Fantastic experience: Dr Jackie Li is the best dentist I’ve come across in Melbourne. He is thorough, particular, gentle and attentive. No concern or question is dismissed and everything is explained with clarity. I personally really prefer and appreciate health care professionals who are very detail oriented and who focus on causes rather than band aid symptom cover ups - and Dr Jackie Li fulfills this. Can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist! Can't believe I'm saying this as I usually have a massive fear of dentists. I usually go to the Boronia one but he was away and he is great also. They made me feel comfortable without judgement, they are very kind, gentle, patient and tell you everything they are going to do. Such a beautiful relief! Highly recommend! Thank you.

Positive experience: Attended for an extraction, however the practice had run out of gas with gas being apparently in short supply. Helpful dentist did at least numb the area providing some relief. Was booked in at their other practice three days later but couldn't wait that long for treatment. Quoted ~$450 for extraction and an additional ~$350 for the gas. Had extraction with gas completed the next day at a different practice (with better facilities) for ~$370 total. Cannot understand the massive price disparity hence lower rating.

Fantastic experience: Took my nearly 18 year old to the dentist for the first time ever today. He suffers from massive anxiety and always refused to go. As he has a disability he finally was approved for a pension which gave him a certain amount of free dental. I’ve known the nurse for years as our two older kids went to primary school together. We had some good times together for sure. Pam and the dentist were absolutely brilliant. My son left soo so happy as I did to. They kept it all so relaxing for him. There was no judgment to me or him at all. We had a few laughs during the consultation. Pam is a beautiful person, always has been and I definitely saw another beautiful person in her again today. I would definitely recommend them to anybody I know. My son has to go back but unfortunately they’re going to be on holidays.‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️. We both hope you all have the best time ever. You all deserve it. Well done and thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I have had 3 appointments over the last 2 months getting a lot of repair work done. I used to go to the Boronia clinic, but changed to the Bayswater clinic because my usual dentist was on holidays. Everything was thoroughly explained and executed. Communication was just above and beyond from the receptionists making sure to cater to my work hours and also the amount of time per appointment. I cannot praise my dentist (Dr Naz) and the Receptionist highly enough. It's hard to hear that your teeth are compromised, but I was given clear options and now have all of my teeth and no more pain. Unlike other dentists, Dainty will listen to your needs and try hard to accommodate them. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommended them.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those people who doesn't enjoy sitting in the dental chair! I don't mine needles anywhere else on my body but in my mouth freaks me out!!! Today was my most pain free experience I have ever encountered at the Dentist...I only felt the tiniest touch of the needle entering my gum....simply amazing and all because of Dr Naz expertise. I highly recommend Dr Naz she's just lovely.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been to a few dentists for my little girl and had some bad experiences, leaving her very fearful and untrusting. After a particularly bad experience, I called them, basically in tears, and was overwhelmed by their kindness and support. They fit us in just a few days later and the whole team were amazing! They really took their time with all of us, making sure we were all comfortable. My daughter was still quite scared, but they didn’t push her at all and were patient, and kept fun and lighthearted. Where other dentists had made us feel guilty, especially in regards to breastfeeding, they were supportive and kind. It was such a breath of fresh air to leave feeling like we found a safe place that has our best interest at heart. We can’t thank you enough.

He will make suggestions on what different treatments can be achieved and sends a Treatment Proposal Letter so you can make an informed decision about necessary treatments.His receptionist is lovely and always greets you with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency work done during the current COVID-19 lockdown. Once my doctor gave the go ahead for fillings to be done they were completed the next morning. I definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for gentle professional approach to dentistry.

The dentists there are highly knowledgeable, which you will see in how they communicate any issues identified, as well as how they lay out the potential treatment options/plans in an easy to understand and reassuring manner. They are extremely professional, and you can rest assured they will devote whatever time is needed to ensuring you receive the utmost quality of care. In my experience, they provide quality whole person care, really taking the time to listen to you and provide individualized interventions, including advice and/or recommendations when referrals to other healthcare practitioners may be needed to ensure you get the best possible care.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience and I felt nothing. As a person afraid of the dentist, he made me experience great. Showed me in detail everything he was going to do and I didnt feel all yucky with the injection afterwards. He even offered pain medication in case there was any. There was none.
