Had 3 teeth out,getting fitted for partial denture.had best experience were so calming,from receptionists to dentist. Were so gentle & caring with her but most of all extremely professional. I unfortunately had horrible infection & huge hole in my tooth my dentist whom I've been seeing for 6 years couldn't get in me for few days,I was in agony.i walked in they got me in within 30mins, I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING TO THIS clinic now! Negative experience: First time visit, the dentist performed a treatment that I was not supposed to do, and finally I was charged with a surprise......

Negative experience: Had a really bad experience at Hallam smiles after going there for the first time to have a tooth extracted. The staff were very friendly but something went wrong with the injections and I had an adverse reaction to the last injection that was given in the jaw. I passed out and came to hearing the dentist saying breathe,keep breathing but i kept gasping unable to get my breath and shaking violently. My pulse was so slow i couldn't feel my heartbeat It lasted for a long time. When I asked the dentist what that last needle was she said Adrenaline which was given to make the Anaesthetic last longer and that she had never seen a reaction like that before. She even told my daughter that as well as the doctor over the phone. When I asked for the paperwork to give the doctor I was told there was none and that he already knows what happened when they booked the appointment because of the bad reaction I had. A week later I went back with my daughter to get the paperwork and was given a write up that basically said "she got shaky and was given sugar water" No mention of what had happened or being unable to breathe and gasping while shaking uncontrollably for over 30 mins. Ambulance should have been called. Dr Bhumika has now refused to remove the tooth but also will not give it in writing that I had a massively bad reaction to something in that injection. If a patient has a reaction like that the GP needs to be informed about the allergy or it can happen again

Negative experience: Worst dental centre that I ever visited. I booked the appointment and the dentist over there, gave less than 5 minutes for consultation. She even didn’t prescribed any medications. When I said that I want to start the treatment, the receptionist over there told that they don’t have time today for treatment. So if you don’t have time then why you booked my appointment? Charging 60 dollars just for 5 minutes (without any treatment plan) is disgusting.
