Fantastic experience: We went in to Smile Ville for an emergency broken tooth on my 11 year old. Even though their books were filled with patients they managed to make a spot for us to be seen. The dentist Alex was extremely thorough with checking for damage, he explained everything in detail, was gentle and considerate to my daughter after her accident. He fixed the tooth perfectly to the point you wouldn’t even know there had been a break. Thank you Alex, Monica and team. So very grateful for your gentle care and skilled work in our time of need.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for almost two years now and never been disappointed. (The new location is so beautiful and bright) The receptionists are friendly and chatty which I love. Monic is so incredible, her customer service is next level. She truly cares about all her customers who walk through the door. She greets people by their names which is so impressive! Fantastic experience: Monica and the staff at Smile Ville are always amazing. Recently had a bit of an emergency with my daughter knocking her front teeth and they went above and beyond to make sure she was well looked after, including staying back well after hours. I hate dentists, but couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. They are the only place I have found that I feel comfortable. Monica and her team put the patient at front of everything they do. My daughter and I will never go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worse customer service over the phone. My filling just fell off and I called to book an appointment and ask for price range they usually charge for filling. The lady I spoke on the phone introduced herself as the owner of the practice. She did not want to tell me a price range although I explained to her that I'll be paying in cash and I need to know roughly the price range so I can bring enough money with me. She was rude and after I told her that I already called 5 other dental clinics today and they all could give me a price range, she gave me a price range between $5-$1,000. Update: it seems like they try to say that all the other clinics are wrong and unprofessional for giving an approx price range over the phone to make it easier for the clients to pay, which is quite obvious from the reply below. It's such a disappointment to read that they blame the customers for their unprofessional customer service and fail to understand that the customers are the ones who choose the clinics, not vice versa.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to this dental practice through a friend, I have had a huge fear of the dentist since a young age but it’s something that we all have to do. I went in just for a check up as I really need to trust a dentist before I have anything done, From the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable, they really made me feel at ease. The dentist on the day was so nice and really showed understanding with how anxious I was, I was talked through all my options and I come out feeling really comfortable and happy to go back. Anyone that want’s a dentist I would highly recommend here.
