Negative experience: Poor customer service. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Wow!! Just met my new Dentist Kevin yesterday..What a great service, he's so gentle and very friendly feel like known him for very long time. I can't wait for my next appointment !!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 3 wisdom teeth removed here and every procedure was painless, stress-free, and smooth. Their dentists are incredibly skilled and gentle, and the whole team is professional and kind. Pricing is also very reasonable. Easily the best dental experience I’ve had—highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to see a dentist in a long time until today. I was fortunate enough to have Dr Brian Tak take care of me. He was so pleasant and understanding. From the moment I made my appointment,arriving and having my procedure the whole team made me feel so relaxed. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Dr John Vu is excellent! I had a bad tooth which other dentists have told me that it needs to be extracted. Dr John Vu not only saved my tooth but made it a lot better. He is very knowledgeable and takes time out to educate me ways to improve oral hygiene. I’ve never seen any dentist that does that. Thank you Dr John Vu, you’ve made my trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience and I learn something new on every visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cailu Ke was incredibly lovely and thorough in her assessment and cleaning of my teeth. The receptionist was also very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Cailu two days ago for a teeth cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was super attentive, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. My teeth look and feel fantastic now, and I loved how she explained each step so clearly. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the staff were great too. Dr. Cailu is definitely my go-to dentist from now on—highly recommend her!

Negative experience: I came here two months ago to have my teeth cleaned and a small hole filled. At that point my teeth was fine and I had absolutely no pain. The male Doctor who did the filling that day drilled a massive hole in the middle of my molar tooth and did a dodgy cleaning and filling job. After that day I was in immense pain, I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep for weeks. I came back today for a review and he had the nerve to blame me saying that it was my fault and that I did not listen to him. I've literally been to this Dentist twice in 2 months and did everything he asked me to do!! Instead of taking accountability for his work and rectifying this issue he thought it was better to blame me in front of his dental assistant to save face. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this dentist unless you want damaged teeth due to somebody else's incompetence. I was then quoted $2000 for a root canal and $10,000 for an implant. My molar tooth will now need to be removed while suffering from severe pain to my jaw and head. Not happy and will not return along with everyone in the family.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anna is the best. She looks after my entire family, she is so kind and gentle with her procedures that my 5YO son did not even bat an eyelid when seeing the dentist for his first time. Infact he often asks when we will see Dr Anna again! =D

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. The dentist was incredibly professional, explaining the entire procedure in detail. Thank you specifically to Dr John Vu for making procedure itself was quick, and I barely felt any discomfort. I appreciated how well they took care of me and how the Dr constantly checked if I was feeling ok which made the procedure much more comforting. Afterward, they gave me clear instructions for recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a wisdom tooth surgery procedure!

Fantastic experience: Dr Cailu is a very kind and thoughtful dentist. She took the time to explain my OPG results to me. She is very calm and helped to calm my dental appointment anxiety. The clinic itself is well-organised and clean with a virus killer in the reception.

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain from a wisdom tooth for 1 week straight, went to another dentist the day before who said they were booked out. After ringing around I rang through and got an appt with dentist Dr Lu on the same day. He treated me straight away and done an exceptional job. Thank you so much for your help.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family all go here. I've lived in the area my whole life and I've visited many dentists in the area. As a family we have seen: Dr Anna, Dr Brian, Dr Anthony, Dr Christine. All great! (in not particular order) My only complaint is that I wish I found them sooner. Honestly, 100 stars if I could. Recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best teeth cleaning experience! I am quite anxious when it comes to any dental work but Dr Anna was so kind, warm and knowledgeable. I was given meticulous advice regarding invisalign and how to best care for my teeth, she was so helpful and reassuring. Definitely recommend the clinic!

Negative experience: The charges was shocking by these dental care service, eg: a filling of one small area of the tooth cost me over $400 this is not including the insurance claim from the service, then the tooth has been taken out cost me over $2000 again not included the insurance claimed, then the extra which I have to paid out off my own pocket $350. Then I was told the charges for coming in for the service which the canley heights which has left behind the uncomfortable feeling after the extraction is unbearable, we then request to go to Campbelltown branch to get it done , the lady at the counter swiped my card again and wanting to charge me $33.00 I have stopped her from the charges in the end the transaction cancelled. I wonder why the dentist industry is so rich and survived ?? not to mentioned has ripped our insurance companies on a daily basis to every customers out there be aware when it's come to dentist services, I don't trust anyone of them knowing we have dealt so much over the years, complaint was lodged to all. Its time to put them where they shouldn't be greedy when it's come to insurance claims.

Negative experience: Man stay in reception so terrible service

Fantastic experience: Canley Heights Dental Care is excellent. I first went here for a dental emergency, and they were able to accomodate me on short notice which was a relief given how much pain I was in at the time. Other dental clinics/dentists in the surrounding area were uncaring and unwilling to even try to assist. Dr John Vu is a wonderful dentist, and I’ve been coming here to see him since. Very professional, gentle and kind. My partner also comes here and highly rates Dr Brian Tak. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for the lady recives the booking this afternoon. She is very professional and provides excellent service.

Negative experience: Terrible service for my husband all they want is money if you look around for other dentist for tooth removal you could easily find $350 cheaper and dissolvable stitches not play around and pay an additional $150 for removal they force you to come back purely for your money

They were able to book me in for a last minute appointment & even opened early for me as I was in much pain which was great considering it’s Christmas season & they were fully booked out until the week after. My experience with Dr Anna was amazing. I have never met a woman like her before, she was compassionate, kind, gentle, supportive & warm. She spoke softly & slowly, explained everything into detail so I could understand & at anytime I felt nervous etc she would touch my shoulder or arm which was very encouraging. I specifically loved her no judgement attitude & her positive comments towards anything I shared. I felt a instance trust with her as soon as I met her. Fantastic experience: Thankyou to Dr Anna Cao had to have extraction done turned out to be a very difficult extraction but with her excellent bed side manner was done successfully having a phobia of needles she had me calm and able to start treatment I have along way to go with my treatment but am confident in returning to complete the process

Fantastic experience: My mum came here for an appointment and she said it was amazing! All the staff members were very nice and friendly especially her overseeing dentist. Her dentist, Dr David, was very polite and well-mannered and finished the job effectively and efficiently. The rest of my family is soon to come and book appointments under Dr Phan as he did an exceptional job with my mother’s teeth. My mother highly recommends him!

Fantastic experience: Dental Clinic is very clean, staff are very kind, polite and professional. First time having a deep clean for my wife and I. Negative experience: Heard great things about this new shop from family friends who saw Dr Anna so I made appointment. But I was booked with another doctor Dr Catherine and i give 0 stars. Seemed very inexperienced. Asked her opinion of my tooth and couldn't give me a definite answer...kept stuttering. Clean was a half job compared to my old dentist and SO painful. I was disappointed so I cancelled my 2 kids appointment with this place

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Anna for a clean, it was more of a pleasant experience than I expected - the clean was relatively painless and quick compared to other dentists that I've been to around the area. She was also very helpful with her explanations on how to keep my teeth healthy and what to watch out for. Friendly staff and clean facilities too

Fantastic experience: Went down to canley heights dental due to swollen gums. After a deep clean it was gone in a couple days. The staff was friendly and professional and best of all there was no gap. Definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I took my 4yo for her first clean last weekend. The dentist and nurse was super nice, they made her feel at ease - no fuss at all. The place and equipment was very clean and they practice good hygiene. The added bonus was there was no gap! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My 10 yrs old boy needed to see a dentist due to an infection to his gum. Called the clinic and was welcome as first priority for children who needed emergency care. Dr Anna looked after him with great care and extremely thorough with the procedure. She explains every steps so that he can feel comfortable and building trust. Front counter admin was super friendly. Very clean with new equipments. Highly recommended.
