Fantastic experience: I found all the staff at Dalyellup Dental very friendly. They show genuine care and concern for their clients. I had Root Canal Treatment and they were so calming that I nearly went to sleep during the appointment. I have never been this relaxed at a dental appointment.

Fantastic experience: The fabulous staff at Dalyellup Dental went above and beyond to help me. My previous dentist had left me in the middle of my treatment plan to get my bad teeth pulled and get dentures. I've had horrible teeth for years and have put off treatment because of finances. I finally made the commitment to get it all fixed but my dentist then went on holidays in the middle of the plan. I walked in to Dalyellup Dental on a Wednesday morning to explain the situation (which was quite time sensitive as I'm travelling overseas in January) and the lovely Dr Natalia came in the next morning on her time off to fit me in to get impressions done! She is an absolutely amazing person and a great dentist as well. Very gentle and patient. (I've had a fear of dentist since childhood). Not only that but they're saving me thousands of dollars on my treatment plan! I'd highly recommend this place and as for myself I won't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: The friendliest and most welcoming dentist you will ever go to! I have had such anxiety about going to to dentist for a filling, after a dentist at another place pushed aside my anxieties about it and told me how much the numbing needle would hurt while pressuring me to get the filling done immediately by him. But my experience with Dr. Koudrina was great! She made me feel super comfortable and honestly I would get another filling done by her if I ever needed it! Was so easy and practically painless. Each time I have been in for just a check up and clean she is super friendly and calming. It's great having a regular dentist I can now go to that understands anxiety and makes every visit stress free.

Fantastic experience: I had gone to get my cavities sorted after not going to the dentist for a time due to history with other places. I explained that I'm trying to care for my teeth, they helped me improve on what toothbrush to use (USE ELECTRIC), and how to brush (NOT GUMS). Everyone was so kind, they explained what they were doing before doing it, and why. They were answering all my questions and overall super patient with me and my nerves and even accommodated with my working hours (THANKYOU).

Negative experience: After having a routine check and clean, I noticed a missed area which they were able to correct for me at the later date. However when I returned to address my complaint the dentist was quite abrupt as when I asked a question she responded in a frustrated tone ‘I don’t want to argue’ instead of providing the information I was seeking. I was able to ask the dental hygienist some questions which was very helpful and gave me more of an understanding. Additionally there was acknowledgment of the missed area of the clean however no apology. Instead a reply of ‘it’s human error’. In my opinion the attitude of the dentist could be improved.

Fantastic experience: I went there today about my wisdom tooth and had it removed on the spot. It was the most amazing and quick experience I've ever had at a dentist. I definitely will be back

Negative experience: I had a very disturbing appointment at the Dalyellup Dental clinic today. After an X-ray to investigate my pain I was advised that I had an infection at the bottom of my tooth and that I would require root canal therapy. When I asked the dentist for some antibiotics to help clear the infection up I was told "NO" and the reason I was given was that people get the antibiotics and then don't come back. So DUTY OF CARE is to leave someone with an infection to ensure they come back for further treatment. Wouldn't it be refreshing to have someone actually care about your health more so than what money they can get out of you.

I had a tooth extraction and the dentist Susan was brilliant explained everything and was really gentle, was awesome considering the tooth that needed to be pulled. She went through the healing process and what to expect. 2 days after the clinic called to check in on me. Fantastic experience: Went here today for the first time in almost 10 years due to a huge fear of the dentist... I finally caved when I realised I needed a wisdom tooth removed! The team at totally smiles dalyellup were amazing, very friendly, gentle and patient. The clinic is well decorated and laid out, and it was so much cheaper than I expected! I'll definitely be back more often now.

Fantastic experience: I went there this afternoon because I was in agony from my wisdom tooth! The dentist, Tim, offered to stay back later just for me because it was classified an emergency and I was so grateful! Unfortunately I had an infection and he explained it would be in my best interest to do a round of antibiotics before the extraction to cause less comfort for myself! The staff and service is next to nothing. I loved that the dentist introduced himself using his first name, Dalyellup is a smaller, family community and strangely I felt this embraced it! I felt like they actually cared- I’m glad I have a local dentist that I’m happy to go to
