Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Budi Dental for over 10 years and continue to return even after moving interstate, that alone says everything. The entire team is incredible: professional, caring, and consistently high-quality. I have complete trust in the dentists there, which makes all the difference. They take the time to explain things clearly and always make you feel comfortable and well looked after. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Budi Dental to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly trust.

Fantastic experience: I like going to this dentist I have never had a filling and been here since I was seven. It's actually fun to go to they have sugar free lollipops, toothbrushes, toothpaste, jibbits, stickers and pens.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris saved my sons tooth. During a game of basketball his front tooth was knocked out. Dr Chris was so calm and reassuring. He opened his surgery at 9pm and put the tooth back in. He organised a specialist appointment, and called the next day to check up on Daniel. Thank you Dr Chris for your compassion and care. You truly are wonderful !

Fantastic experience: With an absolute fear of dentists for years and previous terrible experiences, l stopped going for a while! A month ago l did my own research and plucked up the courage to go and see Dr Scott Preston at Budi dental in Buderim, OMG, he is so welcoming, so caring, so professional, has a fantastic calming demeanour which made me feel at ease straight away! He explains everything from the beginning down to the last detail! He asks how you are doing constantly even whilst in the chair. From the moment l walked in, the lovely reception ladies made me feel very welcomed and also made me feel comfortable. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Dr Scott Preston......now l will NEVER go to another dentist EVER! Thankyou

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Chris’s now for over six years, as have my four children. Due to this, I find myself regularly in his dental surgeries as a patient and also a parent. Between the five of us we’ve had the full suite of Dental procedures. Dr. Chris is obviously very good at his job and he displays confidence and ability when he’s in action. Dr. Chris and his team have been a constant, reliable presence in our family’s healthcare and I truly appreciate the high standard of care he provides. I can recommend Dr Chris and his team to anybody looking for a top quality no nonsense dentist. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Scott Preston is FANTASTIC! I had my wisdom tooth extracted by my dentist Scott Preston and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As always he made me feel calm, talked me through everything and the whole procedure was done so smoothly. I was expecting pain and stress, but it was the complete opposite - he made it feel easy. You can tell he’s incredibly skilled and cares about his patients. I’m genuinely so grateful to have him as my dentist. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our household all see Chris Patel at Budi Dental. I have personally needed extended dental care over the past few years and I’ve been so grateful for Chris’ experience and expertise. Visits to the dentist to have work done can be stressful, but Chris manages to put me at ease. All the admin staff and dental nurses are incredibly helpful - everyone seems to work so well as a team and that provides a seamless experience for patients.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Maayer Malick. I recently had some fillings replaced which required numbing. Dr Malick was calm, reassuring and patient throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel any discomfort (didn’t even feel a sting from the needles etc.). The end result and 24hrs later, is simply perfect! Thank you for instilling confidence in have dental surgery

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Roger Kingston highly enough. Probably the most friendly and personable dentist I've ever been too, and he knows his stuff. Talking about options, laying out your choices but not trying to influence them, and if you're nervous about getting in the chair, he tells you exactly what to expect every step of the way. Will be going back for sure. Thanks Roger!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kingston is incredible. I've had many bad dental experiences in the past, but I always feel comfortable, cared for, and respected. The price is much better than other dentists on the Sunshine Coast. I recommended my partner see him for his wisdom tooth removal and he would highly recommend also. Definitely the best there is :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to dr Chris for years now! I have always felt comfortable and well looked after in his care. I have had terrible experience with a dentist in the past and dr Chris has made me feel that it’s not all bad! I have even had some veneers done with him and you can’t even tell!, they look that natural. Would 110% recommend Dr Chris :)

Fantastic experience: This has to be the best dental practice on the Sunshine Coast. The head dentist, Chris Patel works miracles in peoples mouths. I had great dentists in Sydney as have had major dental work done prior to moving to the Sunshine Coast and was nervous about starting with someone new BUT I can honestly say that Chris is the best I have ever had and I am so grateful that our paths crossed.

Negative experience: Not happy or recommended as got the call to reschedule baby's appointment from clinic half and hour before which I have booked in month ago and me and wife had to take off from work for appointment and said have to come late or any other day.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed! We always are met with a warm welcome from the moment you step inside. The staff is extremely kind, the dentists are very professional hygienist are always great with my 3 boys. Very happy customer here and will continue to support this great practice in the future. Fantastic experience: I am 58 and have always been traumatised by dentists. I drove 2 hours to see Dr Crystle Culling and she is a dentist dream come true... she was so comforting, reasurring, patient, professional and administered pain free injections and other pain free procedures! I so will back... for the rest if my life! I adore her.

Fantastic experience: Chris and his team are always great and friendly with me and my family Some prescious people think he's rude but he is straight to the point and I always have a good conversation with him..... He's a great dentist and I have had crowns, clean and currently root canal with him and had no problems at all I'm glad I have a good dentist to go to

Negative experience: I visited for a routine clean and check up with Chris Patel. I feel, that on that visit, he deliberately hurt me. I have never experienced anything like what he did, prior or since. The cleaning process was excruciating. My whole mouth ached for about a week after and I needed to take painkillers for the first three days just to be able to sleep. From a clean! Not an extraction or major dental work. Obviously, I have not been back. Subsequent dental visits elsewhere have been normal. Not pain free but nothing even close to what he did to me. Mostly though, it was his attitude that makes me believe that it was deliberate. So, I can recommend him to anyone looking for a sadistic arse to be their dentist. If not, perhaps try a different practice.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental practice on the Coast! Such lovely, caring staff. Kacey does amazing cleans, and I had a filling done with Dr Claire yesterday that was 100% pain free! I recommend Budi Dental to everyone I know.

Negative experience: Don't ask Patel too many questions, he just storms out like a child. How dare i waste your precious time. This job was at great expense to me and i had a few questions to ask as the staff had neglected to send me any details ahead of appointment. Patel very rude and abrupt. A total arse whose fingers in my mouth smelt like an ashtray. Go somewhere else. Anywhere.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Budi Dental has only ever been positive, I have seen both Chris Patel and Claire O'Connor and have found them both very professional and felt very comfortable under their care. Front staff always have a smile on their face and have always been very accommodating!

Negative experience: Front office staff were rude and the dentist couldn't care less.

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist but these lovely people pulled out a wisdom tooth for me today and I couldn't believe how good they are at their job. I hate needles and apparently I got 2, I didn't even know. She had my tooth in her hand and I didn't even know she had pulled on it yet. Today I found the perfect dentist for my kids and we won't be going anywhere else ever again. Thank you guys

Fantastic experience: My whole family have been going to Budi dental for the last four years. All of us see Chris Patel. The premises is modern and well maintained and all staff are both friendly and professional from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. I'm in my late forties and four years ago needed some reasonably significant work done but was conscious that dentistry can be expensive and I wanted to work with in a budget. Chris put together a four year plan that prioritised the work that needed to be done and four years later my mouth has never been in better shape! It's great to go to any medical establishment and feel confident that you're getting great advice and expertise and this is how I feel about Budi Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Budi Dental for over 5 years and highly recommend this practice to anyone wanting quality, affordable dental treatment. Chris is a legend- he is honest, down to earth and great at what he does. Before I started going to Budi I hated going to the dentist with a passion, and avoided it at any cost. I was recommended to Budi by a friend and have never looked back. My teeth are now in great shape thanks to Chris and I happily go back every 6 months for my check up. Big thanks to Chris and his team!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I both see Chris at Budi Dental and we feel like we have found a great dentist who takes time to discuss options. I asked him about getting crowns done so he took a cast of my teeth to fully investigate my options. After consulting with a colleague for a second opinion he explained the options he could provide and why they weren't the best for me. Instead he put me on to an orthodontist and I'm very happy I've taken this path. That care and honesty cost the practise about $8000 for the work I would've had done there. Additionally, the staff are all very helpful, caring and professional. They seem happy to be working there. Definite recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and had a shocking child hood experience with a dentist. However, I found Dr. PRESTON to be great. Took his time and had no pain. Everything was explained very well and I will be returning to buddi dental to get the follow up I need. The surgery is well equipped and very pleasant to visit. The office staff were great as well as the assistants. They were very flexible and accommodated my needs in terms of shift work.

Fantastic experience: Cannot praise the staff at Budidental enough. They have taken customer service to a whole new level. My son had emergency dental treatment and I certainly feel reassured knowing he had the best service available. We were phoned the evening after the treatment to make sure all was ok by Chris himself and the following morning to see how the night had gone. Thanks for everything!!

Negative experience: I would not recommend Chris Patel from this dentist. I have herd good things about the other dentist at this practice but my experience with Chris Patel was very Negative, He comes across arrogant and does not seem to have any compassion to patients who are anxious. He does not explain the procedures in any detail, I was having root canal and the tooth broke mid way through, he didn't inform me that this had happened until I asked what was going on and his reply was "well the tooth broke and that's your fault for leaving it so long to get to a dentist there is nothing I can do about that" Im aware root canal is not always successful and that it was my fault that I hadn't gone to a dentist earlier. But the way he made me feel was awful I walked out in tears. He needs to go learn how to drop the arrogant attitude and show some empathy. I walked out in tears While in the dentist chair I felt like I was in the middle of a social catch up between him and the dental assistants. When I complained that after he did some filings on my teeth that I could no longer get floss between my teeth without it breaking as I felt like it was being caught on the filling he dismissed my concern and did nothing to address the problem. I have since had to have most of those fillings he did fixed up a new dentist who has way more compassion and understanding. I would not recomend Chris patel to anyone.
