Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service. I needed an emergency appointment and Sara managed to fit me in that day. Dr Byatt was very patient and understanding with my anxiety. Unfortunately for me, the tooth needed extraction. It was painless and quick. They rang me the next day to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Munno Para Dental Clinic. Everyone I spoke with was compassionate and very helpful.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the service. I got a form from SA dental to get my teeth fixed .Dentist Viv treated me ,took out my wisdom tooth and did filling in few teeth .After few days I had so much of pain in one of the tooth she treated,.I booked an appointment with her ,she didn't even bother to look at my teeth , highly inhuman of her .She said she can't do anything more since she has sent off the form Either I have to pay her privately, which was $1000 plus $254 emergency treatment or I have to get root canal done for $1800.... I had to rush to my GP ..and he prescribed me some antibiotics and pain killers...clearly my gums were so swollen .Dentist Viv didn't even bother to look at my mouth and her assistant that gave me a quote for further treatment..It is the worst practice ..with no human values. I am diabetic and has high blood pressure ..anything could have happened to me if my Gp would not have given medicines in time Worst practice ever..just there to make money with no human values .Govt should take that practice off their list

Fantastic experience: Fast and easy tooth removal

Negative experience: Absolute butcher, do not go here unless it's basic filler work. Despite mentioning sensitive loose teeth from a DV incident (and being assured they would leave them alone for another more qualified dentist) the dentist mashed into them multiple times and then tried "cleaning" them. No care was given during the clean, I was insulted when they inferred I wouldnt be able to afford implants, and during the clean there was no pain relief, along with the rough manhandling of my lip left it swollen/bruised. I ended up walking out before further butchery could take place. Find a better dental surgery if AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Negative experience: Dr bhyat is a joke accused his patient of being a meth user didnt wait for the local to kick in attempted to pull a tooth after being told the local hasnt worked yet

Fantastic experience: Great service, fast, prompt and friendly dental service in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. On the spot tooth x-rays and instant wisdom teeth removal. Plenty of Anaesthetic used so no pain or unpleasantness at all.

Negative experience: Dr. Anh Diep wasted my time and money. She treated me as sub-human. She was performing dental work while wearing a wedding ring, which I found disgusting and unprofessional, and she wasn’t wearing a mask. Her breath stank, and she was breathing it into my face. She also didn’t believe I had the money for the treatment I requested. This was obvious from a phone call, where her speech was very fast and barely understandable as she spent over 2 minutes and 43 seconds making excuses for why she hadn’t ordered the Invisalign. I eventually had to interrupt her, as I found it embarrassing for her, and suggested she speak directly with my doctor. It was extremely rude, especially as it’s usually my role to get information out of people. That said, the cleans were excellent. I can’t fault the girls at all—they were wonderful to talk to, very respectful, and almost felt like they were on a completely different planet from the dentist. It was also strange not to receive an apology. That really shows a lack of integrity.

Because of this treatment my wife is now a customer. 5 stars isn't enough, I started my day in a cold sweat and and shakimg from nerves to leaving with a smile and a laugh, thanks to all the staff for making this experience a positive one.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, my son’s first time at the dentist and he wasn’t rushed through the appointment when he was unsure of what was happening. The dentist was great with talking to him and told him what her job is to make him feel comfortable enough to sit in the chair to have his teeth looked at. Even let his baby brother sit with him as that’s what made him comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Munno Para dental clinic for many years now. It's over an hour's trip there and back but it's worth the effort because Dr Muhammed and the reception team give me by far the best dental experience I've had in my 65 odd years. If you're at all concerned about going to a dentist book an appointment with Dr Muhammed you won't believe seeing a dentist is, I won't say pleasant but it's the best it can be. 11/10 to the staff at Munno Para dental clinic.

Negative experience: Unqualified doctors, during removing my tooth damaged my other tooth. and the next day removed the damaged tooth as well. So, I never go to that Dentist ever. and very expensive as well. I suggest and request to everyone do not go there because very possible they damage, break your tooth.

Fantastic experience: My experience with munno para dental has been nothing short of amazing the receptionist was amazing both with my mum and myself. Many thanks to you also many thanks for taking the time to ring me post surgery and see how I was feeling that is above and beyond . Dr Muhammad was the most incredible dentist I have ever seen he explained everything that I needed doing as I had two abscesses and with two surgically removed back molars it was a very difficult procedure I was there for over two hours and he never gave up he was very gentle and so kind and supportive explaining all through what he was doing I would highly recommend this practice especially if your scared about being judged there’s no judgement here just compassion and understanding . My sincere thanks to the lovely nurse who cared for me during and after my procedure your so kind and understanding it was a difficult process but your kindness helped me through . Negative experience: Totally unsatisfied, had my teeth filling with doctors Neh, I spend almost $500, filling was very uneven so had to go there and another doctor fixed it up, she agreed it was so uneven, now after 1 month I had to visit again because that filling start coming out even after using all precautions didn’t last for 2 months, now doctor said it was a very big filling & happened because of food, so that mean I was not allowed to eat food ? feeling ripped off and never recommending to anyone

Fantastic experience: So bhadn't been to a dentist for probably 20 years. The dentist I had did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed for not doing so. They understood my anxiety and change the subject to family and personal matters. Previously over the years I would need medication to calm me down. Thinking this was just a consultation, no medication needed. Three fillings and I was calm throughout the whole process. I was blown away with their honesty about extra procedures. I thought all practices would be about money, money, money not this one. They were honest that I didn't need extra services. They were honest about what to expect. They were honest about cost. I walked in made an appointment on a whim. The best decision I've made for a while. Thank you, munna para dental from the reception to the dentist, the hygienist you guys rock!

Negative experience: Reception amazing ! The dentist omg did not even give me a drink of water after treatment or during to rinse I left in more pain that I started with and my dentures sitting on the filling causing constant pain ! I’m not sure if it was because I had a government form that I was treated like a peasant but I would not recommend I think the dentist that treated me like I was poor because I had a yellow form was dr Neera ! Ive never felt like scum until coming here !

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr sanjit Suresh regarding my teeth and was very impressed with his manner and how at ease he makes you feel. I will continue to see Dr Suresh for my teeth. He then referred me onto Ellie Aragon the Dental Hygienist. I have seen Ellie 3 times now and I have found her to be very down to earth in nature. Ellie is an easy person to talk to about any concerns regarding problems with your teeth. Ellie explains things so you can understand what she is telling you. I find Ellie very kind, good at what she does, telling you what she is doing while working on your teeth. I feel very much at ease and relaxed when Ellie is working on my teeth, you also build a relationship with the person who is looking after your teeth. I couldn't ask for a better Hygienist. I am a creature of habit and will contiue to have Ellie work on my teeth. I am not one to have different people see me when needing my teeth done. Well done Ellie, you are great. You go girl. You Rock.

Negative experience: I had emergency dental work done which was fine. The next day I received a follow up call to see how I was. When I told them that I'm still in alot of pain and I need something to help me I was told that the treating dentist wouldn't be back for 3 days. So I said can I talk to someone else and was told it has to be the treating dentist. So I'm still in pain, they won't help or get anyone else to deal with it and they are quite happy for me to stay in pain or go back to my doctor who isn't free. What's the point is checking up if when the patient still needs help they can't get off the phone quick enough. I am still in pain and they have washed their hands of it. Don't go here. Zero stars

Fantastic experience: Very spacious layout. Friendly staff and reception. Good doctor who listens to the patient and they have a few doctors there. Great service. They even open on Saturday. It's very easy to call up for appointment. This clinic is facing the carpark and it's just next to Chemist Warehouse so that it's easier to get prescription. As I just had my tooth extracted, the clinic called the next day to find out how am I doing. Real dedication to their work. Highly recommend them if you need any tooth work done.

Fantastic experience: I had all my teeth removed and got top and bottom dentures...After many visits prior to the procedure, taking impressions and making sure all was as perfect as they could get..I am more than happy with the end result. Dr Sanjit was calm, patient and very understanding with me. I was very nervous about the procedure but I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. All the staff are lovely friendly and very helpful. Receptionist was lovely and able to squeeze me in for same day appointment dentist explained my situation and did not beat around the bush, told me straight out I needed a lot of work done. She was able to help me out and get me on my way.. now cost, if your like me it’s something that keeps you from going to the dentist. This place is reasonable priced and you get what you pay for and more.. absolutely amazing team and I’ll definitely be going back for the rest of my work. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Amazing 10 out of 10, I have been to many dentists before but these guys are by far the best in all categories. Very affordable payment plan through humm or use afterpay. desk staff are so caring and friendly. Dr Mohammed is great! First dentist to walk me through it all from what will happen, what to expect and what to look out for. Made sure I was really numb first before extraction! No rushing, took his time to make sure I was not going to have a panic attack or be in pain. If you are anything like me who hates needles, they put a numbing cream down and give you time to let that work before getting in with needles so you don't feel as much, which is great as this is the first time this was done for me. Seriously look no further these are your people for dental.

I recently had my exam and Muhammed is very friendly while being informative about anything that’s going on dentally, letting me know if there are any areas to look out for when flossing- it was a great - and easy visit for me!

Negative experience: I contacted this dental practice as they are listed as 24hour emergency. I had severe pain and an infection and urgently needed a tooth removed. Firstly I had to explain my emergency and then was told they were booked solid. It might be a good dentist but should definitely not be listed as 24hour emergency. If my situation wasn't an emergency I'd love to know what is!!!
