Fantastic experience: I recently had a filling done by Dr Rachit and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. He explained the procedure clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and did a fantastic job. The clinic was clean and the staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Rachit for dental treatments.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. I explained that I was going through a difficult financial period and asked whether any concession or flexibility was possible. Instead of discussing options, I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and I was told that treatment would not be provided without full payment. I left the clinic feeling unheard and unsupported. Because of this experience, I am reporting the matter to the dental council for further review. Based on my visit, I personally would not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr.Rachit for the past 6 years and he is an excellent dentist. I am a nervous patient and he always makes me feel calm on my visits. I now travel from my new home in regional Victoria for my regular dental appointments because I prefer to have Dr Rachit as my dentist.

I went for second opinion to see Dr Rachit who advised me just a filling and no need for any expensive treatment. I have an extreme dental anxiety but Dr Rachit took time to calm me down when I went there for my wisdom tooth removal.He talked through step by step with what he was doing. I wish I had not postponed going to the dentist for so long. I have been a regular patient there since then.
