Day One Dental

Fantastic experience: I have 2 autistic teenagers who have needed significant work on their teeth & Day One Dental have been absolutely brilliant with them since we started going there over a year ago. The office staff and dentists are all so pleasant to deal with. They are patient, kind & non-judgmental. As a mum working with heath professionals who have such a good understanding of the needs of neurodivergent kids is so great. Their clinic is also calm and quiet which makes my kids feel calm when they visit. We drive 45min to go to this clinic because they are so great. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Sinead. She was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The treatment was thorough yet comfortable, and I could tell she genuinely cared about my dental health. My teeth feel amazing after every visit! I highly recommend Sinead and Day One Dental to anyone look for a friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive Oral Health Therapist and clinic.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dental clinic! The team went above and beyond to care for my daughter who is terrified of anything to do with her teeth, let alone extractions of baby teeth! They were gentle, patient and made her feel completely at ease. Excellent service, great prices and genuinely caring staff. A rare find! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Huu is amazing. The staff are great to work with, and have been so wonderful in scheduling our appointments, as well as working with us for urgent issues. Could not recommend Day One Dental any higher. Dr Huu is wonderful with children, and also with worrisome parents. :) They are the best!

Fantastic experience: I came in with my 5 year old and my 3 year old after a visit from the dentist to her school. They were both nervous; my 3 year old had been to see a dentist twice before and had not completed a check up because she was too scared but Brianna put them both at ease. The girls completed their appointments and are looking forward to going back. One thing that really stood out to me was how non-judgemental everyone was. This was the first dentist I've been to that I didn't leave more anxious than when I came in. Everyone was just kind. Can't recommend this place for your kiddos highly enough!

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience at Day One Dental Clinic. My original appointment was at 12pm, but I received a call asking if I could come in earlier at 11:30am. Unfortunately, I was delayed at my GP appointment and couldn't make it. When I called to reschedule, the staff were incredibly accommodating and happily postponed my appointment to 1:30pm. Upon arrival, I found the clinic to be clean and spacious. The receptionist was welcoming and polite, making me feel comfortable right away. Both the dentist and the assistant were professional and courteous throughout my visit. I am very pleased with the service we received and will definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you, Day One Dental Care, for the great care!

Negative experience: was told that my daughter appointment will be 30min late. Been waiting for 2 hours since 11am. Waiting room also dont really have anything for the kids to play with while waiting,ended asking for colouring paper for my daughter. very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Took my 7 year old in, they explained everything to her and took the time to make sure she was comfortable. They were very kind and supportive. I will be taking all my kids here from now on.

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous as I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in over 2 years. Eddie was absolutely amazing! Not once did I experience any sensitivity or pain during the clean. He was very understanding and made me feel comfortable. I will never leave it so long to have my teeth cleaned again! Can’t wait to return. Eddie is a gem! Thankyou

Fantastic experience: An absolute pleasure! Having to take my son to the dentist at 5 i was guilty about but also thought the worst. Drills, noise, the dentist right? The team we dealt with from the first contact at reception to the dental staff was absokutely great super friendly made my son comfortable and myself with explaining everything and putting up with his sassy behaviour about knowing how it was going to go. A super professional outfit who we will definitely go and see next time for his checkup thanks again and my son still lets me know that he loves the dentist and talks about the tickling machines. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I don't normally leave reviews, but these guys are pretty great. They are so friendly I enjoy just chatting with the staff (and such a contrast with the negative nellies in the clinic downstairs). The front desk staff remember my name when I come in and they're really helpful when I have to bring my kids in. I saw Dr Rana. Very friendly guy and it felt like he had time for my questions, I didn't feel rushed. He seemed to really care about getting my teeth fixed up and preventing further damage. Others have said this already, but I don't want to go to another Dentist after going here, even though I've since moved away from the Mile End / Torrensville area.

Fantastic experience: I have had fears of the dentist since a young age and have avoided them like the plague. I booked online with Day One and Ill never go anywhere else. I went from being extremely anxious about the dentist to now being excited about getting my teeth right. Amazing team, calming vibes and a great experience all round (as good as the dentist can be anyway). Thanks for helping me through my fears :-)

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth taken out. The procedure was very relaxing and I did not feel any pain. It was much faster than I imagined. They had a TV on the ceiling so I could watch Brooklyn Nine Nine during the procedure. I rate this experience a perfect 5 out of 7 and would totally have my teeth pulled out again.

Fantastic experience: I used to be scared of going to the dentist, not anymore, I actually like and enjoy going to the dentist now because of Dr Dhiillon and Lydia they are fantastic and they really take care of you and make you feel really comfortable and actually it wasn’t even painful, Dr Dhiillon would have to be one of the best dentist I have ever been too and I hiighly recommend you to book an appointment with them, you will not be disappointed.
