Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Nilesh and his team at Malaga Dental highly enough. Nilesh is a master at his craft, his dental implants (I’ve got four) are superb and affordable. He’s also a really nice guy. I’ll take this opportunity to say hi to his nurse Edna, and Mary at the front desk, both super skilled and very helpful. I travel from Fremantle to Malaga for my appointments, he’s that good!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Dr Nilesh Vidhate's rooms for a number of years now. Dr Nilesh Vidhate, reception staff and dental nurse are all very pleasant and friendly. Always greets their patients with a smile. Recently, I needed a tooth crown. Nilesh clearly explained the procedure and cost to me so I went ahead with it. Nilesh is so professional, gentle, and always made sure I was feeling comfortable. After numbing my mouth, i experienced no pain during the temporary and permanent crown procedures. Well done Nilesh If you are looking for a caring and reliable dentist, i highly recommend Dr Nilesh Vidhate and his wonderful staff.%. Unfortunately, I had been to another dentist in the area before meeting Dr Vidate, but i found he nor the staff had the same professional attitudes.

Negative experience: I have no issues with the dentistry care I have received from this clinic. However I don't believe an appointment should be cancelled by the clinic simply because a confirmation text was missed and calls were unable to be responded to. Some of us are shift workers and have to sleep during the day from time to time and can't always answer calls. An appointment is agreed to when made unless cancelled; it shouldn't have to be confirmed to be kept once already made.

Negative experience: This is an updated review Key issues: • Poor hygiene – The clinic had strong body odor from staff and visibly dirty chairs in the waiting area. • Unethical billing – I was pushed toward an unnecessary procedure with no clear pricing. The dentist only quoted what Medibank would cover and said the final cost could be decided later by the owner. • Delayed records – I had to follow up repeatedly to get access to x-rays I had already paid for, despite my legal right to them. While I eventually received my records, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t return and don’t recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been terrified of the dentist for years due to not being told what was happening or just them ignoring me when I said I was in pain. This practice is the TOTAL opposite! I have never felt so cared for and aware of what was going on! Thank you so much to the beautiful ladies at Malaga Dental, for helping me overcome my fear of the dentist!! I highly recommend this place for all of you out there that may have some/severe anxiety about the dentist, you will feel right at home here!!

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental clinic i have been to in my 63 years. Dentist was understanding and knew exactly how to tackle my teeth and issues. His dental nurse was on top of her game and was also very understanding. Wont be going anywhere else for my teeth..10 out of 10 for his expertise and 10 out of 10 for the dental nurse. Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth out here. Dr Nilesh and his team were very welcoming and comforting. The facilities were clean and they even had a TV where you could watch netflix. The procedure went very well despite me having very curvy teeth. I think Dr Nilesh's expertise helped in me having less pain and a lot less swelling than I had expected. The support from them during my recover was great too, giving me resources and checking in with me. Overall, couldn't have asked for it to be better, definitely earned the 5 stars from me.

Very pleasant people to deal with, the receptionist, Dentist and dentist assistant were all highly professional and above all they are all polite and respectful. Negative experience: Dentists are on point, however the receptionist is beyond rude, condescending and does nothing to promote this business. A terrible first impression for an otherwise great business. It's a shame more businesses don't realise how critical first impressions are.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Nilesh and the trustworthy team. Friendly and caring, but more importantly, they are really good at looking after my teeth. What i have been most pleased with is improved sleep after he created a splint to help with my sleep apnea. I had been recommended a CPAP machine by a sleep specialist which would have been more intrusive and cumbersome.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in years because of my anxiety but I had a very sore tooth so I made the decision to go, and they are the sweetest, most caring and efficient clinic I've ever been to! Constantly made sure I was okay, and when it came to having my wisdom tooth out they did a great job, I was so nervous and they kept asking if I was okay, my nerves went away very quick! And they called me the next day to see how I'm doing ect. I will definitely be coming back for any dental work needed! Very responsive and a very clean place too! Do not have ANY complaints what's so ever!
