Fantastic experience: As we all know, going to the Dentist is not something ANYONE looks forward to, however, Dr Harris Carter and Dr Irena Winata have looked after me AMAZINGLY well a few times when I was forced to attend their Clinic. I arrived in pain but it was all gone before I knew it, thanks to their Professionalism and ULTRA Hi-Tech equipment!! Unfortunately, I know I haven’t finished with their Expert services but I KNOW my teeth are getting better with every visit and I wouldn’t even think of looking to go anywhere else. Negative experience: Very expensive dental place i have ever been they charge me almost $2000 for teeth extraction...got ripped off!! Never again going there . Other places are way cheaper and gives you so many better opinions for your teeth.

Negative experience: $909 it cost me to get my 3 and 8 year old children to see the dentist at Picnic Point Dental. My 8 year received a cleaning and X-ray and my 3 year old received a check up (no clean). $909 in total. My last dentist Revesby Dental care and the dentists I have been before care price children’s cleaning and check up at $180 and a general check up for a 3 year old at $70 How you can charge nearly a thousand dollars for two checkups is ridiculous. How do you even justify these prices? What a joke.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologise if we did not live up to your expectations.
We have tried to contact you couple of times to resolve the issue but we had the phone line hung up and then we have sent an email to explain our position from the feedback, again with no response.
It can not be true that we only charged $909 for check up and clean??? We would not accept this !
Apparently, your children presented with their dad at our clinic and they both have not seen a dentist for quite sometime more than 18months as reported.
Both of your children have received full mouth checkup with comprehensive examination detailing all the problems (orthodontically) they or could potentially have, full mouth X-rays(PBWs) to check for decay and caries, intra-oral radiography ( photos- so you can see the problems) and full mouth scan (OPG- to check the presence or absence of any pathology or teeth) and clean with Flouride application using the AIRFLOW device.
This is a far more superior, efficient and more importantly pain free cleaning method for your children.
We have throughly discussed all fees with the dad who approved the cost before we start as always.
Our dentists spent almost one hour appointment per child for a good and a through examination, we do not spend 5-15mins exam and clean as other clinics do!!
We pride ourselves being the most advanced in the area and the clinical expertise of our clinicians.
We are the ONLY DSD (Digital Smile Design) CLINIC in the southwest of Sydney region. I highly recommend you to search this up.

Negative experience: Update: I got a second opinion and needed no work on my teeth. He also didnt fill one of my teeth properly and adjusted the filling and missed that theres a chip in the side of the fillini would not do not go here again. He is NOT trust worthy. He hurt me and has permanently damaged my teeth. He didnt care about me. I had wrote a review before and deleted it as the dentist called me multiple times a day until I changed it lol. I wouldn't go here again and would get a second opinion. I felt pain when he drilled into my tooth. He said "there was no reason why you wouldhave felt anything". Why not ask me if im okay and give me some time to relax?. He said I had decay but I couldn't see it. I know im not a dentist but i have done a bit of research and most of the time fillings are unnecessary if it cant be seen. I had no pain, no discomfort, no symptoms of a cavity and was told I needed 7 fillings. On my first appointment I was told I needed 3. I just dont find him trustworthy i had 4 fillings from him and one is causing pain when I bite. It was a "deep cavity near the root" which I couldn't see with my own eyes from the top of my tooth. I will be getting a second opinion soon and will update if they agree I need 3 more fillings. Update: I emailed asking for the photos of my teeth, twice and got no response. In response to management reply, I do have a screenshot of my previous review and there was no profanity, bulling, harassment or discrimination. It seems you lie about your customers who have bad experiences with you. If anything, I was discriminated against as I was exempt from being vaccinated as I have a medical condition and when you called me you said "we served you even though you were unvaccinated". Do you talk to all your patients with medical conditions like that?

Thanks your feedback. Yes we have tried to contact you numerous times and have sent you email explaining your situation and addressing your concerns….. because WE CARE ABOUT OUR PATIENTS.
You had the chance to see our dentist in person at the clinic and spoke to you over the phone in which you have not mentioned any dissatisfaction with your treatment.
We have offered a complimentary visit to come in and discuss your concerns with our dentist in which you ignored and did not reply back to us.
As what you have said, you are not a dentist and do not have a sound dental knowledge, Our dentist is highly experienced and one of the best in the area and he did see things you did not see and diagnose disease accordingly. Our dentist discussed your treatment with you prior to treatment and advised you that you had few deep fillings that need attention.
This is what happens when you do not regularly visit a dentist for few years.. do not expect your oral health will be perfect!
We pride ourselves in honesty and trustworthy and advising our patients of unbiased opinion and top quality dental care.
Our clinic is the most advanced in the area by using the latest technologies to make our patients experience simple, safe, enjoyable and comfortable.
Our dentist tried his best to save your tooth and what you have experienced of pain or sensitivity of deep filling is a common complications for as per industry standards.

Negative experience: Such a bad job He done two crowns for me and they promised me I0 years warranty the tooth fall out after 6 months after I attend to him he refused to fix it It’s such a bad experience with dr Harris Low quality materials responding to the previous comment from picnic point dental management group: Hi “management” … it’s easy for you to say I was swearing and being threatening but we both know there is CCTV footage available that I’d be happy for you to share with me to help me with my case. I’ve already contacted police and have been directed to ACCC to start said case, so I’m sure you will hear back shortly aswell.. the only thing you have said which has been semi-correct is that I had rung the door bell a few times, since the service was horrible from the beginning and no one was attentive to the door or clients. Maybe your clinic staff were psychic? And they knew there was an upset customer outside trying to get help from their dentist who made guarantees to them, or maybe the receptionist staff were just lazy and sitting on their phones ? regardless of how much “maintenance” I did on my teeth… I still paid a few thousand dollars for 6 months worth of a HORRIBLE and CHEAP crown … if you use poor quality products or have a poor hand and can’t do your job properly, don’t blame the customer for how often they take care of their teeth… ESPECIALLYYYYY when you didn’t even take one look at my mouth, how can you say I haven’t been taking care of my crown? Furthermore.. in regards to my “outstanding” payment Dr Harris assured me in the room that recementing my front tooth would be $50. When I went to the front counter I payed $50. The receptionist was fine, Dr Harris was fine. Why would you let me leave or not try to charge me the remaining $100 on that day? Where are you getting this from and why is there a problem now, but not 6 months ago when you charged me $50 and let me leave ? Anyways, if any other poor victims are thinking of going here, DONT !!!! save your money, and I’m happy to show you proof and pictures !!!

There is NO place for your abusive behaviour displayed at our clinic. Your approach was not acceptable. You have failed to attend our clinic for your regular 6 months appointment twice since last year. You have not paid an overdue account that is still standing for over a year. Our receptionist simply asked you to settle the account prior to be seen to address your problem and she booked you an appointment! We have never warranted you such longevity for a restoration. If you look after your teeth, restorations will last you long as advised by our dentist.
If your crown came off, it could be for so many reasons, it is a simple re-cementing issue. Our dentist recommended you a far better treatment to your gum and to reduce overloading but you have refused this due to cost. Put the above reasons aside, your abusive behaviour of yelling, screaming and threatening our staff and dentist today at our clinic and over the phone was not professional nor was accounted for as well as ringing the clinic door bell several times and running away, disturbing our staff, dentist and deserving patients to be treated. You have created an atmosphere of Chaos that we have never experienced before. !!!! No one will accept to treat someone like you and we reserve the right not to treat you. Your matter has been referred to the Police for further investigation.

Fantastic experience: Dr Harris is absouletly amazing! My partner recommened me to go to this dentist as i was concerned of my gums. So gave him a try and he is so talented and knowledgeable. Dr Harris recommened me a zig zag wirer which i didn't know existed for me to floss my teeth (as i used to never floss due to having a straight wirer recommeneded from my Orothodontist at Menai). And he elped me further to improve my heath of my ums. He also has very advanced technology that i have never seen before which was pretty cool Dr Harris and his assistant/receptionist are both so nice, caring and always ensures i feel comfortable. Overall, i am so satisfied with his service and will continue to go to Dr Harris. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: After avoiding the dentist for years, I decided to prioritise my oral hygiene. I was extremely anxious attending my first appointment, but Dr Carter explained all issues (there were a lot) in a professional way. This eased my nerves and made me feel comfortable with the procedures I would be undergoing. Will continue attending and would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: I honestly won’t sugar coat this, Dr. Harris is easily one of the best dentist I have ever been to. He’s attentive, highly experienced and offers so many options that are accommodating to budget. He pointed out issues that other dentist hadn’t and made time and effort to fix any issues I had in an effective time. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Picnic Point Dental. Dr.Harris is the nicest dentist I have ever dealt with! He is knowledgeable, caring and kind. It’s scary for most to go to a dental surgery but Dr.Harris always like to make sure it is a relaxing and stress free experience. The dental chair even has a back massager!
