Fantastic experience: Prompt treatment and friendly staff. Dr Harmeet Dhillon performed a painless extraction of a tricky tooth, saved me from having it done in hospital/by a surgeon.

Negative experience: I had an appointment booked, but I ended up waiting for a full hour. When I finally got in, the dentist's check-up was really rushed and superficial. ​The whole cleaning process was painful and extremely fast, and she didn't even bother to stop and ask if I was okay. The entire visit felt like they were just trying to rush me out the door because she was running behind. ​On the bright side, the receptionist was very friendly and polite.

Negative experience: NOT SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS SCARED OF DENTISTS !!! I booked for a dental clean over the weekend. The centre was packed so had to park across mcdonalds to get to the dentist. I was about 6-7 mins late and was told they already had another patient coming as i waa late which is okay. However, they still decided to attend me which was great. But I was so shocked at the rush the doctor has while cleaning my teeth. Failing to realise that I repeatedly told her I have a trauma from my past dental experience and its hard for me to go through a rushed treatment. No breaks given at all during the clean until i choked on the water and had to ask her to stop. I was out of the clinic in 18 minutes. All clean polish all done !! Lack of empathy . I wish i was informed that its going to be rushed so i would just go n book elsewhere with a different doctor. Was booked in with Dr Audrey but a big big disappointment. Please refrain from going if you are someone who is scared of getting tooth treatments done.

Fantastic experience: Last Friday Oct 2021, I went for my tooth permanent filling. The dentist cleaned the whole area, and filled very professionally my tooth. Given advice for perhaps may be future treatment and charge really decent amount. $240 all up. I couldn't be more happy So we'll recommended place to visit for all of your dental needs

Negative experience: I had my appointment booked with Churchill Dental Studio on 29/10/19 at 4:40pm. When I arrive there, the receptionist told me that I have to wait 30 minutes for my appointment since they are performing treatment for an emergency patient. They could have called me if they are not able to see me as scheduled. Not just saying that they were busy so unable to notify me. Very disappointed on the service and time management. Not sure what is the point of making appointment but cannot receive the service as scheduled. Totally wasted my time!
