or questions why I had left it for months. She was so friendly and careful with my mouth I instantly felt I could tell her about my embarrassment of getting clear braces and the company going broke she has arranged for retainers cheap so I can keep the new shape of my teeth now I can't get retainers from old place. She even fixed an ugly yellow spot on the front of my teeth from bad mineralisation as child by putting thin layer over it you can't even notice now where it was I didn't even realise that was possible to do. And of course she did a new filling for my cracked filling and did overall mouth clean polish. I am so happy to have got over my anxiety of the dentist and to even be comfortable enough to be able to sit long enough to get a clean done let alone filling and separate repair in one sitting is a miracle. I highly recommend coolbellup dental and Dr Baneen well worth the visit and I didn't need to sell a kidney to afford it. So thankfull to finally find a good dentist

Positive experience: If you asked me to write a review an hour ago, it would be starkly different to what it is now. I came in for government subsidised emergency treatment and they were as lovely as you would meet, and it didn't smell like a dental clinic which was a very pleasant surprise! Although the appointment wasn't as expected, after emailing and discussing with the manager, it was quickly resolved above and beyond my expectations. Baneen and Annie were pleasant and yes I did hear their reassurance despite my headphones, I can certainly see why she's the favourite. If you want my honest opinion, the fluoride gel tasted more like disgusting cough syrup than bubblegum or fairyfloss or whatever it was meant to taste like!

I am not the greatest patient when it comes to dentistry but the patience and kindness shown by Dr Stephen Doyle and his excellent assistant was impeccable. Also it wasn’t long before I realised that this doctor knows his stuff and his advice and treatment was outstanding. I have a fear of the dentist and he did so well alleviating my anxiety and explaining everything in layman’s terms. The procedure was quick and painless and my tooth is completely better! Fantastic experience: Who likes the dentist? Ppfft-not me! But I have to say I had most pain free experience ever at a dentist. I know it was only a scale and clean but they usually dig that pointy thing between your teeth and almost rip them out! Uggh! I have to say, I honestly never felt a thing, this guy was so gentle, yet thorough and he also explained everything (laymans terms). I've already told 2 of my kids to go there. And on top of that, he was $50 cheaper than what I've been paying. I'm just so impressed!
