Negative experience: They probably did good basic dentistry but I won't be going back. I was told my teeth are good but I definitely need an occlusal splint at ~$700 and here's a quote for your ceramic crowns too. Over servicing? I don't know for certain but since none of this came up with my previous dentist I'll certainly be getting a another opinion.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot recommend [Dr Nour highly enough! I’ve always been a little anxious about dental visits, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. [Dr Nour is so gentle, patient, and kind, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The whole team is welcoming and caring, and the atmosphere is calm and reassuring. It’s such a relief to finally find a dentist who genuinely cares about both your dental health and your comfort.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Mahmoud highly enough. He is caring and considerate and thoroughly professional with his work. Although I live in the Snowy Mtns I have been quite prepared to make the drive up to Kiama for the much needed old dental work to be rectified which is still ongoing!

Fantastic experience: Being VERY phobic of all things relating to Dentists, I very much appreciate the patience of the Dentocalm team to allay my fears and make the trip to the Dentist bareable. (Have had to be given twilight sedation from other Dentists in the past just to have my teeth cleaned….. I’m that phobic!). My teeth are being cared for regularly as I don’t avoid going out of fear. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The staff and the dentist I saw were amazing and super friendly. I get very nervous with needles and dentists in general, I let them know this and they made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Dr Mahmoud went through all the treatment options for my tooth, giving approximate costings. The treatment was quick, painless, and effective. After care plan was given and very helpful. This will be my new dental practice. A++

Fantastic experience: After decades of fear prevented me from attending a dentist I finally made a call to Dentocalm believing I had a badly chipped tooth. From the receptionist who managed to decipher my request through tears and anxiety to then Nour and Amy who treated me the same day I cannot recommend them highly enough. The care, compassion and understanding for my extreme level of fear and anxiety associated with 'the dentist' was exceptional and at no time was my fear/phobia made out to be irrational or dismissed. I felt comfortable enough for my 'consultation only' to turn into treatment and left with a laugh and a beautiful clean smile. I even committed to returning in 6 months for my next check up. I never thought I would ever recommend a dentist but Dentocalm is a definite 11 out of 10 in all areas of service, professionalism and most importantly customer care!

Went to dentocalm because of the good reviews and decided to give them a try. Thank goodness I did, they do the best dental work, so amazingly gentle and also are so empathetic and understanding to my situation. Highly recommend and so thankful I found them.

As someone who has always been scared to go to the dentist and left it way too long between visits there was no judgment just kindness and understanding. Nothing was overwhelming with Nour she explains each step and works at your pace. Even managed a few laughs along the way. Feels good to be pain free.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dentocalm. Going to the Dentist can be a daunting and anxious time especially if you haven't been for a while. Dr Noura and the team instantly make you feel comfortable with her sense of humor which instantly puts you at ease. Dr Noura is a passionate and diligent dentist who is informative about all aspects of dentistry with a high level of care for her patients and excellent communication. I feel 6 months seems too long for my next appointment as I am actually looking forward to it.
