Fantastic experience: Attended Nick Sheptooha’s dental surgery today as an emergency visit as I thought I had a cavity or damaged tooth. After the initial consult turns out there was no issue as I thought but a small cavity in another tooth. We proceeded to fill the cavity and do the regular six monthly clean. Very happy with the outcome and the professionalism Nick’s dental practice provides. Thank you.

I was very anxious about receiving Botox to help with pain management and Dr Kain was so patient, informative and caring throughout the process. I never felt pressured to begin treatment and was able to do so at my own pace, and with enough information to make an informed decision I was comfortable with. Happy to say this has helped me a lot and has reminded me of what life without jaw pain and referred pain is like! Dr Kain is always seeking out the most up to date advances in this field which makes me feel reassured that I am getting the best treatment possible.

Whilst dental visits are not the most cherished of life's regular events - my visits over the years have always been pleasant, professional and typically on time. Fantastic experience: Have been going to Nick Sheptooha as my dentist for 37 years and there is a reason for that. It is because he is the best dentist that I ever had (and I did have a number in various places where I had lived before discovering Nick.) I trust Nick's judgement in regard to my dental matters completely and his skills are excellent. He has a very nice manner and in fact I call him "Australia's best dentist!" Likewise, his staff are always friendly and, indeed, I regard his staff and Nick as my friends after such a long period of attending his practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kristina Cain is the consummate professional. Her bedside manner in dealing with staff and patients is testament to how she conducts herself. For a person who had an almost pathological fear of visiting the dentist, Dr Cain has allayed all my fears and visiting the dentist is no longer an issue for me. She is an excellent dentist who is abreast of the most up to date technology. I would recommend Dr Cain to all new patients.

The modern, fresh and light practice feels nothing like your typical dental clinic, creating an inviting and calming visit every time.
