The clinic is spotless, and the standard of care is consistently outstanding. I usually come here for my routine 6-monthly check-ups, but this time I visited for composite veneers. The team took the time to explain the entire process clearly and even provided a mock-up to help me visualise the results. There was no pressure—just honest advice and thoughtful, patient-centred care. Over the years, I’ve been treated by Dr Sandra, Dr Mihaela, and Dr Esther —all of whom are highly skilled, compassionate, and attentive professionals. Leichhardt Street Dental offers exceptional care in a warm, clean, and family-like atmosphere—truly the best dental clinic I’ve been to!

Big dental rooms that are kept in immaculate condition. I saw Dr. Esther and she was very thorough in explaining my teeth problems. Very happy with the service. The reception and dental assistants were also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Sandra is 1.a lovely caring person and 2.a great dentist. Being an anti-dentite from a very early age due to numerous extractions/procedures etc. my fear of dentists has been all consuming. Sandra is the first dentist that I have ever felt really at ease with. She has an incredibly soft gentle touch and is the only dentist in years that has had the gift to make me attend my regular 6 monthly checkups without fear. By the way I'm a 60-year-old man. Seriously coming from someone who has always been so badly dental phobic I can thoroughly recommend her. I think if you made an appointment, you wouldn't look back.

Fantastic experience: I would like to totally recommend the team at Leichardt Dental. I followed the ladies from their West End practice to Spring Hill. Both clinics kept impeccable cleanliness. I am a very nervous patient having had past dental trauma. For me, the consistency of professional and prompt attention, and the smiling faces is a huge factor. The atmosphere manages to be professional but also with humour. It's always a welcome distraction. My crowns were made perfectly from a special mouth camera. No gastly impressions! Everything is explained in detail. Give reception a call or pop in to meet the ladies.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mihaela and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I have a lot of anxiety around dentist appointments from my past and Dr. Mihaela and team always make me feel as calm and comfortable as possible. Very nice office with music on and TVs to watch during the appointment. 10/10 would recommend.

The dental assistant was also very caring and diligent, made sure I wasn't uncomfortable or anything. And the receptionist/dental practice manager was very welcoming and attentive as well. I'm really glad to have found this dental practice, I will definitely come back :)

She's extremely passionate about her job and that made me trust her even more. She spotted a few potential problems and was onto them straight away. Fantastic experience: Thanks for such a friendly and professional dental experience! I’m so used to dentists being rough with cleans, however Dr Sandra was so gentle, patient and explained every step during the process. It made the experience very comfortable . The Pola whitening system they use must be developed for sensitive teeth because it was the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had when whitening my teeth in the chair. With my sensitive teeth I was prepared for intense zaps as this is what I usually bare through for whiter teeth. I felt at most 3 soft zaps and came out with teeth so white my shade went off their colour chart! Overall so happy with my experience with Dr Sandra, Odette and the friendly staff. Keep up the great work guys!

However each time I have visited, Barbara and her team have been amazing. I've had my fair share of dental issues in the last 12 months as well. From wisdom tooth removal, a root canal and fillings!! Bad luck right!?. However each time, the appointment was quick and easy. If you're looking for a dentist I couldn't recommend Leichhardt Street Dental more.

The Leichhardt Street Dental Practice, that's who. Dr Barbara Szylkarski (I forgot to ask her how to correctly pronounce her surname), is like no other dentist I have visited . Not only is she warm and friendly but she shows genuine concern for your oral health issue and she's open-minded about alternative treatments and concerns you may have about certain options for your issue. I have no fear of dentists but for someone who does, then Dr Barbara is for you. She explains the procedure she is about to perform on your tooth while she's doing it. She's so good, you won't even feel the needle when she injects your gum. You leave her dental practice, that has staff with excellent customer service skills, with a positive experience. You walk out wondering after countless fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges and teeth cleanings through the years -- where has she been all your life?
