Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share my genuine experience here, because I’ve been coming for years and truly love this Bupa Dental Brighton clinic!! I’ve been seeing Dr.Nonu Kohli for the past two years, and I have already booked my third year with her for next year. That’s how much I trust her. I used to visit other branches before but many of them felt very money driven. I moved between three locations until I finally found Dr.Nonu and her wonderful team!! And I’m truly grateful I did. Dr.Nonu treats her patients with genuine care, professionalism and kindness. And her assistant Suki, is also amazing! Gentle, attentive and always reassuring. And the reception team is always bright, friendly and welcoming every single visit. Thank you to Dr.Nonu and the team for taking care of my teeth with so much heart. Please don’t ever move! I’ve finally found the right place and the right Dr.Nonu and the team to look after my smile for life.

Negative experience: 1st time visiting a year ago. The female dentist i saw had terrible body odor. Proceeded to atate she was referring me to a specialist for treatment however never mentioned at any appointments with prior to dentist not the 2 different dentists ive seen following. Until i was irritated and refused she offered a reasonable solution. Felt like it was a money grab

Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience with Dr Subha and the team at BUPA. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional and incredibly organised. Dr Subha took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease and delivered treatment with precision and care. The clinic is modern, spotless and uses the latest equipment, which gave me even more confidence. I’m very happy with the results and have already recommended them to friends and family. A fantastic addition to the area!

Fantastic experience: Simone is an awesome dentist. Reassured me the whole time, gentle and even removed an old braces stain which all previous dentists missed. Great eye for detail. Will definitely be back to see her!

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic recently and have to say that the service provided was exceptional. Breeze through the reception with no waiting time, Dr Simone (dentist) took me into the room. she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to explain the whole procedure step by step as it was happening. Put my nerves to ease. Discussed the X-rays and full plan was explained and precise indication of the cost was given. As I was leaving, I bumped into the center manager. What a wonderful man. Overall 5 star experience and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I went to Bupa Brighton for the first time today, and saw Dr Simone Huynh.. After a good 2 years of no Dentists … I was so anxious and nervous about what I needed! Dr Simone was one of the best dentists I’ve ever gone to. Not only was she lovely but so gentle, explaining everything carefully even showing me the X-rays and discussing in detail! Fantastic experience: Great practice- professional, friendly and compassionate. Both myself and my son go there and in my experience I have found they are very kind and reassuring with kids minimising the stress or concern in taking him for regular checkups.

Fantastic experience: We had a really positive experience at Bupa Dental Brighton. I took my daughter to see Dr.Negin & my daughter felt comfortable well taken care of throughout the whole time. Dr Negin was very gentle and explained things really clearly. The clinic is really spacious and we had a seamless experience each time we have been. I highly recommend this clinic, and all of the staff are most helpful and professional, including James, Puja, and the rest of the team.

Fantastic experience: I visited Bupa dental in Brighton for the first time and booked with Dr. Mathur for a clean and filling. She did an exceptional job in ensuring that I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment, and provided thorough advice on how I can better improve my dental hygiene/health. Beautiful new facilities, seems to have all the latest tech, dentist (Dr Aradhana Iyengar) gave me some useful feedback and the clean made my teeth feel great. I have Bupa private health and I was thrilled the whole appointment was fully covered. I will be back!

They also have all the X-ray machinery in the clinic so no need to go elsewhere which was a nice change from previous dentists I’ve been to. Lovely receptionist staff and I even got a goodie bag.

Fantastic experience: I lost a filling late friday night and went on the website to try and book an appointment for the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised that a spot was available. My first impressions of the clinic were that it looked professional, clean and organised. Although I waited at the desk to e greeted for about 5 minutes, this was not an issue for me and did not affect my perception of the clinic or staff. I was seen by Simone. Simone was lovely and friendly and very professional. she explained every step to ensure i was comfortable with the procedure and kept checking in along the way. i am so pleased to have found a dental practice that is clean, organised and professional. its a pity that Simone is going on maternity leave but I am confident that the other Dental practitioners at this clinic will be as thorough as Simone. I will definitely be back for further treatment once my Periodontist has completed her treatment and hands me over to the clinic. The sweetener of course is also the fact that my Bupa benefits are maximised aT this clinic but it's an absolute bonus to get such caring professional care here. I'm happy to drive the 30 + minutes to come here.

Negative experience: I went for an appointment today and a man entered with a dog. The receptionist served him as any other customer, the dog started running around - the owner wasn’t even holding his leash - and went behind the reception. A dentist walked into the waiting room and patted him! Then greeted me and asked me to go into her office. She was my dentist. It’s a clinic for goodness sake…

Fantastic experience: My son has been with Dr Shazia Naser for 5 years, and it has changed him and his smile significantly. It would be better if Dr Shazia was at Bupa during the week.

Fantastic experience: I can vouch for this clinic and would recommend this to my friends and family. The place is super clean and the Dentists have excellent knowledge. Always a great experience to be here.

Negative experience: There are some good professionals here, but the problem is that they cancel your appointment often and normally during the same day of the appointment. Even if you book with time, they can call you 30 min before your appointment to cancel it or reschedule.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I walk in the door I am greeted by either James or Eva. Both have incredible customer service and just are delight to deal with and oh so helpful. Simone and Ara go above and beyond with my dental care and have an amazing bedside manner or is it called chair side. Hands down the best dentists I have been to ever. They both aways want to do the best for me. The after hours care was amazing when I was panicking. Special mention to Ash who has worked hard on my root canal retreat helping save my front tooth with Ara. The whole practice should be so very proud of their team work.
