Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing caring staff my exper with them was amazing. I'm petrified of dentist and machines but they made me feel so calm and my anxiety settled down. They kept asking if I was ok and stopped for little breaks for me. I highly recommend Patricia and her team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wong was very attentive in minimising the pain I experienced because of my impacting wisdom teeth. She reassured me while I was anxious after not going to the dentist for a few years. Dr Nav was very thorough in explaining the procedure for the wisdom teeth removal where I was comfortable enough to do oral sedation with the support and distraction of cute animals shown on the TV during my procedure. The costs of my first check up as a new patient was honoured with a small discount which assisted me financially. And the costs for the wisdom teeth removal wasn’t as expensive as I expected. Overall very happy in all aspects of service, cost and care.

Fantastic experience: I'd really like to thank the team at Bligh Park dental for being super informative and detailed. They picked up on my daughter's tooth issue, which wasn't done by 2 other dentists. I was able to avoid spending money on surgery by getting her tooth extracted. Also the lady at the front, Nicole I believe her name is great.

She is a highly experienced and gentle dentist who makes the effort to ensure her patients are at ease, understand what’s happening , and will explain the options for treatment where appropriate. I can say Dr Wong gives honest and trustworthy advice underscored by focus on patient needs. I have taken my elderly parents to Dr Wong for treatment as well as myself for a tricky molar repair. Negative experience: My brother had his appointment postponed twice. Needs a removal.tooth is falling apart.DrRicky stuffed up my tooth. Definitely won't be back there.looking elsewhere for dental. They don't seem to have dentists there when needed.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for my little daughter Nayab. The dentist was not good with their hands. My daughter oftenly visits dentist in Perth but they were very professional never cried during teeth extraction. To be honest, I miss my Perth. In addition to this, it is too expensive to afford $387 for two teeth. Oh my goodness. I will never advise anyone to go over there.

Fantastic experience: I used to have a major fear of dentists, until I came here. I used to hear such good things about this place, that one day I took the plunge. Ricky is my regular dentist and from day 1 he made me feel very comfortable and understood how worried I was. When getting the fillings done I was super anxious but I eventually calmed down pretty quickly with him reassuring me and making sure I was ok. Since then I haven’t needed any fillings or other work (except braces) done as per his guidance. I have sent my family to this dentist, they had 2 different dentists which they both said were really good at their job which I don’t doubt at all. Fidelis Is my hygienist and the amazing work she does is outstanding she too makes me feel so comfortable, super friendly, great to have a chat with and always giving tips. She is also very thorough with her cleaning, I can’t recommend her enough. Both Ricky & Fidelis have helped my fear of dentists that I come back every 6 months and will continue to do so. All the staff from the other dentists, practice manger, front office coordinators, assistants are amazing, lovely, friendly and great people to talk to.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area so I thought I’d check out my local dentist and I’m very glad I did. Dr Patricia Wong and the dental nurses (Billie, Stephanie & Nicole) are very friendly and professional. The practice also has a ‘new patient offer’ that’s worth taking advantage of if you are looking for a new dentist. I was very nervous about getting a filling replaced but the team made the whole process straightforward and easy - I had no pain at all after the local anaesthetic worked it’s magic, and the procedure was over quickly. I feel very confident recommending this practice to any Hawkesbury locals and I’m not scared of visiting the dentist anymore. Thanks again Dr Patricia

Negative experience: I was a long term client . Unfortunately on my last visit Jo Roper cleaned my death and to my horror when I got home I saw he had removed or dug into my death causing Chanel's and rough surface. Now 12 months latter I'm expecting sensitive feelings. He went over my front teeth At least 3 times .every where he cleaned has left a rough surface . I'm so very upset .when I flushed my mouth with water after his cleaning treatment , it was like I was spitting out bits of sand .so devistated. Keep away from him . I'm even going to take this further, I can't believe he done this .
